Something seemed off when the details were sketchy. When i asked him for the address to his office, he only told me the location, which is off 233rd on the 2 train in the bronx. Seemed a bit more off when he only worked out of a booth. He did have a key to the apartment he was showing. I did go inside the unit and take pictures. But he refused to give me the name of the owners. He said people try to go around him and deal with the owners directly. But when i was willing to give him the deposit, he still refused to give me the name of the people who own the place. What if these are slumlords? What if he takes off with my money? Then i came here to yscam.com and i'm glad i did. He refused to take my money because i kept asking about the owners. Then he said he would "set everything up" for me - which i don't know what that means. Coming here, i found him under the alias of joseph lincoln blaize who took someone else's money and never returned it and never gave them the keys, and that he had done this 6 times before. Renter beware! avoid!
