Inquired about a home for lease without a personal agent and were mislead through the entire process. Realtor/owner, Francisco, made the assumption that I was unable to balance the rent even though I make close to four times the required amount. Realtor lied about accepting another application and refused communication thereafter. Only in it for application fees! Buyers beware!
Mariana Saldana is a complete crook. she promised me a unit in a rental building.. i didn't even know it was a rental building she insured me it was a condo building and now I'm stuck with this lease i don't want. She totally scammed me and i am going to seek legal advice from the state of texas. I recently leased a very nice place at the cosmopolitan in the uptown area. The building is very nice and quite pricey , one would expect the agent working to secure the contract to at least be helpful if not for any other reason than the commission they took home was also quit hefty.
Jennifer Mares the realtor representing Uptown had one concern. I'm sure you can guess $$$$. Then the crazy thing was she wasn't even accommodating in retrieving this $ so made me deliver to her offices. She also made me press the cosmopolitan to approve me as a tenant but wait there's more the building had to get her to change the locks and then claimed to have had the place cleaned and move in ready also not true the building confirmed they had let no one up to clean the place at all.
Wait for it ...... she also neglected to inform me that a very large window was blown out! Then lastly I asked for help on one last thing and she was completely dismissive and argumentative as well. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for property in the uptown area to seek another firm that actually will be helpful and truthful and concerned about their client and the firms reputation . I assure she was none of these things!!!!!
