Then get around the law by stating is not a solicitation when they do the definition of soliciting. Same as walking into a bank and stating "I'm not a theif, but give me all the money in your drawer", then getting off legally due to the fact "he said he is not a robber so there for he was not". What a country, you can steal someones identity, get a JD and say that you did not and you are good to go!
