I charge Macco $ 2000 to get bumber and lights replaced and painted. Danielle Rodriguez owes mr $3,400 for out of pocket medical expenses plus what all I was coved on policy, they have not paid. Danelle owes up to 50k in medical liabilites Mr. green is not, nor ever was responsible for. They have been reported to Texas Department of Insurance and are waiting to hear from them.
I went back for appointment,found that my downpayment was missing and they did not know if they would do work or not. I called and went threw coustemer service. They made them honer the agreement. I went to the shop 8 differant times and each time there were new people to talk to. The other ones i had talked to were fired both in front and managers in back. Ifinally got appointment, they had truck for 8 working days. When i went to pick it up the job was terable.. Bubbles,never sanded any rough spots under paint, left parts they removed off. And told me there was no warranty on the work they did. I been around have experance with body and paint.. They just blew primer and paint over anything on truck, never even whiped it down with wax and grease remover.
I was very upset when i took my 2000 dodge truck back to maaco to show what is happening to my paint job. manager said i or someone on purpose scratched only my hood so to get a free repaint job, i or no one would be so unprofessional to stoop that low . all i want is a repaint of the hood and roof that`s all. thank you
