Placed a small order ($5) as a test. No answers to emails, no order shipped. Filed a complaint with PayPal to stop others from getting ripped off. Prices are too good to be true. Stay away.
I placed a $30 order on 2/24/26. My bank account was charged on 2/25/16 through PayPal. Kittoystrom.com took my money and never sent me my items. Two weeks later, my order was still pending. I went to check it today and couldn't get to the website. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. They offer toys at a 50% discount with free shipping. I sent 5 emails through their "contact us" link and got no response. Save your money and aggrivation, beware of any sites offering 50% off with free shipping. So upset.
I am a serious Star Wars collector and have been scammed. I ordered 7-8 different Star Wars The Black series figures from this site, each costing $7 marked down from $14. So I thought...hey...awesome deal. Apparently I was wrong, it has now been over 1.5 months with no confirmation of shipping and no products being received. Please help all of us get either our product or money back.
I ordered a few items from this so called company and hadn't received them yet. It has a shipping time as of 24 hours after payment but it shows in the account i created that it is still pending. I can't find a telephone number to contact them on their website only just an email address. I have emailed them more than 4 times and have not gotten a response yet. This company need to be dealt with and prosecuted for taking people hard earned money. They can just refund my money and i wouldn't feel as bad but then too they need to take their false site off the internet before many others get had like i did.
I purchased a bicycle for my son for Christmas through their website, kittoystrom.com, on December 9, 2015. I paid for the item through Pay Pal, which was the only method of payment site would accept. Payment was processed through Pay Pal, but item was never received.
Site requires you to register with their site to order an item through their site. I registered and placed order, and site emailed me an "Order Confirmation" through Zen Cart, requesting payment through Pal Pal. I paid for item through Pay Pal. Site indicated I would receive a second email indicating when item would be shipped. It is now one week later and I have never received any email indicating item would be shipped. I contacted site twice through their website - no phone number or email address is provided - requesting a status update, and never received a response. I then conatcted site through Pay Pal, and never received a response that way either.
It appears that Kittoystrom took my money without any intention of ever fulfilling their end of the bargain. I researched their website on-line. Scamadviser.com is reporting site is a "high risk" site - that is was begun only 64 days ago and thus, does not have an on-line reputation yet. There are two reviews of kittoystrom.com on scamadviser.com questioning website's legitimacy, and one of reviews relates experience identical to mine. Kittoystrom.com appears to be a China based company operating out of shang hai, China.
