He cheats per diem attorneys so that they work for him, but he doesnt owe them enough to make pursuing a case against him in court worth the time and expense.
I worked with Mr. Viviani for a few months on several per diem appearances. I appeared for his assignments, timely submitted my reports and provided him with my invoices. He took 6 months to pay $150 (after asking for payment dozens of times) and when he did pay the $150 he owed for my services, his bank check bounced and I was forced to pay the insufficient funds fee.
After much protests, he took several weeks to pay the $150 via money order and did not reimburse me for bank fees. To this date, he still owes $300 for other appearances I handled for his company, Anywhere PerDiem. He told me multiple times that the money order was in the mail and as of today, I have not seen one dime from what he owes.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this attorney and his company like the plague! If I could give him less than one star, I would!
