They advertise free samples of skin care anti-aging cream, anti-aging serum, pay only shipping & handling charges on a credit card. In less than 14 days they are billing you for free samples in the amount of $103.00 and $109.00 for products that were free samples. Scam artist in USA and out of country.

I saw the ad on Pinterest for Krasa skin serum and the trial was only $3.95

So I gave my credit card info online and my bank immediately sent me four texts

in a row of four different small charges. Totalling $11.71 !!

I called the company right away and some smart a*s rude person claimed to not have my name or any credit card information! total lie!!!

There were four different companies attached to this one that debited my card.

Now several scum bags have my personal debit card information and I have to have my bank send me a new card.

False advertising. Bully you to take their offer. Refuse to allow return. Argue about refunds. Which by the way there was nothing listed about terms at all not in any form of print online.employee stated the "hassell" with returns so take the offer they give now or not at all. Stated that no supervisor available. Stated no one will say any different then what the customer service agent was telling me. Claimes that any refund had to be approved before any amount could be issued which may only be about $50 ifbapproved and no time frame on how long that would take. 4 shipments and 4 withdrawals unauthorized within 6 weeks. Each over $100 plus shipping.

While researching skin products on the internet a "pop up" came across my screen. It was an advertisement for a free trial of beauty creams, supposedly endorsed by reality star Joanna Gains of Fixer Upper. I ordered 2 products, kra'sa and ilus. The ad stated that I only had to pay for shipping, as it was a "14 day free trial". I did not like the products, so I did not reorder. In the mail today I received both products. There was absolutely no paperwork as to how much I was being charged, how I could return if I wasn't satisfied or a coustomer service number. I found the number from other complaints from this web site. I called 1855-322-0188. The first customer rep named Tony, with an Indian (India) accent, told me there was nothing he could do and I had already been charged $109.00 for each product. I could not send it back as per the fine print on the agreement AND I will be charged each moth for auto shipment for the products! I continued to ask for a manager stating "I do not like the creams and I want to send them back!" Well, At this point I was conveniently disconnected from Tony. I called back and spoke to John, another Indian (India) speaking rep, who told me the same scripted thing. But, after much "discussion" he did tell me he would cancel future shipments and give me a discount on the products I received. I said "you are trapping me into a deal I do not want!" He stated "you should have read the fine print Miss Susan. And if you try to fight your credit card charges, you will lose. It is in the fine print and you agreed to it!" Right now I am so mad at myself for being so stupid and having to take a lame a*s offer I do not want!!

I was going to try there free trial product Kra'sa skin care, for the price of shipping..!!!! I do not remember putting in my card # , but maybe I did,. I cannot remember, but upon getting ready to give them my card number or so I thought, I pushed continue and then it came up with another product of the ilus serum product for another shipping charge, that's when I knew it was a scam and I went no further with the so called order form........ I pushed the back button and it took me back to to the empty form I started off with.......... So I just saved it on my front page..... Then I get both products in the mail yesterday,,,. With no invoice, no receipt for shipping , nothing,,,,, Now what do I do..??????????????

They charged after 14 day trial, one charge of $103 I would admit was my fault because I thought it was 30 days. However they charged another $109 a few days later! Shipping and handling my xxx!!!!

To add insult to injury they used false names when withdrawing the money "Enhancing Natural Beauty" and "Licensed Skin Care". Both charges had the same phone number, which by the way is no longer in service. Making it harder to pin them down. I think a class action law suit should be filed.

This company advertises a free sample of skin care cream if one pays shipping of $2.97.

After they obtained my debit card number additional small print appeared on the screen stating I had singed up for a montly club which would ship me more product @ $100+ per month.

Their website states you can cancel anytime by calling 855-746-0306. They refuse to let me cancel. They insist the product I received is not a sample and is not free and propose to bill me $100+ for it.

I offered to return it but that would require a trip to the post office which is 5 miles away. Cancelling would also involve more calls to them on specific dates including one to provide a routing number for the return. I don't hear well and it is difficult to talk on the phone. I don't have a car.

I am 78, on social security and losing $100 even once to this fraud would be devastating to my budget.

Thanks for you assistance.

I got even

I saw the free trial to so I typed in my information but before I submitted it I read the terms and conditions that said I will be billed if I didn’t cancel after a certain amount of days. After reading this I never submitted my information. After about a week I received the product so I looked on my credit card statement and saw a charge for $2.96. I called the number on my statement that was with the charge and at first they said if I pay $59 they will cancel, I said no I never ordered on the first place. So finally they said if i return the product within 30 days they will cancel.

I saw all these people who were victims of the scam and I reported my credit card as stolen. Therefore they can’t bill me for any future charges and I’m keeping their product just for them being scam artist.

Product was to be free. All I was responsible to pay was shipping and handling. After receiving the product they billed me an additional 109.00 and 103.00. 212.00 for items I did not order. I cannot contact them. The phone number and web address are bogus. I contacted my debit/credit card company. They are helping me contest these charges. I will have to have a new card issued just to prevent Kra'sa from charging me monthly. The ad for this company was on face book. The ad claimed Shark Tank jumped at the opportunity to invest in Kra'sa. Kra'sa, face book, Shark Tank...a tangled web!

Krasa Skin Company. I gave them my credit card number for a sample then I backed out of internet order but they had enough to send me a product. I never opened it. A few weeks later I got a Fraud Alert from Chase; Chase gave me the number to call. I didn't even recall who or what. I learned..I ordered only 1 item. The cream. Took money out of my account without my permission. They're only offering me 40% refund. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. I was on telephone 28 minutes! Never got a supervisor.

They cancelled future orders. Offered me 40%. I took the 40% and asked for a supervisor to call. I am supposed to get call in next 48-hours. Based on other reports I do not expect to get call. When I told them I only ordered the free trial for the 1 item they said I had 14-days to cancel.

DO NOT ORDER FROM KRASA, THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS

Krasa Scam

I got sucked into this scam. They gave me a tracking number through UPS that was bogus. Their phone number was listed as 855-322-0188. I've read all the views and I'm just sick. I was given the address to return the product as 3-17 Ave. South, Nampa, Idaho, 83651. Also when I send the product back, I must send it back in 30 days. At the top of the package I need to write 220212. On another Krasa site their customer website is [email protected]. I am so furious. Of course the man had a foreign accent.

Krasa Skin Care I was also a victim of this skin care Scam. I received two products after signing up for a free trial of Krása, only paying shipping and handling. The cost of the cream is $103 the other cream $109. I explained I had only ordered the free trial Of the Krasa not the ilus and I was told the free trial is only for 14 days and if you do not cancel they will charge full price. Once the item is received there is no paperwork or contact information included. Beware and please read terms and conditions before you give any financial information.

Saw ad on facebook for facial cream used and promoted by celebrity, thought I would try it snce it offered free sample. Only had to pay shipping and handling for free trial.

It arrived in 6 days and on the seventh day I was charged 103.00 for what I have no idea.

I couldnt find any information on who I could contact, and the internet only has ads that offer more people "free Samples"

I found no cntact information for this company so I could return the product unused or where I could claim my 100% return guarantee.

Needless to say I am out 103.00 that being unemployed at this time is very hard to take.

I was on Facebook - came across a skin cream product - advertised as "free- just pay S &H - I ordered, gave credit card information. At the last page, they added a product I did not ask for; did not even know what it was. There was no way to back out, as they did not give me the opportunity to back out. They did not send anything to my email for several days. I received the 2 products 7-7-2017 and still do not know how much I owe them. This is not the way to do business. They should be taken off Facebook!

Poor Customer Service

Promised refunds . NOT REFUNFED

  • Dec 3, 2018

They Envisage Skin International https://www.krasa-skin.com/ said I ordered it on 8/5/18 and I was on a plane travelling not ordering the the product that I have never hear of. It arrived on 8/25/18. The said it arrived 8/13/18, 8 days into a 14-day trial that I never authorized. I was on a plane to CA and did order a skincare product on the plane at the time they said I ordered it.

I was the VP of a skincare company and have enough skincare to last two years. They billed my card at 12:00:01 on 8/20/18, computer generated automatically I guess. That is too funny because I did not get it until 8/25/18. I called them and after five times of puting me on hold to get the rate reduced from 60% of and then finally to a full refund I said great, may I get a R.A. and they did that. I said how do I get the prepaid shipping label and they said that I had to pay for the shipping. I did not agree to pay for shipping and said that I was going to dispute it with my credit card company and then we parted ways.

After no word from my Visa company I called them to say I would return it and pay for the shipping, where do I send it? They said that I could not return it anymore and I could not retun it and my refund was rescinded. That is criminal.

I am out $212, $109 & $103 for the second product that I do not even know if it is in the unopened box.

The people that you speak with are complete liars that are claiming to be the managers and they are not. They are trained to do that. This is a total scam. I am amazed by this behavior.

I came across the web site by accident it popped up a video of a woman using the product an puffyness under her one eye went away as you watched the video ,as i was checking it out it says its free just pay shipping ,so i did it an while filling out the info it automatically adds another product an you cant stop it so i thought no big deal just shipping cost, right . .well i checked my bank account the next day an there was a charge of 2.96 an a charge of 4.98 an one of .98 cents an another .98 cents an all had different names next to them as well as phone numbers so still no big deal right . well 2weeks later which was yesterday , just happened to check bank account an a charge of 103.00 and a charge of 109.00 was taking out so of course i flipped out an called the bank immediately an it was to late to stop it but she was nice enough to call for me an ask for a refund an they would only give me 40% of the 103.00 an 50% of the 109.00 an of course over draft fees of 30.00 each because i had no idea this was going to happen . come to find out its a 2 week trial and if the product is not returned you pay full amount . I DID NOT NO THIS ! it says FREE BOTTLE there is nothing free about this .Its a scam they no exactly what they are doing to trick you into thinking this is free and its not clear at all about a 2 week trial . after all the tears last night i pulled up history on my phone to try to see where i went wrong an on the second product i could clearly see where i did not fill out the information like on the first product, it was blank. It didnt matter they added it anyways . i had to cancel my debit card so they cannot get another penny from me.

My experience

I too ordered a free trial. I received two full sets of different products. I wish I’d researched this first. I googled until I did find a phone number and FINALLY after being talked over again and again, the man I was speaking with (and having a hard time understanding), seemed to accept that I will pay nothing for this and he gave me instructions as how to return it. I’m skeptical and extremely concerned after reading all of the other complaints, that I’ve been had. I DID contact him within two days of receiving the products so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. He said that there would be NO charges for me if I send it back in a timely manner. I’ll be returning it Monday so I guess we’ll see. This was most definitely false advertising and I told him so. If they DO attempt to charge me, I’ll fight like hell! That old adage... if it looks too good to be true, it probably is... certainly applies here!

This company cannot be reached to cancel the subscription. I sent over 16 emails to every address on their site, some addresses did not work (customer service one would not respond when clicked on). All emails were returned to undeliverable. The phone number has too many numbers, unless it is an international one. There was no paperwork in the box. They do not give you time to try the product before they start charging your account.

  • Mar 20, 2018

I too seen the "Free Trial" only pay shipping and handling for Krasa serum. I put that i wanted the free trial of serum. Put in my credit card information, and at the end after already being processed they had added another product!!! I paid for the shipping and handling. A hold got put on my card for fraud. I called and they had billed my card for one $103. and the other $109! No where did it state that I would be charged and never did I ask for the second product. I have read others post on here and it seems like there is nothing we can do about this! I am a single mom and don't have this type of money for sample products at $100 plus each! What can we do???? And you can't read the terms and conditions.

  • Mar 16, 2018

I received the popup on a website that offered free trial skin care products only required to pay shipping charge of 3 dollars and 95 cents I ordered this cream. I also ordered an additional cream that was a free trial with only shipping of 2 dollars and 96 cents. Immediately after ordering the products, I did a web search of these products and found the rip off reports. I immediately tried contacting the company to cancel them to no avail. they charged my card a couple of weeks later 103 dollars and then they charged it a 109 dollar When I tried to contact my credit card company emerald card I got told by them that they would refund my money however after them giving me the run around. I tried contacting the company that sold me the products which is enhance your bod they too gave me the run around told me that they had no history of me calling during my trial period to cancel and that was why I got charged the full shipping of 212 dollars worth of greenskin cream. this company is a scam. no where did it say that it was a trial that you had to cancel. it said that it was a free trial only pay shipping .I will be filing a report with the better business bureau do not order these creams online

  • Feb 26, 2018

I signed up for a free sample of Krasa Skin Cream on line for just the cost of shipping & handling.

I got one cream one week, and another one the next week, witch I did not order.

One cream was $109.93, the other was $115.94.

They sent me these cream's each month and took the money out of my account because

I couldn't find a number to call them and cancel the orders.

My bank finally found a number for me to call.

Then they had already sent out an order and said I had to pay for it because they

couldn't take it back once it had been sent.

Absolutely unablievable a company would work this way.

  • Feb 3, 2018

Saw a Radiant Revive Cream ad on Facebook. Looked good & ordered it.

Charges on my bank account of $109 and $103 for what I thought was Radiant Revive (free product - $4.95 s&h). Called the number attached to the charges. Found out I could only get 40% of the charge refunded. I did cancel the automatic subscription "included" with the order

Looked and realized they had put out a Radiant Revive article and their order form was behind it.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of any of this kind of ad.

I received ilus anti-aging serum and a kra'sa anti-aging cream. Thought Radiant Revive had sent me another similar product, then I got the charges.

Note: I checked the Radiant Revive Terms and Conditions. They were exactly the same as the Kra'sa Terms and Conditions. Be Aware!

  • Jan 24, 2018

All i wanted was a free sample of there product instead they send a full bottle i didn"t ask for, i called they said in 14 days i should have said something! they said there not going to refund me. thank you

  • Jan 8, 2018

Answered the ad for a trial for anti-aging cream. It arrived and i found that my card was billed $109 for one of the items and $103 for the other for a total of $212.00. I have not resolved this with my card carrier yet, but; i intend for file fraudulant charges.

  • Dec 20, 2017

I ordered my sample & was excited to see the box arrive. It felt light & I realized that it wasn't taped down. I pulled the flap & found it empty. They may not have shipped it emply, but that's how it arrived. I've searched for contact numbers, but only found an email address. I let them know what happened & they've not responded. There isn't even a number from my bank statement! Now I'm afreaid they're going to assume I'm happy & start charging me.

  • Aug 29, 2017

This company is a total scam with their adds. I was also a victim of this skin care Scam. I received two products after signing up for a free trial of Krása, only paying shipping and handling. The cost of the cream is $103 the other cream $109. I was willing to pay the $4.95 for shipping for a trial off. NOT THE OTHER CHARGES!

  • Jul 13, 2017

This company says one thing when you order a free trial and something else when you call to complain that their product did not work as advertised. My credit card was charged for things I know nothing of. When I was finally able to contact them, another story completely, got nothing but selling severe pressure and intimidation from a relentless salesperson.
