Ordered 2 products in october 2019 only received one so i contacted the company and got no response. The shipping details said the item was delivered and it was not. Opened up a dispute in paypal that i did not receive the item. The company responded to them with more shipping details so paypal denied the claim since since shipping details state it was received. So no refund, no item and apparently no recourse. Do not buy from these people.

On November 2, 2019, I ordered their cleaning product and was charged $25.95 on my Discover Card. I have yet to receive the product. Their policy is to mail it within 6 weeks well, we are well passed that. So, I called Discover. They reversed the charges for a month and now it has re-appeared on my card.

I tried emailing them but I just get a canned response. There is no other way to contact them. There is no physical address; no phone; no fax and if you use the email they provide, it comes back as undeliverable.

I will be filing reports with every institution that I can to stop these crooks!

Horrible thieves

Took 2-1/2 months to receive a product I ordered but only after I had paypal intervene. When product finally arrived, I told Johnson Gadgets to send me return info because their website said 100% satisfaction guarantee. I have sent probably 18 emails and the only response I get is 'we will be happy to help you'. They are horrible thieves.

Fri, oct 18, 2019, i received an email thanking me for my order with their company. Stating they were behind in orders & gave me a code for 30% off of future orders. I've only received 1 item of the 6 items i ordered - the toilet bomb. I've texted them repeatedly but have received no response. I've demanded my money be refunded, but no response. They are scammers of the worst kind. Anything you can do to help me would be appreciated

I purchased 3 products from Johnson's Gadgets. I felt comfortable because they state on their website if bot received in 6 weeks full refund.I wrote to them and on Friday 1/17/20 one of 2 products on order number 76594. It arrived in a small envelope via China post 2 months after order.

Ironically today I received another product I ordered but do not have the order number. Supposedly a leather enhancer. But the tiny jar it came in had a loose cover and about 20% of the product is in the packaging. Since there were no directions in the package or on the bottle, I tried to replicate what the did in the ad. You guessed it. It did absoluetly nothing.

Keep in mind the offer a free refund if they don't make their delivery date. It's on their website. I'll try and do a chargeback, and have already written to them, but the pop up during iPhone games like Words with frieds or Facebook.

My advice is to stay away from these crooks.

I made 2 purchases in Oct. I received 1 item of 3 $55.94 and received 2 items out of 4 57.00 but received notification in Dec that the $57 order was delivered. No return communication since I ordered. I used paypal and am also filing a report with them.

This company makes you think they are a US company and the site does not tell you it is an international company until AFTER you make the purchase. I am angry. What is our government doing about this?

This is the letter I sent today to my credit card company about Johnson Gadgets. One note though...I DID NOT RECEIVE not One EMAIL from this company after placing my order on Oct 25th, 2019.

After I received your letter by 1st class mail last Friday in response to my dispute with Johnson Gadgets I called Capital One’s customer service on Sat Jan 4th, to repeat my claim that this company “DID NOT DELIVER” the merchandise I had ordered from them on October 25th, 2019.

If you will take a closer look at the print out sheet you enclosed with your letter you will notice that the “Delivery Date” is blank.

This company may have told you that my merchandise was delivered to the right address but they could not and did not give you PROOF that they sent it.

I was surprised that you would just take their word without producing any proof.

I have never dealt with this company before and you can rest assure that I never will again. If they think I will accept their merchandise after sending it out on December 2nd (Please review ALL documents enclosed with this letter). You can be sure that I am going to let all my media sites know just how deceitful they are. Please let them know I don’t want this product and will not accept it IF it is delivered to me in the near future.

On July 18th, 2019 I ordered toilet cleaning foam from Johnson's Gadgets. I paid $44.99 through PayPal. I received an email stating that the purchase request was being processed. They did not give me a delivery date but did say that I would get an email for when it was shipped. I never got that email and I never got the product.

I have sent several emails asking when I could expect this product, with no response. All I get in my email inbox is more advertising for other products. But nothing pertaining to my queery. I have waited patiently, but enough is enough. They should have at least contacted me. The payment has already been cleared.

I ordered 2 all purposed cleaning sprays and on spray foam toilet cleaner.

I got an imediate email the same day I ordered saying they have a 1-2 week processing delay. They offered a coupon to buy more of their products. I still haven't received my order and after I saw a review about this company that the exact same thing happened to them.

Despite attempts to contact the company, I never got a response and never received the product or a refund. I eventually had to resolve it through my credit card company.

Johnson's Gadget claims they shipped the cleaning product, however, it was shipped to the wrong address. The address on the order was correct.

I have contacted Johnsons Gadgets several times, they will not respond. I believe they did not ship the product and are not a reliable company.

In Oct. I ordered a “super cleaning foam” that was supposed to clean anything. My account was charged almost immediately, but then I got an email stating it was back ordered and I'd get it in a couple of weeks.

So far, no product and no refund, even after many online queries. It's a ripoff.

I placed my order on October 2 and discovered, according to the tracking info, to the address listed on the shipping label provided by Johnsons Gadgets, which was not my address.. I s Gadgets has been uncooperative.

I cannot find a telephone no. or physical address for them anywhere.

Slick internet add, even responded to one inquiry email.

Uses company called China Post for shipping, but every time I try to track my order it says it is shipping that very day.

Like many others, I saw the add for the super cleaner that is supposed to take care of even the worst kitchen. I placed my order, and now 2 months later, I have never received the product despite being given 2 different tracking numbers for my package. My demands to cancel the order and get a refund have resulted in promises of the package being shipped, and now, with no reply at all.

My advice - go to the Federal Trade Commission website and file a complaint. Local BBBs and attorneys general can't take on a company based in China as well as the FTC can.

In November of 2019 I ordered their no rinse cleaner which they never delivered. I sent 3 e-mails which they ignored this company is a rip off should be put out of business.

On October 4, 2019 I placed an order for an all purpose rinse free cleaning spary in the amount of $19.99 plus shipping of $5.99 for a total of $25.98.

I received aconfirmation email with an order number. When I had not received the product in 30 days, I began to investigate and filed a complaint through pay pal since that was the payment method. They apparently made their contact with "the company" who provided them with a tracking number that showed the product was delivered to Baltimore 21206 on November 20, 2019. I do not live anywhere near that address.

I went to my local post office and checked the tracking number and they verified that number was tracked to an address in Baltimore, MD 21206 (false address). I attempted to contact the company numerous time with no response. The email confirmation is nothing more than a standard confirmation notice and they put any order number they want on it which is not a valid order number. This is a total ripoff. At least I only lost $25.98. I also see others have been ripped off by this same "company". Buyer be ware as the saying goes.

This shady outlet called Johnson's Gadgets that is located in China (which I did't know) gave me the run around for over a month. While I was on the web site their commercial popped up about this fantastic cleaner, that will handle any degree of heavy cleaning including dried up oil/grease on barbecue set. Watching the demo it looked convincing to me to givi it a try, ordered two of them for $45.97. Received the confirmation email that the order has been placed and they will email me with the confirmation when shipped. Passed two weeks or so I did not get any response. When I inquired about the order the reply was that they mispaced my order and it got lost in a shipping process, further offered me 20% back on my order. I agreed to the discount and asked them when will it be shipped. Never heard from them after sending several emails. Luckily I used PayPal for the payment and opened up dispute with them. Seller send them a tracking number bogus one if you will, which was delivered about 400 miles away from my address. The tracking showed that it was being shipped from China (had I know that I would not have ordered anything from them, lots of scam generating from that country) finally PayPal refund my money, had to spend little time to deal with them. Similar situation with other people that had to deal with this shady outlet.

Hope this will help others not to get scamed as I did.

On 9/29/19 I ordered a pot and pan cleaner, which never came. I emailed them to find out why, they reported it was on nit's way. Weeks went by still no product. I emailed again asking to cancel my order and requested a refund. They emailed back saying they don't give refunds. I could order another one of their products. Told them no just wanted a refund. Told them I believe them to be scammers and I was going to report them.

They stole my money I ordered a product they stole my money!!! I tried contacting them several times. Only to have more of their Crappy ads as a response. I asked the to refund my money back with no response. Now they have my bank information. Now I'm ScreWEd!!

I have emailed them several times, only getting more ads as a response. I'm not a rich person, I have asked them several times to refund my money, they have not done so. What can I do? I also noticed that they DO NOT have a contact number. I should have looked for that before I gave them my information. So now what Can I do about that. They have my bank information ?? THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

If I could I would give them a -5. I ordered two bottles of all purpose cleaner on October 5th, 2019 and received the the two bottles on January 26th, 2020, after many emails and also turning the over to paypal I finally received the order. On the website it states that this formula is formulated in the USA, but it clearly is manufactured in China, which could be fine...but not stated by this company. If I could upload a picture of the actual product you would laugh...two bottles with a basic label that says Bubble Cleaner...not directions, no ingredients. I am not putting cleaning chemicals on my surfaces that are not identified. To top it off when I ordered the products, I paid an expediting fee...it took almost 4 months to receive. I have requested a return label and a full refund...of course I have not heard back from Johnson's Gadgets...guess they are off scamming someone else...Watch out!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Ordered $100 worth of the cleaners on 12/28/2019, but as of today, 1/30/2020, I still have not received anything but empty, computer-generated promises of delivery "soon", with the exception of an immediate notice at checkout that there would be a "delay" due to the # of orders.

Well, THAT was a bold understatement! Add to the craziness that the Track Your Order link for the last three days indicates "These items have not shipped yet"!!!!!!!!!! Even if the product works, this "delay" and the vague communications from this seller forebode a serious problem.

Buyers Beware!!!! I am going to still have to give them the benefit of the doubt, and ride out another 2 weeks because of their cover-my-you-know-what notice of 2 - 6 weeks delivery time frame. UGH! Stay tuned...
