Free Trial: $4.95 shipping & handling. Need to cancel within 14 days of ORDERING. Still had a 30 min conversation re their need to charge me $84 x 2 to cancel within the specified 14 day trial. Where did the words "Free & Trial" fit into the payment plan they wanted to slap me with? Trial size products, eye cream & face cream. Had to hold my ground.... they want to wear you down to accepting their suggested terms... Don't do it. Thru your Credit Card Carrier, cancell any type of payment they demand. Sometimes they will also request a refund of any other monies already sent to that particular "rip-off" company.

I tried their product. But I broke out terribally. I’m a senior and not interested in acne. I attempted to reach them by phone but the message came on that the number was disconnected. So I then packed the product up and tried to mail it back to them. I used the web page to find the address under the customer support tab. But after paying quite a lot in postage, I mailed the package. That came back as refused. I’m out of ideas on how to cancel this and where to return their product. It’s very frustrating. I would give them 1/4 of a star if I could. It’s just wrong to have a customer support tab with a phone number and address that do not work. Save your $$. Don’t go near this rip off

RIP OFF DO NOT ORDER

What this company does should be illegal!!!! Do not get sucked into a free trial. They get you on the fine print and bill you a ridiculous amount after 2 wks. And the products don't work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY YOU DID!!!

Purchased free trial for 4.99 on 12/4...on 12/17 they had already charged my card the full price of 89.00...didn't even allow the complete 14 days. when i spoke with customer service rep...the same old blah, blah, nothing they can do about it...she claimed purchase date was 12/3, however, when i researched my info and found the screen shot of receipt it is dated 12/4...total fraudulent rip off...should be criminal what these jerks do to people. Complete travesty...why doesn't the govt crack down on crap like this????

After receiving their "free" 14 day trial product, I called them on the 14th day to cancel my subscription. At this point I was only charged $4.95 shipping. The product does not work any better than a $10 face cream. The agent #818 told me that since I did not give the product enough time, I would be charged $89.95 as stated in the fine print. But I had to cancel within 14 days also per the fine print in order to avoid the full price..hmmm. This is about as much of a rip-off tactic as any company can get. I do not know if I will be charged yet, and I told them if I was a would dispute it. Others need to know. I have read many other reports on this company and they have their poor agents negotiating an opt out price. What!? How can they get away with stating Free if the consumer is charged at any point they cancel?

The impression they give you is a sample is being sent out for the price of shipping. Did not see small print that you would be charged after 14 days for the full amout of product. Luma Belle was sent out in a box with no return address, no insert explaining policy or information on how to return within 14 days. The first I realized I would be charged was when it showed up on my credit card and of course they did not do that until the 14th day. This gives no time to return. I offered to return the unused portion of product and they would not do that either.

I ordered 2 products on a 14 day trial. My understanding was the trial started when you recevied the product because they say, "after your 14 day trial, you will be charged $89.92". They told me my product would arrive on the 24th. But that was a Sunday.

I received my product the afternoon of Sept. 25th. So I started my trial that day. I called on Oct 4th in the morning to cancel my "subscription" but was told "you can cancel, but we won't refund your money". They told me I missed the 14 day cut off, yet I was never told what that date was. I was never told the trial starts the day you order.

Also I was told they would refund 50% of my cost but not all of it. And if I called my credit card company they would refund zero. It was only if I agreed to not call my credit card company, then I would get 50% of the subscription fee. I actually cancelled within the 14 days. And yet was charged $175 for the product.

I asked to talk to the supervisor and was told i was talking to him. This is a scam. I've never delt with anyone like this. I did call my credit card company immediately after getting off the phone.

Scam Artist

I wanted to try the cream and applied for the 4.99 shipping just to try the product. On the advertisement it did not state it was a 14 day trial period nor did it mention how much the product cost. In all the merchant REJUVAPINKSKINCREAM 800-3798451 FL. charge me $360.00 because I did not cancel within the 14 day period. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT - LUMABELLAL COSMETICS.

You can purchase from Target for $30.00.

Scam Artist -DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Charged a total of $359.68. In November charged 89.92 and 84.95 for just the luma belle skin cream. When i notified the company I wanted to cancel, they charged my account an additional 94.91 an 89.90 for the month of December. This is for a sample cream so I thought. I was over charged for this product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. REJUVAPINSKINCREAM - 800-379-8451, email address: [email protected]

Scam Artist -DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered what I thought was a sample of the skin cream for 4.95 shipping only. There was no mention of a 14 days trial only. I still have my confirmation. Then I noticed my credit card was being charged 89.92 and 84.95 in the month of November. In December I was charged 94.91 and 89.90. I never authorized these charges. On my confirmation it was never advertised it was a trial only for 14 days. On my confirmation sent to me did not reflect a trial offer. Once I notified merchant (REJUVAPINKSKINCREAM) (email address: care@lumabellecosmetics) that I wanted my monies back and to cancel all these charges, this is when they decided to charge me an additional 94.91 and 89.90. This merchant charge me $359.68. My credit card company said there was nothing they can do. The document submitted to my credit card company were false.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
