Do not Sign a Contract with this company they are Rip Off scam!! They tell you they will promote you in the Jewish community and once they get your money.. They provide zero service. Zero calls from one year of advertising with them. And they sneak in an auto renewal into the contract without telling you about when you sign. So they try to lock you in for a 2nd year without clarifying that with you when you sign up. They are a total rip off scam. Avoid them like the plague and please spread the word in the jewish and non Jewish communities !!

TOTAL SCAM

I had the same exact experience -- I should have done more research before signing with them. They are a 100% rip off.

JWIz Scam

I, too, signed with this Company. They gave me a discount because I negotiated hard on them. Regardless, I paid $1,750.00 for a year of "Premium" service.

As with all the others, I too received zero calls --- that is until renewal time came.

A woman (Sophia) kept calling me demanding that I pay them another year and claimed the auto renewal clause.

I did some research and found that these auto-renewal clauses are invalid both in New York (and Florida, my resident State) unless the company (JWIz) contacts the customer in writing advising them the auto-renewal is pending. This is mandated to be either 30 or 60 days depending on which state you're in.

They did not comply with this mandatory act, therefore the contracted auto renewal was invalid.

This is a portion of a transcript that I sent JWIz on this issue:

"The state of Florida passed a new bill affecting automatic renewal of contracts.

"Under House Bill 751 (Florida), titled, "An act relating to automatic renewal of service contracts", service providers must include a clear and conspicuous clause in the contract specifying the terms of the automatic renewal, as well as give notice — between 30 and 60 days prior — that the contract will self-renew.

While the contract does say it will automatically renew, JWIZ did not comply with the Statute by failure to provide a notice of 30 to 60 days prior that the contract will self-renew. This failure, prohibited me from the ability to review it and to have the opportunity to cancel prior to the renewal date."

The language of the New York statute is similar to this one from Florida.

Do not do business with this company. They are a scam and then later, they are a P.I.T.A. with their bogus colledtion attempts.

I love Jwiz

Not sure why all of these people are complaining. I have been working with Jwiz for years (I own a house cleaning company in NY) and consistently get new clients from their service. I wasn't online before and now I am through their website and I love it.

Total SCAM

Total scam. Unprofessional. I signed a one year contract. Didn’t get one phone call for business. Paid over $2500. I called and cancelled. When my one year was up they auto renewed me and said I needed something in writing saying I wanted to cancel. They are trying to charge me another $2500 for another year that I don’t want. And now won’t stop calling me. They have over 37 complaints on BBB. DONT SIGN UP. A real disappointment to the Jewish community.

Totally Unprofessional. Just out for your money. Be cautious!!!!! They have been ripping people off for sometime now. CHECK OTHER REVIEWS FROM INTERNET, as Jwiz only puts the positive up on their site. Again, total Ripoff

Scam!!!!!

Yes!! Exact same thing happened to me! I’m a very small business, so spending $1700 is a lot! Zero calls, never heard from them again. Now they send me a bill a year later via text for auto renew that I’m past due! Never received a call, message or email not even a bill. How unprofessional is that. Scam.

Total scam

Don't believe any positive reviews. They are fake. Jwiz takes your money and gives you nothing. Sweet talk is all they are good at. Also collecting your money and suing you for non-payment.

Ripoff

They lie about the advertisements. They lie about the contracts. They try to trick you into auto renewals. You wont here from them for a year, then 5 times a day when they try to squeeze more money from you. Arrrgh.

SCAM - BIG Rip Off

All the bad reviews are 100% correct. They don't do anything for you, never return your calls. You don't get any customers through them. Then they auto renew you and do nothing but call 3-4 times a day trying to get you to pay. I have a lot of Jewish customers -- I have asked many of them about JWIZ, not one had every hear of them.

We paid them 6000.00 for a referral service to the Jewish community in Orlando FL. Have contacted them several times as we did not receive one single lead. They keep saying they will check on this and then nothing.

Its been 11 months and what a waste of precious time and money as we are a small company trying to expand. I have spoken to one other company that used them in South Florida and the results were the same. Not a relaiable company to work with.

As a previous employee, I pray that every company that seeks to advertise through this company to immediately stop. They are not honest. They representatives lie about their positions when speaking with the potential people they will "sell" too. They take money from people that can barely afford their own business promising great revenue from their "referral service." Every branch present for this company has about 1-2 max.

3 people dealing with referrals for all industries you can imagine. Not that there are calls in the first place for a company like this to refer businesses too. Anyone in their right mind would use google or yelp to directly call someone and ask about their services, Jewish or not, integrity is not found in this location. I pray that those in the company are convicted of actual Jewish beliefs, as a Christian I am one to know a few things about what basic integrity is not that it matters but even outside of religion these people see money only.

The ones who are unfortunate and stuck in a job like this, thinking there is no way out because the state let alone country makes it hard to find a job I also wish luck because this is not a place to make a living at the cost of someone else's life.

I made the mistake of working here out of desperation, and I pray that all those that are within it see the same. If you have an honest product, sell it. If the product is a pile of lies, you will see far beyond the money lost from this dirty scheme. It is up to you as employees to make the decision to leave, and it is also at your own discretion for those that are choosing to advertise with this company. It is simple to say I am perfect and review this company. I once made mistakes, lied and chose to hurt those around me, but because of my faith that changed my life, I was able to stop and realize that companies like these are absolute darkness. Not only that but it is my duty to stand up and speak about it before it affects someone else.

Potential customer, I warn you.

God bless you with your decision.
