I purchased this "free trial" and was immediately charged the shipping charges for the product. 14 days later I was charged $92.99 for the 30 day free trial.

There is no method to return the product in the 14 free trial, no address, no way to do it. I gave the product to my wife for Mothers day hoping it would cheer her up and now I have to deal with the complaints about spending money on a product that does not work.

I called the company and my wife had already canceled the account, but they will not refund one of the charges my credit card company did not catch. I said, I understand what free trial means, you receive a trial size of a product and pay for shipping. I was told are you ignorant, cant you read. I am college professor teaching software engineering and I find this company not only unscrupulous and rude, but a group that is out to steal every dollar they can from the public.

Please I beg you not only don't deal with this company, warn your friends to avoid the company. On to facebook next.

more of the same, but the company name on the credit card charge was under skin rejuv now. The product name is visaliaskincare. same company with changing names???

a scam. read below at other commenters. we went thru the same thing.. product we got was on the credit cartd as "skin Rejuv now" and the company return name was visaliaskincare. we called and canceled as soon as we saw on our credir card the 90$ plus charge. Credit card company said there was another 90$ plus charge coming. they seem to not be able to do anything about this charge, but will try. call the company and cancel and get a confirmation code (if it is real. I have a feeling its a name change game.

Never ordered!

I too have been ripped off by these people! Never even received a sample! I didn't order this stuff at all! Now my bank is disputing the charges. I can't afford to be out of $200! This is despicable!!!

Useless Product and Customer Service

I ordered my "Free Sample" and was promptly charged for the shipping fee. The product arrived and I began using it. The product did not work. Even after 22 days, there have not even been the slightest of results. Further, after 15 days, my account was charged $92.99, for the shipment. I had contacted customer service and cancelled my subscription, but the money was not refunded to my account. When I spoke to customer service, they were very demeaning and rude.

This company is a big rip off. I had not even received or tried my product and I have already been hit with two $92.00 charges. It appears if you order the trial, then you are automatically charge going forward. Do not order this product it is a big rip off. The stuff did not work once I tried and now I am stuck with the charges due to not getting a person when you call customer service. It is just a recording and does not allow you to talk to a human. I never saw anything that said they would charge my account 14 days later.

Tried a "free" sample of Luxurious Eyes that turned into a monthly subscription that costs $99 per month, that I did not know about or want. Had to go to my credit card company to find a phone number to call (the one on the web site was disconnected) and to dispute the most recent charge. When I contacted a representative of the company, he offered to reduce the cost by 20%, then 50% if I would reconsider. I refused because we do not want the product. When I informed him that I was returning the shipment, he said I should keep it (and assume the $99 charge of course). He said they would not issue a refund if I returned it. I told him I would let my credit card company work that out. I'm usually pretty easy going but this is definately a ripoff, not customer friendly, and the fact that he was offering a 50% reduction makes me question the real value of the product.

Do Not Order From Luxurious Skin...It Is A Scam!!!!!

I placed an order on line (May 28, 2017)for a FREE sample of skin care and eye serum. It stated all I had to pay was the shipping and handling fee. The amount was $5.95 each. I received the two products in a manila envelope (not even in a box) AND No Paperwork. I didn't think anything of it until I received my bill. I was charged $92.97 and $92.99. I called the company at 855-263-6775 and a robot addressed me by my name, then thanked me for enrolling in their program. Then asked if I wanted to cancel and to push #1. I did that, then it asked if you wanted to speak to a representative and I spoke to Alicia.

I explained the situation and that I wanted my money back. I told her I Never enrolled in anything. She said it was in the fine print. As I was speaking with her, I looked it up and there was No fine print and any mention to enrolling into their program. I told her that and I wanted my money refunded. she said she couldn't and that was their policy. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said none was available and they would get back to me. No one has returned my calls. I will be calling my credit card company to get this removed. How can they get away with this? There's no way I would ever purchase a face and eye cream for that amount of money. This company is a scam and I hope this will help others.

Thanks for reporting!!!

You do help preventing other from falling into these scams when posting. I have been victim of online scam twice already, once with a shampoo-conditioner duo and another time, with music downloads. Every time I see a "try-it-for-free-sample-only-pay-shipment" add, I smell scam. I did a search for "luxurious skin scam" and voila! your post and many others... so reporting does help! Good luck to you solving your credit card charge issue!

This is not only a scam but DANGEROUS! After using their snake venom eye cream, the skin around my right eye is now completely numb!! I wish I was kidding. I can feel pressure but no feeling in the skin! This is horrible. And it continues to spread even weeks later! I only applied their snake venom cream 3 times, image if I'd continued?! Of course I returned the product immediately, and dealt with the almost $200 in charges to my credit card that I never approved. And their horrible customer service that promised to contact me within 48 hours, which of course they never did, just to push me past the time of returning the product. Definitely fight this with your bank. And DON'T use their return address sticker, it'll just return the product to you!

This company ripped me off for two charges of $92.99. I didn't realize until I checked my bank statement . They claimed the trial sample wasn't canceled within fifteen days and that was why the charges occurred . I didn't have any knowledge when ordering the trial size sample that I would receive a charge of $200 fifteen days later . The operator explained it was non-refundable . This has to be illegal . I'm outraged by this scam .

Beyond Upset.

1. This is where you order the product

https://secur-ecart.com/luxskin/1/checkout.php?AFFID=9&C1=241&C2=luxuriousskin&C3=&C4=&click_id=14119955&prospect_id=176907&y1=000N

As you can see, it looks as though the product is free & you pay a small shipping fee.

You then place your address & credit card information and then press COMPLETE CHECKOUT. At no time during these entries are you told about TERMS & CONDITIONS. They are HIDDEN. They take you to one form and to another, but do not even MENTION Terms & Conditions. You won't know anything until you check your bank account and see a charge for $92.99 !!!!

The terms & conditions are at the bottom of the webpage- and there is NO INDICATION that the terms & conditions are related to the purchase itself.

I called the customer service number & they refused to help. I was told I would get a call back.

I would be more than happy to join any efforts in getting these CON ARTIST removed completely from the internet & I will stand behind all other customers who feel as though they have been ripped off completely!

I ordered a product for a trail, and I never received the product, but they made the charge in my bank account, I ask for my reimbursement and they said the trial period was ended it was too late to cancel On October 3, I ordered a product for trial, and I never received the product, but nevertheless, if they made the charge to my account, on November 4, I had not noticed the charge until November 15, and it was then that I I called them to claim that I had never received the product and that because without my authorization had been charged to my account, they told me that they were going to reimburse me the money and that they would send me the product and on this occasion if I received it in November 30 and I began to use the product and I was checking to get my money back and they never did it, by then I told them that because they had not reimbursed my money and they said it was too late to return the money because I had already passed the trial time, and they offered me the 35% discount to send me the product again so that I did not cancel their subscription, and I got upset and told them that this was not right and that they were stealing from the people, and that neither their produc to surve and they are not a serious business, that is only stealing the money from the people we trust in their advertising

  • Oct 25, 2017

I purchased the trial size for skin and eyes about 5 months ago. I had to go out of town for a few months and when I came back I had 5 full size packages and found out that I had been billed for all of them at '$90 plus dollars each.

I called to take care of this "mistake" and they said they would refund me the last one but the others, they couldn't do anything to help me. I asked for a manager and the woman hung up on me.

I'm angry and I'd like to find out what other actions I can take.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

  • Sep 4, 2017

I ordered the free trial, to try the product. I did not notice any difference, in fact I went back to using nuetrogena as it works better.

I went on a summer vacation, to return to 2 packages from this company. I did open either one. I expected to just return them. I received my statement and was shocked to see they had charged me almost $400 while I was gone. I immediately called my bank and then their customer service.

I spoke to an eastern indian guy , who spoke 90 miles a minute of broken english. He obviously had this scam down to a science. I told him I had both packages unopened and I would just return them for a full refund. He then explained to me that I could not do that or I would not receive any refund. He said I must put the luxurious eyes in one box together, and the luxurious skin in another box. Both boxes must contain this ra number that was a mile long. He exlplaine that this number must be on the inside of the box and the outside. Also, each box has a different number.

He also informed me that I would not get a refund on the first package because it had been over 30 days, even though

it had not been opened. I also will have to wait 5 to 10 weeks to get my money back. This is a sham!!!!!

A free trial, should be just that. You should be able to try it and decide if you want to order more or not!!

I already paid to have both packages sent back, we will see what they refund me before I seek legal action!!!

It is a shame that a company has to do business like this!!!! I will never order anything online again! They just ruined that for me!

Shark Tank Bites! Be careful!!!!

I signed up on the Internet for a sample of Luxurious Skin and Luxurious Eyes skin care. I agreed to pay shipping charges only. ($5.99 & $5.97). I never agreed to any terms nor did I sign a contract for continued purchases or authorize any additional debits from my bank account. I received my products and began using them. 2 weeks later, I noticed an unauthorized debit on my bank account from this company in the amounts of $92.99 & $92.97. I immediately cancelled my debit card and reported the fraudulent behavior to my bank. I called the number associated with this debit and reached Jacob in Customer Service. He informed me that I had agreed to an automatic debit from my account for more products an I had enrolled in a subscription for these products. I assured him I had done no such thing. After he offered me a 50% discount and I said "No thanks," he finally agreed (after 45 minutes on the phone) to refund 75% of the last debits. 2 days ago the $ reappeared in my account from this company in the amounts of $69.74 & $69.72. He also "un-enrolled" me in the automatic subscription service. I was polite but firm and persistent in insisting that I had not signed up for this program and I expected a refund for these unauthorized debits. Although they did not give me a full refund, I got partial credit and am chalking the rest up to a tough lesson learned. Check companies out before giving them any bank or credit card account information!

I ordered a test sample on two products from the same company over the internet on 5/15/17. I received those days later and was charged 5.97 and 5.98 for each product. I was then sent a duplicate set 2 weeks later for 99.94 and 99.96 for each product. Two weeks later I was charged the same 99.94 and 99.96 and again on 7/17. I have not received that order yet and today's date is 8/4/17.

On 8/4/17 I called to cancel my subscription and get an RMA to return 3 sets of unopened product. the operator asked if I would consider keeping my membership and only paying 50% for future products. When I said no, he asked if I'd consider paying only 75%. I said no again and asked to cancel and get an RMA. They said I could only return unopened produt within 30 days so only 1 set of each and that product must be received by 8/15/17.

I ordered this online and never did they talk about the shipping frequency or not being able to return product over 30 days. I have been charged more than $800.00 on 2 skincare products in two months for the first order. I find these practices unacceptable.

Today I decided to open on of the products and test on the back of my hand first to make sure I wouldn't be allergic to it. My skin was tinged yellow. There is no way I would put this on my face where it's intended.

I would like full reimbursement on any unopeded bottles. Who knows what's really in these products.

  • Aug 3, 2017

Website said all you have to do is pay shipping and handleing. paid that got the product cancelled the order and my account was charged 92.97 and 92.99. One for skin the other for eye. Called and asked why they charged my account that much they said cause I canceled it and I had to pay a one time charge for each. but only got the free trial. Never was told that they would have to charge me that amount to cancel something. Bad part is I still have not used it, it is sitting in my closet. When talking to them today I was told that I didn't understand. NO they are right I don't understand how you can charge people and mislead them.

I hope they don't make anymore sales on this product.

  • Aug 2, 2017

`Ordered this product on line for only shipping charge of 5.99. Received 2 small bottles. Product doesn't work. Received another shipment and received msg today that more was sent. They charged 92 to my acct. I stopped payment. They would not refund.. but said no more mailings. Am sending products back.

  • Aug 1, 2017

My husband got a advertisement on his smart phone from Luxurious skin

said it will do wonders for you face at only 5.95. We did not know the were going to start charging us $92 for the little jar. They were very misleading.W hen I got the second one in the mail today I was shocked cause I knew I hadn't ordered anymore. So I called the number on the paper and told them I didn't want it. She said I could cancel any more orders put I would have to pay for these.

This is very crooked. I've never bought anything that I couldn't get a refund for if I was unhappy with the product.I called them twice asked for the return address so I could send it back and they told me that wasn'tpossible

  • Jul 28, 2017

Facebook ad, ordered free product, to pay shipping charges only; Company charged account for two shipments, not accepting return of second shipment nor refunding any charges (two month). Company does not list an address or customer service phone number on Web site (s) . Customer service cancelled future orders but charged account over $350, refusing refunds based on time-frame to cancel order(s) which was less than 3 weeks.

Info. on ripoff sent to BBB; FCC; FTC.

The same result as all these other reviews. TOTAL SCAM

I don't even remember ordering this!!! I saw the email, saying I did, but no invoice number or my credit card number. I have since found where a cc has been charged. I'm worried my card will not reinburse or stop the automactic payments. I want my money back. I can buy antiwrinkle cream every day for 20 or under. I'd never pay this much for face creme!!!

  • Jul 11, 2017

I saw this amazing report online about this skin care product that I could try for $5.97. I cancelled the product after I got it because I wasn't sure what I was getting. Didn't see any difference in my skin after using it. Later called the company to get my $92.97 & $92.99 back but they would not do it. Can't believe I get two tiny samples for that much money! Very hard on a retired, fixed income person. What can I do to get my money back! Very dishonerable company!

  • Jul 10, 2017

Even though I like this product, their marketing technique is a total rip-off. I had no idea when I signed up for the free sample that I was also signing up for auto shipments. They charged $92.97 to my account before I was able to call and cancel. I will be calling again to attempt to return the product, but from the reviews posted here, I'm not expecting much success. I will never order from them again, so their slick marketing manuever backfired.

  • Jul 10, 2017

On 6-13-17 i placed an order for Luxurious Skin Cream that was advertised for only $5.99 shipped fee. No additional charges or membership fees were noted. I looked over and over again to make sure this wouldn't happened before I confirmed order. On 7/4/17 received an e-mail stating another item was added to my accountand charges to my credit card would appear. I immediately called the 1-855-263-6775 to make clear that I did not order any other items and was only paying for the $5.99 initial charge that was advertised. I was told that I could cancel the order to be shipped and they would just take my $99.00 that was due for the first shipment. I could not believe what I was hearing! I told the salesperson she would have to take the $99.00 off of my account and the only reason I placed the order in the first place was because of the price. I was told that it was not possible, I then asked for a Supervisor , which did call me back within 48 hours. But got the same story. . I asked for the next level supervisor to call me, I now have to wait another 24-48 hours . I keep being told that I accepted the terms and conditions, well I just went on the site and clicked terms and conditions, still nothing about auto shipment. It took me to another web page complexiontoday.com.

  • Jul 10, 2017

They said I ordered trial size products of their eye cream. I have never received their products . Because I did not cancel within the 14 day trial. They charged my debit account once for $92.99 and again for $92.77. When you call you cannot speak to a supervisor and are told they do not give refunds !!!! When you talk to a customer service agent they are extremely hard to understand and obviously from a third world country . The only thing they will do is to cancel your monthly shipment.

  • Jul 1, 2017

As with the other posters to the site, I ordered the products WHICH I THOUGHT were trial samples. NO WHERE on the site did it state anything that said I was signing up for automatic shipments/charges. The invoice didn't say anything about it either. I've ordered other things online and it was always made known to me that my card would be charged after xxx days but this site didn't have it posted. ONLY when I received an email letting me know my card was charged for $185.94 no less, did I realize what the scam was. Upon calling the company, they did cancel my subscription, but said since I didn't cancel within the trial period, I was obligated to pay. Their rules are listed under their very VERY fine printed link (you MUST click on the link) which states it's a trial and you'll be billed in full within 14 days if you don't cancel.

It's a HUGE scam and I even tried disputing the charges with my bank, but because they shipped my product to me, I can't get my money back. Granted I offered to return the product, but of course they can't take opened product back. Live and learn. SOOOO angry though!

  • Jun 24, 2017

Company used Gwen Stefani's name to offer me a FREE 30-day supply of skin and eye treatment. Then erroneously charged me $92.99 and attempted another $92.79. These people are total scam artists. They hide the commitment to their monthly shipments and billing in their terms and conditions of the shipping cost information of a FREE offer. They offer a free 30-day supply of the products for shipping costs only, which is approximately $12. None of the description or the offer say ANYTHING about monthly shipments or joining a "club" that bills monthly. However, I was told that the commitment was in the terms and conditions of the shipping agreement. I was also told they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!

This is because "You agreed to the monthly shipments and billing in the terms and conditions, Ma'am. " Or so I was told. I asked for the corporate phone number and was told that the person I was speaking with worked for a 3rd party company who handles their customer service only. She didn't have the corporate number. So, I asked for the name of the company she worked for and was told she wasn't authorized to tell me. I am retired and live on a fixed income. $92.99 is a significant amount of money to me and my budget. I contacted my debit card company and was told that Luxurious Skin had the funds on hold for 5 days and I told him it was a fraudulent charge and that I had not authorized it.

He said I couldn't stop any payment on this particular card. And I would have to wait until they were paid and then dispute it. REALLY?!? All of my monthly bills come due when my check comes in, and it just came in, therefore I am now short $92.99 on my bills for the month. I have tried to call the only phone number I can find for Luxurious Skin and reached a voicemail each time. I don't think it is a legitimate company. I did leave a message, just in case they have someone monitoring the voicemail. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!! Don't sign up for anything from these people. They will charge you shipping and when you see Terms and Conditions, READ CAREFULLY!!! You will be signing up for monthly "shipments" and monthly billing of $92.79 and/or $92.99.

  • Jun 23, 2017

I ordered this product for a free trial sample. I have them my credit card information for shipping and handling. I received my trial offer and the proclduct caused my Skin to break out and I decided against using it further. The company then proceeded to send me another month worth of both products (yes, I ordered the fave cream and eye serum) and charge me for both the second month and the "free" trial. When I called and said I had not ordered it they said it was in the small print (it was not... nor was it in my confirmation emails) and they would not credit me back or let me return the product. This company is a scam and their product is no good. Furious.

  • Jun 22, 2017

In response to an advertisement for a free sample of Luxurious skin for shipping charges of only $4.95. I was alerted by the fraud department of my bank of two charges in the amounts of $99 and $92 to my credit card account for puchases I did not make. These unauthorized charges were made by Luxurious Skin. Fortunately for me, my bank caught it! I am writing this to bring this to the attention of other consumers.

  • Jun 19, 2017

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! My mom signed up for a "free" trial from this company and did not see anywhere she would be charged anything more. She checked her bank account and saw she was charged $99.96 and $99.94. When we called the company I politely requested a refund and to return the product, the RUDE man on the phone said that wasn't possible and she agreed to the terms. I infomed him that she did not agree to pay $200 for facial cream and that she agreed to pay the $5.99 shipping for the "free" trial. When I asked for a supervisor he said he wouldn't bother his supervisor with this and that they would tell me the same thing. Again I requested a refund and to speak to a supervisor and that's when he told me to have a good day and hung up on me. I filed a disput charge claim with her bank. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! They use fake celebrity endorsements to lure they're customers in. Please be careful of who you give your credit card information to! If you have to pay for shipping its not free!

  • Jun 17, 2017

Ad for Luxurious Eyes offered free tiral sample for small shipping fee. Ad showed endorsement by four nationaly know celebrities, including Oprah Wenfry. Received Luxerious Skin. Received e-mail message that my credit card was being charged $92.97

The only insturctions are in very, very tiney font. With the curvature of the containers, I am only able to read one or two words with a ten power magnifying glass and the pump doesn't work.

The treatment by this company clearly identifies a clear intent to defraud the customer. How can they get away with this? There's no way I would ever purchase a face cream for that amount of money. This company is a scam and I hope this will help others.

  • Jun 16, 2017

Cancelled continued shipments of the product t within the 14 days allotted in the terms and conditions. I have confirmed cancellation notices dated within the 14 days limit but am still being billed on my credit card for $99,96 and $99.94. I have called both numbers listed for customer service. They seem to connect to call center in India. Deny that I have the cancellation emails. Deny any refund. Argumentative and rude.

  • Jun 9, 2017

This is a scam. When they say try our product for free, just pay shipping charges, they then turn around and hit your credit card with more charges! I had to change my credit card number and file a dispute to get the two charges off my card hopefully! Beware!! Never again will I buy anything from an ad on Facebook!!

  • Jun 8, 2017

Really effective marketing scam offering trial product of skin care products/anti agin serums for cost of only shipping. Hidden terms not supplied by the internet ad apparently outline a product that will be billed to the credit card used to make the trial purchse when it was never agreed to. Even to return the unused sample sized bottles are out of pocket shipping charged to return them. If you chose to keep the sample sized products you paid $6.00 to have shipped to you, you can do so for $38.00!!

Perhaps this is ok with anti aging, and anti-wrinkle enthusiasts and the cost associated with this scam are worth it. The problem is that there is no up front disclosure of the scam tactics before you make the purchase of the sampls for $6.00.

Maybe it works maybe it doesn't. Did not want to find out when I was made aware of the deceptive tactics being used and called immediately to get the return authorization codes to mail it back.

I really find it hard to believe companies are still allowed to operate in such a manner anywhere in the world. It just highlights the low moral standard of Corporate Society and the greed that is driving our civilization into the ground.

I ordered this product from an ad on Facebook. Luxurious Skin. I received two products-one for skin and one for eyes. I only ordered one product.

They took $92.99 and $92.97 out of my checking account before the trial end date. I called & cancelled further shipment. I called again to let them know that one of the products was leaking out of the container when I received it. They said that I did not cancel in time and they would not refund my money.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor was in a meeting. They took my phone number and said I would receive a call back within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, this is definitely a scam!

I also ordered a free trial and was not aware that I was going to be sent additional supplies every month for 99$. The cream was a sample size and had an awful smell. If I really had liked the product I would have continued ordering it. The fact that they have to scam people so they can get the extra month of 99$ is so pitiful. Shame on You!

  • Jun 6, 2017

I ordered a free sample of Luxurious skin that eded up costing about $12.00 0n my credit . I resolved myself to pay that. In the next month the company charged my credit card three times at $92.99 each for products I never ordered or recieved.

The phoney products were billed as Optimal Forskolin and fabulousacara.

My credit card company -Chase- flagged the fraud and contacted me. They cancelled the subscription I never odered, and I am waiting to see if the $270.00 will be reimbursed.

Today I recieved another skin sample! I called the company and could only get a generated voice message.

I cancelled my credit card all together.

This is a scam. I'm shocked the offer came through an add on a reputable website i open everyday to get my news.

Saw Online a "great" trial offer for only shipping at $4.95. Once I tried it, I didn't like it; however, then I got an e-mail saying I was charged $92 and was going to be sent another one. This was not mentioned anywhere on their initial web site about being automatically enrolled to receive more. Very much a scam.

LUXURIOUS EYE PRODUCT S-C-A-M I bought a one time Luxurious Eye cream and they billed me for an additional product called Luxurious Skin without my authorization. I notified them in writing about this and credited my card for the illegal charge. Then in 10 days they recharged my Credit Card for $92.99 I called to advise I did not order any more products and they said too bad you are getting charged because you didn't cancel within 10 days. Cancel what? Apparently when you buy the product it is a subscription you buy not the product. Very decieving the way this company is doing business and should alert the customers about the fact that they are selling a subscription and allow the customer to decide if they want to subscribe. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank.

As others have reported, I ordered a FREE TRIAL stock that might end soon due to high demand. The hook was Joanna Gaines had been secretly building up this company before she quit HGTV's Fixer Upper. (If that is even true.)

I paid shipping for a free trial and in 14 days was hit with almost $200 on my debit card. When I called them, they said that I was to cancel within 15 days. I told them that there was nothing in writing about that and nothing about autoshipments.

She offered to cancel my future orders but declared that it was their policy. She offered me a 25% discount, and finally a 50% discount. I told her she needed to completely refund me. She was adamant that it was their policy.

I called my bank about the fraudulent charges and they said that the company would just fight them as well. I had them cancel my card to insure there would be no further charges from these folks.

Also, there was no mention whatsoever of the product containing SNAKE VENOM!! Snake oil is more likely!

Do NOT get sucked into this unscrupulous fraud.

Luxurious Skin/Luxurious eyes sent "free" trial product. It arrived, the Luxurious Skin container without a pump tube so the product could not be removed from the bottle. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the pump tube had been broken off, but was not in the bottle. I stuck my little finger inside the narrow bottle and felt a rough, broken glass edge on the lip. When I opened the Luxurious Eyes jar and took out a small amount of cream to put around my eyes, I was scraping a small chard of glass less than an inch from my eyeball. I paid the shipping on May 3rd, but received the product more than a week later. I called the day

after I received it to complain that the "free" sample had glass in it and I would not pay to ship it back. I offered to send digital close-up's of the broken jars, but I would not pay the postage to return them. If they wanted proof, they needed to send me the money first. The customer service rep. said she would cancel my account. I told her I had no "account" and then found out from further questioning that they were planning to send me monthly shipments. I told her to cancel any further shipments, that I had never signed up for further shipments. Besides who would give money to a company that knowingly sent a dangerous product to a

customer? I had already paid $5.97 postage for the two broken "free" jars. To my surprise, when I went through my credit card bill, I saw a charge of $92.97 per month that had been made May 17th. When I called, I was told that I had been given 15 days to cancel after receiving the samples. It had been closer to 10 days since receiving the product. Besides, I had "cancelled" and the representative didn't couldn't tell me that I had already used my 15-day "grace" period, that I had been already cahrged for something I would not be receiving. Luxurious Skin/Luxurious Eyes had charged me money for time I was not granted. I told her I

would not pay the money, and that, even though I am retired and financially strapped, I would pay a lawyer well beyond that amount to make sure I did not have to pay them for receiving nothing but eye and face cream with broken glass in it that was advertised as "free". When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she came back to say they could give me 50% credit on my card. My response was that it was "bullshit" (something I learned from my eighth grade students after teaching them for 15 years), and that I would be sending collectors, lawyers, cops and Jesus Christ if I didn't get a 100% refund. She went back to her

supervisor and I was given the refund. I think that I might have a strong case because of the glass in the product. They send people defective samples as a way to recouperate their losses and to get a person "hooked" into their scam. Believe me, these are "bigly bad" people, folks.

Company is a rip off. product doesn't work..customer service said they would issue credit they charged my account for the 2 samples...#99.99 and 99.47...they did not cancel the charges, and in dispute through my credit card company they insisted they would not issue any type of credit...evenn tho i had an e mail confirmation from customer service rep. stating they would issue credit.

thank goodness i have a great credit card company, as they said they would absorb the charges rather than spend any more time/money argueing with them

stay away from this horrible company.

Was browsing msn clicking on interested topics when I found an article named Shark Tanks greatest deals. It mentioned the Kang sisters. I kept reading and found Luxurius skin, a trial offer for only $4.95 shipping. When I used my credit card I found you had to order the luxurious eyes too for another $4.95. I said well maybe they need to be used together. I ordered but did not see any terms on the site. I received the 2 products. I used both of them but did not like the way my skin felt. I started getting a rash. anyway I was checking my email and found they were charging my account $99.95 twice for each product on may 29th. I called the number on the email and was instructed to press a certain number to cancel. I cancelled each product. Today, may 30th i called again to speak to someone in customer support. I spoke to Julia. I asked to get reimbursed for $199.00 and she said she couldn't do because it was stated in the terms and regulations. I told her I never saw them on the email. She kept insisting they were there. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was not available. I asked for her name and she said Ashley. I was very disappointed and told her that I would contact my bank. I filed a dispute regarding the charges. I just can't believe I have been ripped off. I hope for the best outcome in this situation.

Luxurious Skin is a ripoff! They claim to give you a free trial, then turn around and bill you two weeks later for $90+. They say that they don't take refunds after the 15 day "trial", even if the product is unopened. I have had to file a complaint with my bank and here, and I can't even find them on the BBB website.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

  • May 20, 2017

The ad states quote"you can try Luxurious Skin and its sister product Luxurious Eyes, for free!" All you have to do is pay the shipping.

The company is actually Luxuriousskin.com and also Luxuriousskin.org.

I received a small 0.5 oz bottle and 1.0 qz bottle that reasonably appeared to be sample sizes of the products. I never received and invoice showing I was paying more than the shipping charge or any information on how to contact the company when the product first arrived. I thought all was well at that time.

One month later I find I have been charged approximately $93/product!!!!, a total of more that $200 when shipping is included.

I called the two different phone numbers on my credit card that turned out to be the same company and told them I didnt order anymore of their product and wanted it credited. I was told "NO, you had 14 days to cancel the "trial offer" and didn't do so.

You were then charged the full price of the product we shipped you."

I said you sent me free samples and all I paid was the shipping. They said they shipped the full sized product and will not refund my money.

I get on the internet and find that I am not the only one being Scammed by this company.

I immediately call Chase Bank and ask to speak to the department that handle fraud or deceptive practices. I started to tell the lady that answered my problem and before I could even really start, when I gave her the name FOREVERBEAZO, she said oh them, we are aware of this company, had many complaints, and we will credit my account and put a permanent hold on the company should they try to charge me in the future.

I then told her about the same problem with the second charge from TWH*SIMPLYFORSKOLIN and she said we do not know that name. I advised her that it is the same company and same product line, using the same deceptive practices. She said they will dispute the charge and do further review of that company. She will all credit my account for the fraudulent charge.

So, be aware! You will regret it if you order your "Free Sample".

I ordered the trial size of the luxurious skin and luxurious eyes, 30 day supply for $5.99 and $5.97 each. At the time my order was placed, there was nothing on the page pertaining a 15 day trial period.

First of all, i never received the product and secondly, my bank account was charged $92.99 and $92.97. When i called to get the charges refunded, the first csr told me that there was nothing that she could do and that a supervisor would return my call. I called the second time and was told that i could get a partial refund.

I told the second csr that i did not want a partial and he kept trying to get me to let them send the product Which i never received) again. I said no and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold for more than ten minutes. I hung up from that call and called again. The third csr said that there was nothing that she could do, since i had agreed to a partial refund.

I told her that i did not agree to a partial refund and asked for the corporate number and was told that they would only tell me the same thing. I requested the corporate number again and was asked if that was all that she could help me with today. I hung up the phone and begin to research and that is when i came across outscam.

From looking at previous reports, others have experienced the same thing as myself. It is a total scam and i pray that i can get my money back somehow.

We ordered two products for $5.97 each. We ordered the product on 5/1/17. Product didn't work. On 5/16/17 we were billed $92.97 for the same product order. We called dynamic caralluma who in turn told us that we owed the money. No refund. Scam scam. How do these people sleep at night after screwing people.

This is just a scam! Suck you in with $4.95 offer and offer eyc cream at last second to "try". Trial period is 11 days from time you order including shipping. Then you see TWO charges for over $90 each on your credit card bill. They claim you agreed to these charges and refer you to a webpage you supposedly agreed upon. It is NOT the same page you saw and a complete BAIT AND SWITCH! On top of that, while they have you on the phone they offer to give you the product for half price if you continue to receive it monthly but refuse to refund half the cost of the product to you...even if you offer to return the product at that time.

This is internet robbery at it's best! Even if you offer to pay a reasonable amount for what was sent to you, they refuse. They just wan to Rip You OFF! Steer clear of this product and website! Save yourself some grief and a couple hundred dollars.

  • May 17, 2017

As is the case with other people that have filed reports on this company, I was charged over $90 for both the skin care and the eye care cream they advertised as a "trial" sample. No where did I see that I had to cancel within 15 days or be billed for a subscription.

I contacted customer servicetwice and requested that the charges be reversed, I even told them I would return the unopened product for a refund and they said they couldn't do that.

This is a Scam, Scam, Scam and needs to be reported to as many legal agencies as possible.

  • May 17, 2017

I experienced the same scam as the previous reporters. I ordered a "trial sample" of Luxurious Skin & Eyes. "Product is free, just pay shipping and handling". I received the product used it and found it to be horrible, causing skin breakouts and irritation. I tossed it in the trash, not thinking of it again. However today I discovered two unauthorized charges on my bank card, not identified as Luxurious Skin in the amount of 92.97 and 92.99. I immediately called my bank. After speaking about recent card activity they were able to link the charges to Luxurious. Charges I clearly did not authorize. I insisted they categorize these charges as fraud. In an effort to prevent future charges they called Luxurious while I was on the line to dispute the charges. With persistence, not taking no for an answer and a promise of attorney involvement, Luxurious reluctantly agreed to a refund and put a stop to further transactions. I am now waiting for the credits. I have never had such an aggravating experience. Deceitful and scamming unethical business practices. I am also reporting them to USA.gov in the hopes they get tagged for internet fraud.

Beware Luxurious Skin or Luxurious Eyes, I believed I was ordering the new product backed by Shark Tank.

I receved two samplesin the mail for $5.95 each about two weeks ago. Today I received fraudulent activity notices from my bank. Two withdrawals for $99.96 and $99.94 as follows:

NaturallyBEA86625663

Company phone number provided by bank - 888-859-7058

FORESKOLINTLF8888597

Company phone number provided by bank 866-256-6308

Same story as others, they said they would cancel sending product but couldn't reimburse charges, I would have to contact te company. The charges were pending today and my bank says I have to dispute the charges once posted.

Shark tank skin cream buyers beware.... this may be a fake product who knows. When I went to the same website, It was as website is now calle L'Etoile .....

http://skincare.healthbeautyreport.com/news/en_lang/skin/Why_Every_Judge_On_Shark_Tank_Backed_This_Product_.php?name1=Letoile&pic1=letoile.png&voluumdata=BASE64dmlkLi4wMDAwMDAwNy05OTcyLTQwZjktODAwMC0wMDAwMDAwMDAwMDBfX3ZwaWQuLjYzNWQxODAwLTNhOGItMTFlNy04MzFiLTQwMzVlMTQ0MGZiOF9fY2FpZC4uMDEzM2Y1M2EtMDc0Ny00OWY4LWEyNGEtOTg3NDE4NTZlODgxX19ydC4uREpfX2xpZC4uZjM2MGE4ODAtMWIzYy00Y2VhLWFlZjEtYWFkYzcyZDVjNDlhX19vaWQxLi5mYjJiNDg4NS03ODkxLTQ3M2EtYjI3Mi0yNzVjYWNiNzUxZjlfX3JkLi5fX2FpZC4uX19hYi4uX19zaWQuLl9fY3JpLi5fX3B1Yi4uX19kaWQuLl9fZGl0Li5fX3BpZC4uX19pdC4uX192dC4uMTQ5NDk3NjI1MDA0NA

or ... someone is creating a false advertisement mirroring the shark tank product. Who knows?

However I would not order any cream samples from anyone in the future!

HORRIBLE SCAM!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. On 4/25/2017, I was drawn into their false advertisement saying you receive a 30-day trial supply of skin care product for paying just the shipping - $5.99 for Luxurious Skin. My order # is 348995 and $5.97 for Luxurious Eyes. My order #348996. Checking my bank statement, there was also a mysterious charge of $1.99. At the time, I did not question it. I received my products on 4/30/2017 via US mail with nothing more than their Return Label to Luxury Fulfillment Return, 5663 Balboa Ave., #481, San Diego CA, 92111. Absolutely nothing about this bogus subscription. BTW, the products dries up on my face like a white powder. To my horror, on 5/12, my bank account was debited for $92.97 and $92.99 respectively. I called my bank, who stated that I may have been scammed into unknowingly signing up for subscription and that they would do their best to help me; although it might take some time. My bank suggested I first call them to try and reconcile and supplied this 866.497.3897 which I called. I believe it was an Andrew who I spoke to, who said that I needed to call back and hung up. I then called the 888.351.7325 on my email confirmation copy, spoke to a Cindy? who tried to convince me that I was billed after not returning the product within 15 days and even though I'd received it under that time, that the trial period actually started the same day that I had ordered this FAKE trail. She would not agree to refund me, but only after I stated that I filing with the Illinois Attorney General (which I did after the call), did she say that she would send me a cancellation via email. I am out of: 5.99; 5.97; 1.99 and now 92.97 and 92.99 for these 2, 30ml "trial samples". I am still going to pursue through every channel available to me until I get my money back. They don't get to SCAM people, especially a senior like this. SHAME on THEM!!!! UNTIL THEN DO NOT DO THIS!!!
