Chinese Company Masquerading as Tibetian. Which is an ultimate insult to this land occupied by the Chinese.
This is a fake company selling cheap quality fake products mailing the same from snail mail China Post. Visit the site and small window messages will keep popping up at the bottom of the screen saying someone from Israel or San Francisco or brazil or Canada etc etc has just placed an order. If you monitor the website, its almost the same names popping up. Their website is a basic one with dynamic content of repeat names to make you believe that while you were on the websites, some 10 odd people already placed their orders.
These guys never send the goods. Also check their Facebook page, it is all over the replies. They are taking the money and nobody is ever receiving the bracelets. All the so-called reviews on their website and pictures are from "ghost" accounts. This is one big fraud.
Same issue as another person who had a compaint about Kundalinispirit.com. I placed my order for 2 of their bracelets and the order confirmation page said that due to high demand it may take a week to process and ship the order. It has been over 2 weeks now and there has been no change on the order. They also seem to refuse to respond to my email enquiries. All I am looking for is an update. I will not order from them again. Not good customer service at all and I am thinking now that I will not receive the products at all. They have though taken my payment. Will update this report when and if I get an update from them.
I placed an order on 4/13, two items, $48 total in purchase.
They state on their site, please allow up to a week to ship, so a week went by and I never received a shipping update so I reached out. Below is their response -

Since then, I requested an order update and they have ignored me. I let more days pass and followed-up to request a refund, they have intentionally ignored me since 4/21 and we are approaching 30 days with no response from their team and no product shipped. I am confident you are taking a HUGE risk by purchasing from this seller.
