They canceled on us the day before the surgery, after three weeks on a very hard to do liquid diet, saying that it was from information on a report from three weeks earlier. I do not believe them because the reason that they said is opposite the situation that we have had for 19 years. I think that they overbooked and cancelled us because of that. A week earlier we were in for a checkup and had to stand the whole time because all the seats in their large waiting area were full. I over heard two employees griping that they scheduled too many people. Do not trust these people. At best they don't pay attention to the medical records that they create. At worse they will cancel on you at the last minute. Do you want someone this unprofessional operating on you?
