Horrible, horrible, horrible!! we have ordered with them multiples times before with no issues, until the last two rentals. I am guessing this is due to the new owner. The one prior to this was supposed to be a rental with a banner on it. That is how i ordered it, that is how it was confirmed. A big blank jumper arrived. We didn't complain because we are not complainers. Today we ordered another jumper. Paid for and confirmed. No one showed up to deliver it. I called this morning It is a holiday) about 15 minutes before it was to arrive to confirm. The woman confirmed that it will be here. It is 2 hour lates and not here. No one answers the phone. I have called 100s of times. I looked up the corporate owner -- a richard london of santa monica. I called his cell. He ignored the call multiple times. Then a nasty lady answered me and told me it is not his phone. Now what? Their contact page online does not even work. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb, reversing the charges on my card, filing a Outscam and anything else i can do to spare you from this company. Please stay away!!!

A house full of excited children at our large extended family gathering waited for the promised "bouncy house" that never came. The credit card was swiped, and when I called the day before for a last minute check-in I was assured the order was in the system and they would deliver the equipment the next day.

The order was placed over a month in advance. It was supposed to be delivered on August 20th, between 7am and noon. I called at 11:40 and was told that the driver was on schedule. The bouncy house never came. I never received a call to tell me there was a problem. I called a few minutes after noon and it took me over 45 min. on the phone to learn that the delivery truck broke down and they had no backup. The supervisor for our area had no car, so could not rent a truck and get it to the stranded driver of the delivery truck. No roadside assistance?

I learned all of this on my third call when I was transferred to a supervisor who came on the line and gave me news. He did not offer any solution, or refer me to another company. He asked if my husband had a truck. I am a recent widow and no, I do not have a truck. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. How do they stay in business?

I ordered the boxing ring jumper on 11/11/2015. From Jump For Fun. For my sons birthday party on 11/14/2015.I paid $100.00 in cash to the company's drive, Saul. A. Perez. It was supposed to be his birthday present from us and was also the only entertainment we had for his party. He rather have the jumper for him and his cousins to play on for his party, rather than the $100.00 that it cost to rent. The jumper was delievered around 11:00 am but His party didn't start until 1:00 pm. In between 11:00-1:00 he ( my 9 yr. Old son) and 6 yr old daughter played a total of 20-30 min in it by themselves. . At around 2:30 pm (ONLY AN HOUR AND A HALF INTO HIS PARTY!) My 60 lbs. son and his 70 lbs. cousin were playing in the jumper when it "TORE AT THE SEAM" and caused a 4 ft gash right in the middle where they were standing and the whole jumper deflated within seconds, with them scared and scrambling to get out! My son tripped after his foot got caught up in the jumper and he fell right on his face hitting the ground!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was devastated and ran to his room crying.

He got a bloody nose from tripping and falling head first to the ground!!! , And was also probably a little embarrassed that it happened to him in front of everyone. I assured him it wasn't his fault and that his party was not ruined. That I would call and get it taken care of. So After I calmed him and his cousin down and made sure they were ok, I called the 1- 800-281-6792 number and told them what had happened and after being placed on hold for about 15-20 minute, a woman finally comes back on and said that she was going to call the driver that had dropped it off to me and earlier and have him come back and swap out the DEFECTIVE one with a NEW one as soon as he was available.. ((keep in mind that they promise you online and on their phone recordings that "ALL of their jumpers are ALWAYS delievered in NEW or LIKE NEW condition" Which is a TOTAL LIE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on their behalf. )) The woman I spoke to also gave me the owners,( Richard London )number 310- 308-2451 and told me to take pic.'s of the rip and send it to that number in the meantime, while she gets a hold of the driver for me. I waited about an hour before I called the 800 number back to get an update on how much longer it would be for them to replace it. And to my surprise No one answered and I was on hold with the recording for 45 min. till I hung up and called the other number they gave me and no surprise their, they didnt answer either. I called the 800 number and waited on hold 4 more times after that. Each time I called I waited on hold for 15- 30 min. Until the last time I called and the recording said their office was currently CLOSED and hung up om me. So about FIVE hours later at about 8:30pm the driver finally showed up.But only because it was pick up time. He said he was never contacted by anyone all day and checked his phone in front of me to make sure he hadn't missed their call. He said he had his phone on him all day and that he was in the area and was available most of the day to come back and swap the jumper out for us, no problem -IF SOMEONE HAD ACTUALLY CALLED HIM LIKE THEY HAD PROMISED THEY WOULD OVER THE PHONE TO ME!! He then told me to call the 800 number back on Monday to ask for a refund but most likely that they would only credit me for a future rental. (Like I would ever want to waist my money and time again on this jumper business.. And Since he was only the driver he couldn't help me out any further in solving this issue. So I waited til Monday 11-16-2015to call the 800 number again like the driver advised me to. I spoke with another woman and she said there wasn't anything she could do that I need to speak with the owner, but he "just went out of town" that morning. So I need to just leave him a msg. And wait for him to call me back. So almost 2 wks later on 11-28-2015 he finally contacts me and his offer to me was 30% off my NEXT order from them. I filed complaint with bbb and after reading complaints by other customers online that have had similar situations happen to them I wonder if there's any ground for a class action lawsuit. Since they are knowingly renting out defective and damaged goods that can indeed cause serious bodily harm to a child one of these days. They also have false advertisment online and over the phone about the condition of their products. They are promised to be in New or Like New Conditions. .

BEWARE, this company tells you one thing when you reserve, then changes everythign the day before the event and make you work around their schedule. before you know it they are asking you to store their equipment for a week until they want to spend the money to send a driver to pick up the unit. Rent elsewhere they are plenty of other companies that are in the business of customer service and actually follow instructions.
