These so-called Free Trial is a Total RipOff! I paid for trial sample shipping and handling charges as one-time only! Today, an unauthorized charge was on my checking account and when I called the bank was given a phone number which was a message to call another time!
After looking on the actual bottle, I called support and was told that when I ordered the free trial there is a disclosure stating that even though you have 30 days for a refund, the actual cost of these capsules was $89.95 each but you have to cancel within 14 days of order! The original charges came thru my account Aug 12th but the order date was Aug 6th.
When I told the representative I was returning the product and I wanted the charges returned to my checking account, he informed me there will be additional $19.95 postage charge for each! Total ridiculous cause I have to pay the USPS to mail the product back. UnBelievable! I have cancelled my card but I don't know if I will receive anything from this company. I told the representative I have every intention of filing a complaint with the WV Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau!

Ordered sample and within 4 days found it worked detrimentally against some of my doctor prescribed medications although assured by Keto it would not interfere. I asked to cancel my order and was ressured it was removed.
Just received another package and now unable to contact spokeman to report same. I feel it is a scam ad and wish to have my account refunded for recent shipment. They are offering incorrect data and endangering drug interactions with their product. I would like to report this and hope perhaps you are able to correct with company on my behalf.
I completed the 14 day trial. These people are still sending me pills and charging me, after I stopped my membership... RIP OFF...they are still charging my credit card 82.34, after i removed all my info. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, PLUS THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK, THUS MY CANCELLATION.
There is no contact info, no email telling me they're sending it, etc., so i can cancel again. Have reported to my credit card company.

At no time do they tell you they are signing you up for a 14day trial in which they will then change you the remaining amount of the product which ends up being $179.66. They charge this amount a month later then telling you you missed out on the right to cancel and get your money back. I didn't use the product so they want you to not only ship it back but, charge a $37 restocking fee. So they can resell the product, get your initial $13.66, $37 more to restock and you pay shipping for nothing. Rip off scammers. Adds up per person they scam. If you had used the product you would be out the additional $179.66 & have to cancel a full program they sign you up for $200 a month. Crooks!!!

They are a fraud to advertize for free and only pay shipping then charge my account that much money. They need to be reported to the Better Business bureau for faurd. That will be my nest step.

I called 3 months ago for the free trial offer for Detox Burn Xtreme and then forgot about it because I was never notified that there would be more.
I tried to find their site 2 months ago to make sure that they didn't send me more and couldn't find it.
Now they have deducted (today) $89.+ some change. I still cannot find their site. This is money for my bills...not them!!
