The company Kolasa & Partners is engaged in car trade business. After conducting business with them, they turned out to be fraudulent and unserious. Advance payments were made but no vehicles were delivered. In addition they presented forged documents about alleged business partners and bank-accounts, as well as false details about alleged business partners. Contracts, delivery- and payment deadlines as well as other agreements were not respected.
The behavior of the company Kolasa & Partnets is highly criminally relevant. The criminal charges were filed against fraud and document forgery, as well as first civil steps were taken. The company Kolasa & Partners also does not appear to be solvent. Based on my experience, I highly advise to stay away from making business with Mr. Kolasa!
The company Konrad Kolasa, Kolasa & Partners and Elite Rentals Sp. z o.o. are operated by one person. In no case to do business with them, highly criminal, unreliable. Advance payments are required, but it is not delivered, the money gets only with luck and if then it is drawn over years. Finger away from the company! Absolutely not do business with the companies.

Konrad called us and told us that he have an Mercedes-Benz G63 edition one for good price, sent und pictures from the Car VIN Number, send us an contract for the car we made the payment, then he had problems with the delivery of the car and told us that he will transfer the money back send us also an confirmation of the transaction but the money dont come to our account.

He offered in the past years Dacia for incredible price,VW Tiguan, today is G Class his favorite. G Class Edition One for 150 000,- Euro, incredibly cheap... how is this possible? There are at least 10 merchants from Germany alone that he cheated, the Polish authorities do nothing against it.
