First I'll like to say that when I went on here to look at what other people had said about lone start engine it made me laugh out loud because I had the same thing happen down to the T happen to me. I brought my vehicle here to get a new engine installed. They told me it would cost $1295. I paid $1400 in cash. I received a phone call about a week later saying oh some parts are broken we need an extra 500$ .... I go in and I tell them I want to see the old parts they replaced. All in all they gave me one part back because they had thrown away the rest. Well with my engine out I have my hands tied and mean while I have friends taking me to work. I give them the 500$ .Another 2 WEEKS go by and I go in because it's finally ready. My first bill was $1295 then add $500 parts and then they add another 200 FOR SERVICE! that is a total of 2123!! I honestly could of bought a new used car with that.
..... The very next day BLUE SMOKE comes out from the back. I call them and they tell me some b.s. about how the car needs to sit. Fine. 2 weeks go by and it's happening every time. So I take it in. They have a (12 month insurance) here goes another week. They tell me they need to remove the block again and see what's wrong. Again a week goes by and they call me and tell me it's ready.
I go pick it up now this time I open the door and the passenger seat is full of oil. By this time I am extremely upset. I take it home. Funny how the next day not only is it still smoking but now there is a rattling in the front!! I live in Texas it's hot. My a/c was working perfectly when I took in the day I got it back , it was a hot day and holly behold, no a/c they had removed the can. What the hell does the a/c have to do with the block. I call him and they tell me bring it back next week . That they are having problems with there mechanic . This time it takes 2 weeks. I get back and I left my car with 3/4 of a tank get back and I didn't make it to the gas station down the block because it Had no gas. I realized I need to bring in my father into the situation. Nothing has changed about the car it still runs bad.
My dad talked them and they get to an agreement I am take it back again and hopefully the last time. When I go drop it off, I ask him the boss what happened to my gas and why was there oil stains in my car. He told me instead of answering my questions he told me , you can never come back here because you are not my client you're father is. And you don't know anything because you a women. I would understand if I yelled at him or went all mad at him. But I had not I had simply asked . Instead He then goes on and rambles how he need to test drive my car. You don't ever need to test drive a car for 3/4 of a tank and dirty it while you are at it. I know some mechanic use the gas but it should never be to the point where I didn't even make it to a gas station.
He then proceeded to tell me he would not take my car unless I had all the invoices on me. I live 40 mins away. I was more than outrage. How dare he disrespect me I have never had any problems at a mechanic place. I took my car and if I could sue him for stealing parts, stealing my money, and disrespecting me I would. Never will I go here and I hope you the reader never goes. They gave an ad on the ( www.autosusadoesmagazine.com ) it comes in this magazine with a clipping inside. I also realized that they moved from Carrol street to this this place. Please Do not go!!
