Placed an order with King of Seat Covers on Nov 8, 2017. I still have not recived my order. I have tried serval times to contact this company by phone and email with no results. I am tring to get my money back from credit card company but I am thinking I have been scammed.

Shipped in Home Depot box - should have been a clue!

You can feel better - I am out $325!!! We received some cloth in the colors we selected, but nothing that would fit the seats! Lesson learned!

In early november 11th ordered (order #3795 - $242.00) seet covers for our jeep from this site.

recived word on Jan 3 that the covers were done and being shipped.

Recieved wrong product on Jan 7th. Did not receive an invoice with shipment.

Reported the error to the company, they said they would put our order to the front of production line.

Now the 3rd of Feb no contact since 9th Jan regarding status.

All emails sent to them since the Jan 9th date have gone unansweered.

NO customer service

Unfortunately there isn’t an option for zero stars. I placed an order the third week in September and they charged my card on the 21st.

I contacted them a month later to check status. On October 29th, I got an e-mail saying that the order would at the end of that week.

On November 14th, I e-mailed them to cancel my order and they responded by saying that orders ‘in production’ can’t be canceled. Am I missing something in the timeline?

They can’t even get their bs stories straight! I filed a dispute with my credit card company today.

Their phone number only gives you e-mail addresses to the supposedly appropriate department depending upon the nature of your inquiry.

Don’t let them waste your time or take your money for something they either can’t or won’t deliver. Horrible company!!!!!

Same story. Covers didn't fit. Promised replacements.never came. Out 400 bucks. Sounds like trying to chase it down is a wate of time.

Anyone find a successful path to money back?

i read that you need to contact the ftc, california attorney general and the sheriff department for san bernardino caounty & file claim with credit card company too.

Website lists their average lead time of 3 weeks. Emails were initially answered and communication was 6 weeks. After 6 weeks they stopped answering emails. Their phone is not answered. Recorded message directs you to email. Company also does not respond to Facebook messages. 43 complaints with similar stories at the BBB. These are scam artists.

I went on line and found this company on the web, looked reputable, contacted customer service and placed the order for custom seat covers on April 9, 2017. Paid with my CC on line and recieved confirmation Order #811, 199.00.Gave them my shipping address andassumed 4/6 weeks delivery.

Summer was hecktic, and I reached out to them in August to see what the staus was and was told on the web site that the order was still processing.. Called and emailed again in late August and got the same answer. I tried again in November and December and am getting nothing.

Then I found your web site with numerous others complaing of being ripped off by this bogus company. I hope they are bankrupt and being persued by the FBI for wire fraud and false advertising and interstate commerece.

I ordered seat covers and a month after they were supposed to arrive, I contacted them and they assured me they were on their way. 2 weeks later, still no seat covers so I filed a dispute with my bank and cancelled my order. Within a week I received the WRONG seat covers but since I'd received a product the bank allowed the charge. I returned the seat covers so I don't either have their seat covers or my money.

I hate this company and I encourage everyone to avoid them like the plague. Also NOTE THEIR "NO RETURN POLICY"!!!

I ordered seat covers last year in November 2017, for my husbands Silverado pick up, for Christmas and did not receive those. I tried to get in contact with the company several times by email, voicemail, or chat, and got no response. I asked for them to return my money and still got no response.

I tried this for several months and got no response from the company. There was a death in the family and I forgot about it until I came across an email and so I told them that I would either turn them over to the Better Business Bureau or to our corporate lawyer. In a couple days we received an order that was not our order, was inferior quality, Wrong color, nothing like what we ordered, and came in a Home Depot box.

Since then I've tried to get in contact with them to tell them about the box that we received and still no response! I think their reviews online are scams that are written by their own people!

Rip off

I ordered seat covers around December 18th for a Christmas present for my wife. Never got the seat covers and have received emails about them being behind on orders and now when I tried to contact them I get no response. They stole $500 from me and should go to jail for theft because it looks like I am not the only one, I hate a f----- thief.

I placed my order on October 7,2017. I never received an email concerning a tracking number. After six weeks, I began contacting King of Seatcovers by email and phone. They refuse to contact me back. I paid for the seat covers and they are refusing to either give me my merchandise or a full refund. Why don’t they respond to my emails and voicemails. This is ridiculous!

KOSC responded to one email inquiry out of several regarding the status of my order. Order was placed on 9/2/2017 for a Design Your Own Seat Covers custom front and rear seat covers (40/20/40 split)with embroidery for my 2016 Jeep Renegade. I paid in full $498 with my VISA on their website, https://kingofseatcovers.com/. They were very responsive on this day, via email, with helping me complete my order. One email was signed "Heather". My emails were sent to [email protected]. I was told their average lead time was 3-6 weeks for custom orders as they are made to order and test fit. I sent a follow up email on 9/30, 10/3 and 10/4.

On 10/5 I received a response that stated their average lead time is 3-6 weeks and covers with embroidery could take longer. There was no mention of an estimated delivery or ship date. The response also stated that they would email a tracking number as soon as they're set to send the product. There was no contact name or follow up email from them since 10/5. I sent an email again on 11/14 and on 11/17. I also left a voice message on 11/17, stating the reason for my call, my order number, my name and phone number. I attempted to chat with them online twice, also on 11/17.

When I asked what the status of my order was I received a pop up that stated "Oh no. Sorry we missed you." In between my email follow ups I called but did not leave a message as it stated to leave a message for sales and for follow up on orders to respond to the confirmation email. This time I left a voice message. Date of last interaction with business was 11/17/2017. As of 12/2/2017 I have not heard from the company via email or phone call. I have not received the product I paid in full for. They had until 12/1/2017 to respond to my BBB complaint and they have not responded.

Bought seat covers. They did not all fit. Talked to samanatha and she told me to sent the parts back. Now 5 months and they don’t answer my emails and mailbox is full. Can’t send messages because they ignore them or simply block you from contacting. Found out many other people have been ripped off to. They removed their address so you cannot visit or return anything.

Horrible experience

Found their website, ordered 2 sets of covers from them. Never received my orders and NO response to online chat and I have been blocked from their Facebook.

I'm reporting them to their web hosting company, the FTC, reporring them to Google and BBB and the sheriff office. They stole over $500.00

I ordered custom pickup front seatcovers online on August 19, 2018. I paid $249.00 by debit card.

By early November I started trying to contact King of Seat Covers by phone to determine the status of my order. Their phone is never answered by a representative but directs the caller to contact them by email. I sent an email trying to get the status on my order. I did receive a response from that email saying that they would look into it. Since that time, I have received no response to my emails and have not received information on the status of my order.

This was the third set of seat covers I ordered from the company in approximately 2 years. There was no problem with the first two orders. On previous orders, the covers arrived in approximately two months as their company stated they would.

My first email to them (as edited to remove my name and contact information)and the response follows:

We ordered front and back seat covers for Ford Edge in early February 2018. It is now mid March and they have not sent the covers nor even bothered to call or email us what is going on. They first emailed the first week that to allow 4-6 weeks from order date but since then total silence and they NEVER answer phones. COMPANY IS A SCAM-BEWARE! wE SPENT ALMOST $500 AND NOW WE HAVE TO FIGHT WITH BANK TO GET OUR MONEY BACK :(
