LegalMatch Reviews

I tryed legal match.com. I hired one of there attorneys. He ignored what I asked for. A elder abuse case with fraud and instead. Sided with the trustee in a livin trust case. I told him if he did not want to address the problem then give me the money back. He quit and kept 1112 dollars for asking the trustee for a few pages of records.

I wish I could make 1100 dollars for calling some one for 2 minutes. I talked to his partner a month before this he wanted me to send 3500 dollars. You get the picture. Promise help , get there money, then know the Bar association will do nothing

They contacted me during the Recession to provide referral of clients looking for attorneys. The list they sent contained about 60 potential clients. Only one was a potentially paying client who had been in the list for 90 days, which meant he was someone who either was not really looking for a lawyer or didn't find anyone he liked. In other words, a difficult client. The others were all people who were looking for an attorney to represent them pro-bono.

I searched in the Internet and found out that many lawyers who paid for their services had not received any leads that resulted in employement. The fee they had been charged was $500 per month. When the lawyers asked for a refund, since the service had failed to provide what it had promised, they were refused the refund.

In recent months I have been receiving unsolicited emails from various people with a Legal Match, com address. By the name of the agent sending the email, it appears that they are trying to match them to my gender and ethnicity, a very transperent marketing ploy. I have told them repeatedly to stop contacting me, because I am not going to do business with them, but they continue to send me emails, nonetheless. This last time I warned them that if I got another unsolicited email, I would contact the authorities and file a complaint for harassment.

I decided to write this review to warn other lawyers that this service is not what they claim. Even if they come up with a valid referral, chances are it will only a few to justify their fee.

Legal match.com started out to be a legit attorney/lawyer referrel service for both attorneys and consumers

To be matched together. I used it years ago with success. Now legalmatch has no lawyers, and instead they

Have teamed up with the scam legalshield multilevel marketers who claim to consumers they are selling you

The right to have access to attorneys/lawyers for a yearly fee. They were exposed in los angeles, and the

District attorney went after them and the one lawyer who was also a scammer. They now opperate another

Scam business called prolegalleads.com.

When some unexpecting consumer puts their personal information on legalmatch.com, their information does

Not go to a real attorney since they have scared off any legit attorneys, and instead you get contacted by the

Scammers from legalshield and prolegalleads.com.

Its unfortunate but i had a conversation with them, and discovered they were lying to me. So now i am

Reporting them to the outscam because as you can see all the other reports, they are not responding since

They have scammed alot of attorneys too and their employees. I guess the attorney general needs to put

Them out of business.

I had gone into the Reno office which I was told my 2 hiring managers alongside human resources that I was given a job. I met with them. I answered all their questions. It was a really good interview. Well come to find out even though they claim the job titles of "human resources and hiring managers." They are really falisfed in terms of the dictionary's higher managment in a different state who never sees you but hears your voice over the phone 1 time for less than 5 minutes. The Vice President of the company condescened my resume using the exact words "Who would ever in their right mind hire you". In other words, a great analogy would be "dont judge a book by its cover" in my opinion as even though you dress to impress, you communicate why you are a asset to their company, shake their hand, look them in the eye and come to an agreement that we will be moving forward...It's a huge let down as the Vice President of the company makes the decision. No one else. This company is crooked as they do not even have a way to contact them over the phone. They reply by emails. They cannot face the truth. Practice what you preach, especially in a business enviornment that is your income/survival needs. Upper managment uses their employees as lab rats; when they do not even know what is going on face to face. Sounds just like the Wells Fargo Law suit that I was apart of not too long ago. We the people are not rats to run around and pay your salary's for looking pretty. Hardwork should be rewarded seeing it upholds your business. I have never come across such ignornant, foolish people in my life. I just want to warn people ahead of time so they don't waste their time and get treated disrespectfully. I have a degree in Business managment and communication, hence why I disagree with Legal Match and their beliefs regarding equality for all.

Education is power. Money is an obstacle. Not the other way around Legal Match! To the American people looking for jobs I highly recommened looking elsewhere to ensure a company that will treat you fairly.

Sincerely,

A 29 year old American Citizen that has a college degree and is being undermined by the authoritive figures who just want more money for themselves.

Attention: All Lawyers!

Legal Match is a complete and total SCAM!

They charge exhorbitant fees to "get matched with strong leads in your practice area" (their words, not mine).

Lega Match representatives are quite vague, even misleading, possibly fraudulent, when trying to convine you to sign up with them.

To try to sell me, they showed me a list of over forty "potential clients" in my practice area and promised me at least 6 to 7 new leads per week. "Sounds good, doesn't it" they said. Further, "You could make up our fees with just two or three clients per month."

Problem is, which I could not discover until AFTER I signed up, those so called "leads" had been accumulating for over four months and only about 5% of them were actually in the practice area for which I had paid. Then, once I contacted that 5%, all but one was either no longer looking for an attorney or had already spoken to another attorney. The one and only lead that actually responded back to me "disappeared" when I requested that my small ($200) fee be paid up front.

Same deal with every lead thereafter. Most of their "leads" simply want free legal advice. The type of "leads" they provide either don't want to pay or can't pay. Most "leads" are outside of the practice area for which I am paying.

When I explained my concerns and kindly asked to terminate our one year agreement, I was told, "That's not possible". I even offered to continue to pay until such time as they found a new attorney to take over the practice area for which I paid. Again I was told, "That's not possible".
