Horrible customer service. Still waiting 60 days later to receive my package. I've left voicemails and emails and haven't heard anything back at all. Do not waste your money or your time.
Please don’t give this company the benefit of the doubt that clothing is good quality. It’s the worst junk I have ever seen and takes for ever to get them.
if i could rate this zero stars i would, absolutely horrible customer service and horrible quality of the clothing. it was supposed to get here in 6-22, well it came on day 47 since i placed my order. don’t ever purchase from this website.
On Feb 19, 2017 I placed an order on JassieLine.com (newly created Lillycloset.com) and thought they had great deals. Unfortunately, I still haven't recieved my full order. The company said shipping would take approximately 6-22 days and I didn't need my items until March 18 so I assumed the timeframe would be ok.... I was wrong.
Processesing was supposed to take a max of 4 days but to my dismay after 5 days I never recieved a shipping confirmation. At day 10 I received shipping confirmation and at day 18 I recieved the package. Unfortunately the package only had 3 of the 6 items I ordered.
I contacted the company 20 times by email, once a day every day, and I finally got a response today, March 30. They told me, "I'm sorry you are not happy with your order. You can either return the items, and pay the shipping cost, or keep the items and take a 45% off coupon to LillyCloset.
com." I just want to know where the other half of my order is!
Ladies save your time and money because the 3 items I did receive are of the poorest quality made in the backcountry of China (judging by the shipping time).
