This company is extremely shady. They say they're available 24/7 via the phone but their phones went months and months not working. When they finally started kinda working it went straight to voicemail. They never pick up!! Only way to communicate is through email or if you tell them to call you on your email. This company does not follow any of their policies written online. The time period they say they will ship the ring is completely false!! They will take more than a month to do anything!! Rings ordered have been delayed for months and months due to some situation that happened in their building. They do not communicate delay reasons to buyer and expect you to reach out to them to find out. DO NOT BUY their rings!! I WILL NEVER recommend such a pathetic place. We NEVER got our ring, it somehow got lost by their shipping company and NEVER made it to fedex. Their tracking number will say shipping info sent to fedex from a month ago but it will never update that fedex picked up after they "claim" it's shipped. "
