I requested a custom hot tub cover and supplied them with a design and measurements. They did no in person inspection OR consultative sale, just sent information to their manufacturing firm in Chicago. The manufacturing firm shipped a massive 4 piece system - both too heavy and too large for the hot tub. I had requested a light foam and vinyl top, but they sent a heavy foam and hard plastic cover that was not portable! When the manufacturer shipped to Leslie's, they called and said I needed a large truck and A CREW to move this cover.

I then contacted Leslie's and their manufacturing firm about all these errors and issues. All they offered was a new cover at full price with a 15% discount!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Dishonest business, no concern for the needs of the customer, and no offered solution but $1500 for an unusable unit.

Justin does not no what he is doing, he can not even fix or repair navagtor. I brought in feet that I got for free at leslie he would not fix or repair the navagator. do not bring in any repar work there.

I bought a pool pump for my waterfall, the girl said it was the right one. It took almost 2 weeks to get it. When the repair man could make it back over he told me we needed additional parts. So we went to the store and so i thougt the girl ordered the parts. When the parts came back in she told me ohhhhhh i forgot to tell you you needed additional parts for the additional part for the motor. So i went to the store and when she seen me coming she rolled her eyes. By then i was done and asked for a refund.

She gave me a refund for the additionl part, but would not give me a refund on the motor. So iam out 366.00 dollars. I called the headquarters and made a report and said the district manager would call me. She did and refused to refund my money because they have a 14 day policy which was never told to me. Well i reported it to the BBB and the response was that they could warranty it out. The motor is still in original box never been used she told them they determined it had been used for a month not true still in same box brand new could not be used because we needed the additonal parts that the girl did not orded right. Today i recieved a response again say they would give me a full refund. As soon as i reviewed the BBB response from them the district manager (Corina) called and asked if I got the response on the BBB, I said yes i was going to the store to get the refund. She said no i can not give you your money back. So they lied to the BBB. We are on a fixed income and my husband is a disabled veteran. It took me a long time to save the money. They dont care about customers or their business.

Please DO NOT SHOP at any of Leslie's Stores!! Do NOT give them your Business. I went in today and Bought 2 half gallons of a wrong Chemical called ALGAE CONTROL it was $52.99 each, it came to $110.00 With tax, I get in my car and discover it was the wrong Chemical, now mind you I bought several other things, the Bill came to over $300.00 I went back in the Manager Refused to give me back my Money, they said they Do not Refund Chemicals. They said it was there Policy ~ I work 7 days a week for my money and very hard, What there doing is not only unethical, it's illegal. I had my receipt. Stay far away from Leslie's pool~!!

Leslie’s Pool Service; They ran a program $199 for a free inspection with products included; however, they never return call to schedule the service for! Ripped Off, several time by their Service Center! Never Again. Phoenix Arizona

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!After waiting 2 weeks a Leslies chlorinator was installed by Lesley's.Didn't work. Promised us they would be out Monday. It's Friday and every day they come up with a new excuse. I wouldn't use Leslies service department again if they were the LAST source in the USA. I would have the pool filled in first. They have no respect for others time, money, or their own obligations/responsibility. We should have been a top priority considering our unit or service was/is obviously defective. Corporate offers zero assistance and operates like a mom and pop versus a corporation of it's size.FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!
