We have not received the keys, access to the rental property or our money back. In September he gave us a lease for his basement apartment at 9 watfive street brampton Ontario. With a move in date of September 9th,2019. We have not received the keys or access to this property as well.
Both rental units have other people living in them. He will not give us our money back we paid him first and last a total of $4400. As well as paradise homes gave him an additional $2200 in the spring of 2019 for the people who had paid for a lease to help cover expenses well not living in the home due to the building companies delay.
We never received that money as well. But have in text that it was for us. So he has a total of $6600 of our money. We have been living in a motel since April 2019 when he said it would only be 3 days. We are now November 2019. All we want is our money back so we can get a home for our family.

He is big time scammer rented his house to 8 people and sold his house to 3 people at the same time just to get deposit and never trust his word and the only way to get your money back is to get him is to go through small claim court. Also be in contact with law enforcement officer.
He did the same to my family please got to the peel police fraud department and file a report, he doesn’t own any of those homes. I was also in a motel for months!!!!

Kamran asked for a loan for a fake laptop deal. He said I would get high interest and a brand new laptop too. But when I asked for money back, every day it's excuses. He always says he will pay tomorrow and then come with an excuse. It has been months and I haven't received my money back.
He also frauded customers at a restaurant in the Kensington Market. The owner helped me get my money back.
Police say that if it is more than a $5,000 fraud, then they will arrest him. Can we work together on getting him arrested? I have done research and I know that he lives at Yonge and Dundas on 50th floor because my friend delivered food to him once.
