I recently agreed to a free trial of ProMuscleFit which I had to pay the shipping. And yeah, it was another one of those if you don't cancel in the I forget how many days, you are continually billed. The company Biz Profits billed me using various company names like EYEACTIVEPLUS, DERMAACTIVE, and PURCOLONDE possibly to throw me off when checking my credit card statements. Anyway,

I tried the ProMuscle for a while. I can't say that I gained any muscle, but seemed every time I took ProMuscleFit, I would get diarrhea. I have since requested a refund for which they agreed with the stipulation that I ship unopened product back first and once received, I would within 15 days receive a refund. 15 days has come and gone and guess what, no refund. Upon calling for status they play this game saying that refund has been issued and I should check with my bank. Never heard of such before, but called my bank and they show no record of an attempted refund. To all my health / fitness conscious friends, be aware of these companies / tactics. I tried to explain that my refund would be much cheaper than me going public about their product, but everyone needs to know about this company and it's ever changing name.

We took advantage of a free trial for ForskinFit supplements. It said that the trial was for 15 days. We paid the shipping. We made the order on August 21 2016. The supplements did not arrive until about Sept 14th. I was not aware that they had already charged my card on Sept 6 (I had not received my stamens until recently) They made a further charge on Sept 21. After a lot of back and forth and even getting my bank involved on a three way call, they still wouldn't budge in giving a refund. My question to them was how can you try a product you didn't receive within the trial period? Also, we did not receive any email confirmation of the order. The only email we received was the cancelation email. Interestingly the cancelation email stated that no charges were made. What! Yes there was so shouldn't they refund my money? I am going to a lawyer to discuss what can be done.
