On 5NOV2016, Jeremy of JNJ Roofing and Tree Service incorrectly installed flashing to the roof. As a result of faulting and improper installation the resident sustained more than $2,000 of interior damage from water entering through the roof. The company was paid $5,945.00 for the complete project. The contract included a 10 year workshop warranty and a 50 year manufacturer warranty for materials. The faulty work on the roof was verified by certified engineers from the Rimkus Consulting Group on 10SEP2017. Numerous attempts to contact Mr. Campen have been made via phone, email, social media and demand letter. Jeremy has even agreed to revisit the resident, but failed to show up. JNJ Roofing has failed to honor their contract for workmanship and refuses to make good on their work which has resulted in pricey repairs to the home and loss of valuables.
