ATTENTION TAMPA BAY Stay away from any property Jerry King has. Not only are his properties unsanitary and in poor condition but he WILL scam you out of your security deposit. He starts by telling you the check is in the mail and when he realizes you're no longer living in the area he will tell you that there were excessive damages to the property. He never returns calls. He especially takes advantage of out of state students. Stay away from him, I lost $2500 with this scam artist. Help expose this dirtbag by spreading the word.
