I contacted Kevins Bulldogs and arranged delivery of a white frenchie. They requested a money gram and I did sending $500.00. Three days passed & they said my pup was being delivered to a local airport but I needed to pay additional fees for carrier delivery.... refused... three days passed & they said delivery person waiting on me....asked for more money of course by gram. I contacted several government agencies and filed report of scam to Western Union fraud division. They all do nothing & that's what's sad. They gladly take your cash but do nothing at all about these criminals using Western Union & they don't care. I would tell everyone NOT TO USE WESTERN UNION!!!!. It's a clear clue it's a scam. Unfortunately I learned to late.

I asked them for a picture of her as she was now. They refused. They did come back with a lower amount of me paying $1000.
