They will not even answer my emails so I can get a refund. They advertise the mask and its not even what they sell you. They have used other people videos to advertise the mask that is high quality but send you junk. The sent me a chaep mask that was woth $1 not whjat I paid for.

It was supposed to fit snuggly on the head and face but it did not.

1). Both images used in their false advertising show a very high grade and detailed product (which were later determined to be screen grabs from a different source) and far different and lesser quality in the actual masks that were received (a bait and switch).
2) The Spiderman Mask advertised as the mask they are selling clearly has moving mechanical eyelets - however the one they shipped is a simple rubber mask.
3) The DeadPool mask they offer is shown to be made of reinforced fabric with detailed stitching - however the mask they shipped is again a one piece poor rubber replication that is far different than the one they show (another bait and switch).

When I contacted them by email to request an RMA number, their response was to offer a 15% refund. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and was able to submit a complaint. I finally accepted a 50% refund in order to close the case but I will be careful to avoid doing business them again and suggest others to do the same.

I am escalating this to PayPal as ,after receiving the ridiculous offer made by the seller after contacting him I will not waste a lot of time Banting back and forth with him by email while he rips off others using your service. I and other consumers rely on your service to help filter out the really false advertisers which I think this one is.

I understand that you are doing business out of China but I think you will find PayPal and Credit card companies will cease allowing you to do business in this manner.
I expect a full refund of my purchase price of $106.46.
Do not buy anything from this company... I cancelled an order 3 minutes after placing and was told I would receive most of my payment back.... 3 months ago. Instead they shipped 2 months later, I refused to accept and are still not refunding!!!!

I paid $68.95 for a 3-4 person oversized yurt type tent. Never received it.
Seller replied thru email with a totally different invoice and order number.
After reading these other comments I believe I was scammed. Need a refund of my money. What done do now.
