I purchased a 30 dollar download for a software program to use in my iphone. I sent the payment using paypal. Everything seem fine until i went to install the program. In which requires a desktop or laptop computer to use. When i logged in my laptop and tried to download the software the site told me i had entered the wrong password. First of all i wrote the password down and know factually i entered the correct password that i have choosen on my own. Then i used the forgot my password promt to try to get this download to work. I entered my email and received nothing. i tried this another 4 or 5 times and no responce. i am now locked out of the website. it said to try again in 30 mins and re enter the password. it has been hours and it still says wait a half and hour. I then googled the name and have seen numerous reports of the same occurencess of this same matter happened to multiple people. I have filed a report to Paypay and hopefull they will give me the refund i deserve.
