I hired this attorney on a dui and possession of marijuana case and not long after I hired Ms. Deitzen I realized I made a big mistake on hiring her. 2 times i went to court and she never even showed up! Also every time I called her and left a message it took over a week to get a call back. This attorney never to the time to talk to the district attorney's office to work out a good negotiated plea. With no preparation she advised me to go to trial saying she could beat the case. Well that never happened and I lost and received a lengthy jail sentence for what could have been thrown out on a technicality with proper litigation from a better attorney! Or at least gotten a good negotiated plea or something. Do not hire this attorney what so ever on a criminal case. When the district attorney tells you he wishes all defense lawyers were this bad, because it would make my job easier you know you made a mistake by hiring this attorney!
