He, against my advice, gave Kimo Smigielski, the listing instead. I had warned him incessantly not to do so....
A few months later, my client ask me why his home wasnt selling after being on the market for 3 months, a market price, with nothing but extreme lowball offers from home flippers. I found it odd. So i decided to make an offer myself through my son, who was in the market to buy an investment property in the price range.
A week passed after my son submitted his offer, and there was no response from Kimo and everyone at his office, his dad, brother, and cina, his brothers wife had no idea why this was happening even after i continued to check in on my offer. Kimo never picked up my calls, texts, or emails. I asked my client, if he recieved my sons offer, and he replied... what are you talking about? no mentions of offer from kimo

my client spoke with mr smigielski and kimo vehemently denied ever recieving an offer from my son. Another week went by, i made an offer myself. I was fed up. still did not hear from mister cant pick up the f*cking phone smigielski.
I told my client to cancel the listing agreement and he did. Not before, kimo offered to buy the property himself at a below market price.

In july of 2014, i called a few real estate salespeople in the hawaii area to find a rental for the upcoming holiday season. I told the agents that i wanted to rent a home for december and spend no more than $2300 for the month. I decided to go with one agent on securing a house in the manoa area after i fell in love with it and got it for a steal at $2100 for the month. The agent who i did not use but showed me around that summer to a few vacation rentals that would be available in december of that year was very angry with me that i did not use him for the rental of the properties he showed me and decided to go along with the manoa agents rental for my next upcoming vacation.
KIMO SMIGIELSKI was that other agent. He called me a salesperson loving punjabi and a f***ing f*****. FIRST, i am not a punjab nor even indian. I am syrian. SECOND, i am not a "f***ing f*****". I was with my uncle on the trip and he might have thought that was my older boyfriend.
THIRD, if i decide to go along with another agent for a small rental for a vacation, why get unprofessional over a small ordeal. I might have used him for my next summer or winter vacation to the islands. NEXT TIME GET WITH THE TIMES ITS 2016 WELL 2014 then BUT STILL. DONT DISCRIMATE. Its a shame to see someone so bigoted and homophobic. And the sad thing is, im not even gay! I have lots of gay friends and i am sure they would cause a riot of KIMO SMIGIELSKI s behavior and harsh words that were said to me.
