Back in early august of 2017 i reached out to have my resume analyzed and worked on through linkedin. I had to follow up numerous times (11 to be exact) in august, september, and october and finally on november 2nd with this individual responded with the following:

“thank you for your reply. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Yes there was much going on here and on our system it showed that we delivered the resume to and were working on linkedin. Then again we just migrated the system and things may have gone wrong. After seeing your message i searched though and i do not see where it was delivered.

I will email you in a few moments with status and what we will do to bring this to completion. No you did not lose your money. I'll make it up to you some how.

Eric”

On august 14th i submitted payment of $300.00 (08/14/17 wpy*jobgrit 000000001 palo alto ca

8554693729 description refer to receipt $300.00) and never received any services.

Apparently this isn't this guys first scam.

I was scammed also

I hired Brian Ortiz. He disappeared, then got a call from Eric Bryan Gonzales. I think it is the same guy trying to change his voice. I lost $259.00 to this guy. I got him(them) off LinkedIn. He never sent me anything or returned my money. I suggest for resumes only use a service that has a business location you can go too.

I went on LinkedIn and looked for a resume Writer. I called a few people and settled on a Writer that seem to have experience and talked like he knew what he was doing. He sent me a link for payment, request I fill out an information sheet about previous employment. I made a $300 payment on the link. It later showed on my credit card statement as Jobgrit. I never heard from the fellow I hired again. After numerous calls and emails I got a call from the head scammer Eric Gonzales. He said the guy I hired was an employee of his and had a family emergency and quit. He said he’d do my resume. He sounded like he knew nothing about writing, said he had 20 years professional experience.

I later found out he was in his early thirties. I guess he was writing resumes when he was 10yrs. Then Eric disappeared for a couple of weeks. I told him I didn’t hire him, don’t know anything about him(he or his scam company was never mentioned in the LinkedIn ad I called about). I asked for a refund. He said he was sorry and would refund my money.Lol he disappeared again. I looking for a good address so I can sue him. It appears his birthday is 8-29-**** He’s somewhere between Cypress and Richmond. Do not use this company under any circumstances. I went to the police. They said if I have a good address it would help not just for my civil side but also a criminal complaint.

This company is a SCAM

I also hired someone from this company and after negotiation, I paid $100 USD for writing a resume. First, I was working with Brian Ortiz but later he left the company then Eric Bryan Gonzales reached out to me and told me that since Brian left, he will be working with me on my resume. He scheduled the session with me and did not show to any of the session. Finally, I asked him to refund me the money than he disappeared. DO NOT HIRE OR WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
