Run this man does not help you! While talking to his clients he sounds like he has a great plan once he gets past telling you how important he was because he studied material of the way Dr. Phil addresses issues. But, once he is in court he will either sleep or crumble like a mouse facing off with the opposing attorney. Then after court he will try to make you think what you got was good. And if you dont aggree then he comes up with how to handle things. Well after going to court with him for over 6 times then he admitts he cant handle the case. So i would only use him if you needed to have an attorney for the record and pay his flat fee of $1000 a month for a short amount of time (maybe 4 f the 9 months the child services is putting facts together, which they are a bigger joke than the attorneys ) . HE CANT HANDLE BUT CHEAP AND A WAY TO STAY IN THE FIGHT DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE CASE WHILE CHILD STUDY BEING DONE. But in the mean time when things look like you only have 3 or 4 months left better hre somone eles if they are out there, to close your case. WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU!
