I bought a john ellis water machine in february of 2022 for $2500.00 for my 80 yeard old mother who has greatly benfited from drinking it. I have noticed significant improvement in her dementia since she started drinking it. We had been buying the water off ebay for several months and decided to buy a machine.

After about 7 weeks the ozone lights stopped working. The warranty is a year for the lights and compnents

I contacted john ellis and they promptly sent replacement lights. They still did not work. I contacted them and left them a message and email. They did not respond so I contacted them again. I talked to Debbie and she got nasty with me saying it had to have been my fault because the lights were working according to Kevin in manufacturing.

I explained to them that neither set of lights were working it had to be the transformer box. I asked them to send me a new one since it was under warranty. They requested that i email them and include name, address, etc. I did.

Another week went by and still no transformer box. I phoned and emailed them again with no response. I called them 4 days in row and finally talked to Kevin. He said that the email wasn’t working and he would look into it. Another week went by and still no transformer box.

I emailed and phoned them again with no response. I called again and finally talked to Kevin who said again they had already sent the lights. I explained to him for the third time that I needed a new transformer box. He said they would look into it. He gave me a usps tracking number.

I checked the tracking number twice a week for 3 weeks and it said the same thing…shipping label created not yet in system… I spent a hour on the phone with usps and they said a label had been created but they had no record of a package. 3 weeks later and no transformer box. I contacted them again and calmly asked what I should do since the tracking would not give me any information.

Kevin yelled at me and said the post office must have lost it and rudely hung up the phone. I have been nice and polite every time have had called them and never got angry or said any harsh words. The amount of anger in the tone of voice from Kevin and Debbie towards a simple question is unbelievable. Something is seriously wrong with the management of this company.

I love the water and have had great benefits using it but the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. It is a shame since I could have sold 10-20 machines for them since I bought it but can hardly recommend it now. I still don’t have a transformer box after 6 weeks. We have had to resort to buying the water off of eBay again since the machine does not work and john ellis has no interest in honoring their warranty.

This company is like dealing with a rabid dog....one day the dog licks you and plays with you the next day it wants to bite you.

I have dealt with 500-1000 different companies in my 35 year career and have never dealt with a company that has so much outright contempt towards their customers. They have stated on 5 different occasions their email is not working or they didn't get the message.

In essence the aura of this comapny is that they hate their jobs, hate dealing with customers and will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. Then they get pissed off when you call them back and wonder where are my parts that are under warranty.

I have been told by Kevin in manufacturing 4 different times he would send me a new transformer box. 6 weeks later no transformer box.

Unforunately for John Ellis water they did not read the 48 laws of power...Law 19...Know who you are dealing with do not offend the wrong person...some will spend the rest of their life and as much money as it takes to get revenge...that is me.

I have lost my patience and trust in john ellis water and i intend to tell my story on every social media platform and you tube video i can. The actions of this company are dishonest and despicable. From my research it was not this way when john ellis himself was running the company but whoever took over does not care about the customer...

Their motto is give me your money and f*ck off. Dont call us we will call you.
