I paid Jennings Construction to remove a fireplace, when he was done with the chimney there was a part sticking up on my roof , I asked why and he said that was the best he could do. He did make that part smaller. A couple months later I had a problem on my roof and called a roofer, he gave me a quote and included in the quote was removing the cricket which Jennings did not remove when he did the work.
I called Jennings and asked why this wasn't done and he said he would come by and fix it. He came by and told me it was refixed.
When the roofer came to do the repairs of the roof he took pictures and showed me that in fact Jennings did not fix the roof correctly and said I would have a problem with the rain.
I went a head and paid the roofer to fix the problem and he told me to file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
The AZROC sent out a letter to Jennings and Jennings never responded. When I called the AZROC the guy asked what happened I explained how I paid Jennings for the work, he didn't do it right and I had to pay an additional to a roofer to fix it correctly. The AZROC closed the case.
This just tells me AZROC could care less about consumers and unless you want to pay more for a job Don't use Jennings Contruction.
They also claim they paint houses, thats a real farse as well, they do a real shitty job at that and are over priced!
