JTV will not take Debt or Credit cards by telephone for account payments. They will accept personal Checks by telephone. They do not submit the "check." Big surprise!, You will incur late payments, and/or be charged Defered Intrest. They will not take responsibilty. YOU PAY!

I mail my bracelet back to the company JTV to replace one stone was missing the person I spoke to didn't really want to help. I told the agent the size of my bracelet that the stone fell out of, but she really did not want to look up my information of my bracelet. She ended up giving me the wrong information about a different that I have. Which I told her it was the wrong bracelet mutiple times. However she told me that they recieved the envelope that I sent with my bracelet in there but it was no bracelet.

Ive gotten a voicemail telling that they sending me back my envelope because they say my bracelet was not in there, to take it to the local post office where I dropped it off at. After listening to the voicemail I called jtv network to speak to Recal. She never responded someone else contacted me and she was rude and disrespect about merchandise. The post office supervisor told me that my bracelet surely has been stolen. So now filing this report claiming that jtv stole my bracelet and they want me to pay another one that I sent the same way which is a different bracelet.

They sell false gems such as star sapphire that I bought was fake, Zultinite did not come with hologram card bought yellow sapphire they didn't disclose that it was injected with dye and worth nothing. Almost every stone I bought from the, has been not the value they claim and treated even though they didn't say it

On the report written on JTV jewelry tv,you called them a ripoff buisness. If you watch the program it tells you on the screen that the gem or jewelry is not real all you have to do is read what it says. They sell alot of real jewelry and also lab created ones .At the bottom of screen it tells you, also when buying ask the call center and they will help you with that .You can also get a cert with what ever you buy .ALSO recomended is when it comes to your home you have 30 days or so to take it to a jeweler and let him appr it .I f its not real send it back within 30 days or how ever much the time they give you . Thankyou yes its that easy

I bought a gold plated emerald and diamond accent bracelet many years ago knowing the emeralds wouldn't be of great quality but they definitely weren't the quality shown on tv or on their website. I have looked several times in different lighting and have found only one diamond accent in the whole bracelet. I wore the bracelet a total of five times using a jewelry cloth to wipe down the bracelet three of those times and an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner that only uses water to clean it twice. I let the bracelet air dry after I wiped it dry with another jewelry cloth then wiped it down before putting it in a good bracelet case not the cardboard one it came in. I'd check it from time to time had to reclean the bracelet as it had tarnished. I take care of my jewelry I don't use cleaners on stones that are not supposed to be cleaned by them. I worked for a jeweler for many years until he passed away and store had to be closed. He was a graduate gemologist taught me how to identify gemstones synthetics included he also taught me how to use the equipment to identify gemstones as well as how to care for them. I have several reference books one of which tells you how to care for set or loose stones. There was no reason that bracelet should have tarnished. I bought a sapphire and diamond accent bracelet from them again stones looked nothing like ones shown on tv or website found two diamond chips they call a diamond accent piece it hasn't tarnished and it was gold plated, both 18k over SS. I'm sorry but one or two diamond chips isn't diamond accented. I also bought several gemstone parcels the A-Z mix which weren't supposed to have any lab created or synthetic stones in them I'm sorry but strontium titinate is a synthetic stone I got one in a parcel many of the stones were very included none of them were in parcel shown on tv some were chipped etc. I would get parcels that looked like the only stones in the A-Z mix were garner, citrine, amethyst, blue and white topaz. I finally got smart and sent them back would order another parcel once went thru got the same crap so just quit buying them. I did buy a jewellers bench parcel that had nice quality stones but all were a lot smaller than they said they would be. I did get the money back on the so called natural untreated andesine/ labordorite supposedly from the Himalaya mountains a mine they had visited so they said. I only got the cost of the stone they should have refunded the shipping as well as they lied to us they never went to the mine in the Himalayas there's never been one there as far as I know kyanite is the only gemstone mined in those mountains. With that being said I don't believe they were hoodwinked they said they'd been to the mine. That was the last straw haven't bought anything since. Isn't that fraud and where was the FCC it's such a shame tv jewelry channels can get away with that. I've bought gemstones from other jewelry tv channels got exactly what was shown on tv and very happy with those purchases. I now buy from a few very trustworthy sellers on eBay get excellent quality stones at half or more cheaper than stones sold on the jewelry tv shows especially jtv which is supposed to be the biggest jewelry and gemstone buyers on tv. You can buy top quality diamonds of any color from very trustworthy sellers on eBay a LOT cheaper than from jtv sure is funny they tell you you can't find better prices plus you get a cert from top gem labs.

Thep initial "customer service" I was connected to was a recording repeating the t h e words "Hello can you hear me" I called back and got the same recording. This company has stolen my gold and I'm on a fixed income and was Weinberger gold to help with my living expenses. Please help me.

I. sent my old gold to JTV gold exchange with the promise of getting a fair price. I didn't hear from them in the time frame promised (2 weeks) They told me that they had not received the gold and were indifferent to my situation, did not offer to help me. I just want justice and these gold I sent them back. They are not a reputable company and don't deserve my patronage.
