Landon Greek was hired to paint the bathroom, replace the kitchen cabinets, install a dishwasher, paint the kitchen, refloor the kitchen, and other various little repairs. The bathroom was not properly primed before painting, so the heat from the shower has caused a yellow oil to leak and then dry on the ceiling. There are yellow streaks because of it. The kitchen floor was redone with peel and stick flooring. He put down concrete that was wet underneath it and now it is all cracking and coming up in chunks.
The cabinets were installed to where they are not flush against the wall as they should be, and they were bought from Home Depot as prefabricated kitchen cabinets. The dishwasher is the third one that had to be installed by him because the first two did not work as advertised by him. The drain under the kitchen sink that is brand new, the pipes were not properly sealed and leek constantly, or the dishwasher causes such a backup that it's suddenly will flood the cabinet under the kitchen sink and onto the kitchen floor.
Which causes more damage to the floor and the supposed grout that he put down.
The door that was replaced on the side of the house was not properly sealed and so there is a constant cold draft coming underneath it. There is a island in the basement that have him and the crew that he brought in to do the work, broke the marble that was on it and never came back to replace it. There is a light in my kitchen that was supposed to have been replaced, but because it was not done, it leaks anytime it rains and it looks like it's starting to fall in.
