I placed an order on May 1st in hopes that I would received the jewelry by Father's Day. I requested a proof of my order which was supposed to come within three days for approval and did not come for 2 weeks.
I then received a message saying that the order would be processed within 10-20 business days and that I would receive the tracking number once shipped.
After I apporved it the proof, I sent a message requesting that it be rushed since the proof took so long to be generated and did not receive a response. I have sent several messages via social media and e-mail and for weeks have heard nothing.
Since it is now 3 days from Father's day and I have not received a tracking number I have disputed the charges through my bank and they are investigating.
They are scammers. Do not order anything from this site. There are sellers on Etsy who do the same type of work so I would reccommend them instead.
Completely lied about time frame of shipment, would not communicate with me, have not received product months after order and have the same lost in shipment issues as many other customers, this is a scam, they are not a jewelry maker but a scam on line to steal your money
I placed an order for a Father's Day gift (a gold dog tag pendant) for my husband on June 4, 2016. I received the design proof by email on June 6, 2016 and approved it immediately. I didn't hear anything until I received an email on June 21, 2016 saying it had been shipped and was given a tracking number. Today is now June 29, 2016, and I still have not received my purchase.
