This company has been hounding me for a few years.
They claimed I owe debt that I already sent a dispute about.
My identity was stolen about 2012/2013 and I have been trying to get this fixed ever since.
They filed a civil suit for collection of a debt and did not provide all of the paperwork they are supposed to send me.
Then, the judge had the case dismissed.
Now they are claiming a court order that they won't send me a copy of that has to do with the case that was dismissed. They never received a judgement that I am aware of and they have certainly not sent me any correspondance to that effect.
They have also made repeated phone calls to my parents in a completely other state with threatening accusations and cursing. They have called me on multiple occassions and left either no message other than heavy breathing or just a click.
This company is the absolute worst. When I call them for any information, they have hung up on me. Apparently, they may have filed something AFTER A CASE WAS DISMISSED but with no such continuance or proper paperwork.
The way they collect or try to freeze accounts under $1,500 is also against Federal Law.
This group should be disbarred or sued out of existence because they are scam artists that also work with a group called: Recovery Services, Portfolio Recovery Services, Portfolio Recovery, Calvery Portfolio Recovery Services, Calvary Portfolio Recovery, Calvary Portfolio, and current Calvary Services. Seriously, that group has changed their name over a half dozen times in the four years that I'm been fighting them over money stolen and charged in my name during an incident of identity theft.
