Jermaine Simpson hired us to service his pool, we showed up on time each week for several months and ended up terminating service for non payment of service. Jermaine Simpson refused to pay so we sued him on May 1, 2013, OVER 4 years ago!!. Jermaine Simpson showed up to court and lost. We have an outstanding UNPAID judgment for almost $375.00 plus costs and INTEREST, notary fees, lien fees. We have attempted to collect and he refuses to pay. We sent him to collections and he refuses to pay. We have filed an abstract of lien so he cannot sell or refinance his house until he pays.
