Locked N' Loaded 4x4 Reviews

In April or May, we were quoted around $1800 for a lift and labor on our YJ. On 5/30, I paid $1174.85 for parts, as Joe couldn't order without us paying for them first. We dropped off the jeep Thursday 6/22. On Friday Joe called and said he got the parts but it was not the right transfer case. The slip yolk eliminator for the transfer case that was already on the YJ was staying on it and Joe would do a drop down kit. He told us that he would find us a transfer case for the jeep and when he got it in, we could either bring it and drop it off or help Joe put it on and wouldn't charge us labor for it. We went and picked the jeep up and paid balance.

We were driving down 422 heading home and the brakes were hung up. We called Joe and were told that he wasnt really into fixing brakes and if we wanted to bring it back, he could try to look and see what's going on. The jeep wouldn't move and smoke was coming out of front wheels. My husband had to bleed the brakes on the side of 422 to get it home. The jeep sat out front of our home until our mechanic could get it in. The shop called and informed us that it was not the right master cylinder that was put on our jeep and the adjustment rod was not properly adjusted.

We had to pay $727 to get it fixed and put a new power booster on it. After getting it back from the shop, we had to pay over $100 to Goodyear for an alignment due to steering wheel being sideways. My husband called Joe 3 times and never received a call back and just called again last week and once again, no call back. We paid for the lift and for the yolk eliminator (never put on) and for a new drive shaft, which was also never replaced. While driving his jeep a couple months ago, the driveshaft broke due to the bolts not tightened to spec.

We had to have the jeep towed home, paid approx $60 for parts and had my husband under the jeep until 3am fixing it. The bolts that did not break were removed by hand. When we paid almost $1000 more than quoted, we expected this jeep to come back with no issues, the parts we paid for replaced and/or installed, the transfer case that was promised either put on or given to us to do ourselves or have done, and a return call when we leave messages. We put out over $3,800 total between the lift and all repairs needed to be done after they were done with our jeep.
