After several years of subscribing to Keurigs points subscription program and buying coffee pods I banked over 1200 points and decided to try to use them to get a "discounted" price on a new brewer. After going through the catalog and finding a K55 brewer I needed to use 650 points and I could get it for $83 but before ordering I checked their regular appliance purchases and it was for sale for $79. When I asked why it would cost me more to use my points I was told that the regular price was to attract new customers. WHAT? So a loyalty program is a detrimental thing? BE AWARE. Also I found the same coffee maker on Wayfair for $78 and free shipping and at Target for $69.00.....Keurig YOU SUCK.

I have a Keurig K150 Commercial Coffee maker that never worked as it should from day one closing the coffee k-cup pod holder on the machine. The company new that it had an issue with it but kept giving excuses. Well today, my K-cup pod holder stop working, remember, always had problems with it closing correctly. Once closed, the machine doesn't seem to recognizes the K-cup door being closed to start brewing. I had purchased a backup machine which was still in the box stored in my closet, the model of it is K-70, so I pulled it out and plugged it in to use it, and it's not working correctly, giving a Not Ready Add Water Error. I called and spoke to Keurig customer service and the Keurig Commercial customer service about the issues, all they try to do is sell me another one of there crappy machines. If you get on most of the Classified ad sites, you will notice how many people are trying to get rid of these coffee makers, they are nothing but problems waiting to happen. They are not built with quailty. Just a waste of money! My opinion, don't waste your money!

When I order from Keurig online they always send more items than ordered which can't be returned. I then ordered by phone and told them why I wasn't ordering on-line anymore. Their answer to that was not to allow mw to order from them anymore. Was never sent what I wanted to order in the first place.

I'd like to have model number 501.3c00.0453822 Keurig 2.0 returned. It's by far the worst consumer product I've ever encountered. It's very unreliable & worthless. Please have R/D study my defective unit for the purpose increasing the quality of life for end users laboring with this very subpar coffee maker. Moreover, please advise on how I may be compensated for the annoyance, agrivation, time dialing 1800# and breach of joy this pos has caused.

I purchased this brewer on march 21, 2015. Already, the first brewer i purchased had a defective lcd monitor. I thought nothing of it and so the next day, i simply took it back to best buy to have it replaced. Take note that the replacement warranty on this brewer is only for a year. Today, one year and 8 months later, the brewer is completely dead with uses of only 3 8 ounce cups per day. This is not an average usage, this is exactly 3 8 ounce cups per day as my family of three adults only drink coffee in the morning when it is needed the most. I purchased this brewer thinking it would be convenient and it would last long because i've been hearing good reviews. Now, i just got off the phone with the keurig support center - spoke to 2 different reps - karen and kyle, and essentially they told me that since the brewer is now off-warranty, that i am dead in the water. They were gracious enough to offer me 35% off though, on their "disposable" keurig coffee brewers. So esentially, i am out $172.49 - we, the parents of an 18 month old and another baby on the way, are out $172.49 and the convenience of having an efficient caffeine beverage making machine in the morning. This is the 3rd keurig coffee maker we've purchased in a span of 3 years. The only wrong decision we made was not learning from the death of the two other brewers, and decided they were probably "isolated" cases. I would not recommend this product to anyone who values his/her money. I know you might think this brewer is working fine and peachy now, but give it just a little over a year, when your warranty is gone. Kyle, the rep at the call center, told me that their brewers last for at least "3 - 7 years". I told him that something fishy was going on and told him about our other brewers. As a parent, i do not have the luxury of troubleshooting these pieces of junk each time they stop working. .

Michele is my name and i bought a keurig vue coffeemaker a few months later it was discontinued. I can't buy any coffee for it anywhere in my town Sumter SC. it only use vue cups .not k Cups which it sold at all stores. Including dollar stores. When I called keurig and tried emailing the CEO and the company I received no response .coffee is too expensive ordering it from the direct company ,and paying shipping etc.I am pissed and outraged .I love my keurig but I feel ripped off .I don't want to buy another brand that use k Cups minesis working fine. I just want to be able to buy local. Keurig stop trying to sell me other machines on sale when I call complaining. I want justice ASAP. !!!
