Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota Reviews

Denise Langworthy was appointed as My Mother's unwanted and unneeded Guardian. The first thing Mrs. Langworthy did was took My Mom's cell phone away and She did not let My Mother talk to her only son for a whole year. She placed My Mother in another town, in another county in a Nursing Home.

She isolated My Mom from her husband and her family. A diagnonis of Dementia doesn't mean that My Mother needs to be locked up and the key thrown away. She lied and court, put a restraining order against me because of a Facebook post I made for my own personal mental health. I recorded the "home inventory" where she brought along an armed poice officer, and did not really take much of an inventory. She was telling the armed poice officer how many of these home inventories she does a week. Denise had a fit when I was recording My Mother's "care conference" She accused me that I was recording it for My brother and Father to hear.

Now just recently Robert Givens, would not respond to any of my emails trying to set up a time to get my belongings. He got three giant dumpters and emptied out the house throwing everything that we owned away, while letting neighbors take anything they wanted, without affording that option to us. They filed an eviction action against me. Denise lied under oath in court that they needed to sell the house for medical bills. I bet a million dollars that there are no unpaid medical bills, My Parent's had insurance, on their insurance. Making sure that I was not allowed on the property or I would go to jail. Making me powerless to do anything. I could not find anyone to help me, or My family.

I had POA for My Mother, Denise had a fake looking document and said she "Revoked" My POA. I did research and I do not believe that was legal. It is not that easy to get rid of a POA. They usually go until the person passes away. My Mother thinks she is being punished for something.

Denise had them charge me with FInancial Exploitation of My Parent's. (not true, I can prove it) She also had me charged with Caregiver neglect. I requested a reconsederatrion, but that was denied.

I cannot find an Attorney to take My case.

My Dad is A Veteran. I reached out to them for help, they think that I am an evil, rotten free loader. I was Doing Scott Counties job, I was talking care of three vulnerable adults. This whole situation is so bizare and unbelivable, and frustrating.
