Phone calls, texts messages, and even the people who work there won't respond to my attempts. This man who runs this place is a liar and theif. He prays on the elderly, senior citizens.
The tub was purcahsed for my wife who had cancer and has sensed passed away. He told me that he would resell the tub at a 40/60 split, but won't relinguish the money to me. In reporting to the BBB found out that there are many other compliants against him and that company.
We signed a contract for a pool back in March 2018....We were told: "Your next in line" and it would be June 1. After many back and forth dealings of why the delay, finally a hole was dug in July and nothing else. We spent $22,000 and never received our pool but did get a ton of excuses from Ron and his staff. They don't want to answer phone calls now, and I have not received any type of refund.
Leisure Lifestyles has very poor workmanship and business ethics. It's been 1yr and 6 months and the job is still not finished. They keep promising to work on finishing our pool and what we paid for but it has not happened yet. What they have done is not working properly and looks like crap. Do not use them and let this place con you out of your money too.
