He is dishonest, gives false representations, a thief, forger, fraudulent, deceptive acts and practices, changes contracts after signing, grossly and deliberately underbids for personal gain, violations of the WCPA, a business hot head, significantly damages others, and is found guilty of numerous unfair and deceptive acts (Spokane case #15-2-03793-0). He breaches contracts, does not pay sub-contractors and material suppliers, and refuses to take accountability for his actions. He is very persuasive and has a way to instill confidence in his prospects. He totally touted his business experience but most if not all is falsified or lies.
