Let’s get to the POINT. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! JD Byrider sold me a LEMON. The car has died multiple times since I purchased it, but now it has been dead for 3 months. CNAC is the company that finances the cars, and I refused to pay another cent for this LEMON. JD/CNAC wants the car back so they can attempt to resell it to another unfortunate person. READ BELOW FOR DETAILS. JD byrider location: 7200 McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh PA 15237 Agent: Lana Smithbower Car: Ford Taurus/ 2005 Total paid: $9897.36 Remaining balance: $5233.45 Current Value (KBB): $535- $2,006 Or $1,271 if sold to a private vendor I REPEAT, THE CAR IS DEAD SO IT’S NOT EVEN WORTH $1,271

I purchased this car late November 2015 (within the last few days of the month). I left the JD Byrider around 7 pm and the first thing I noticed was how dimmed the lights were. I could barely see in front of the car. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG but I was 22 years old and it was my first car. The next morning the car would not start. I guess it was a battery/alternator problem. I should’ve returned it, but my coworker gave me a jump so I just wrote it off. 2 MONTHS LATER Jan 2016 the car started randomly shutting off (Especially when I stopped at red lights). Since I bought this car I’ve had it jumped multiple times, 5 times (that I remember).

Issues During the 1st and 2nd winters (12/2015-3/2016 & 11/2016-3/2017). 1. The rear defroster didn’t work, and I barely could see out the back window

2. There was a gasket leak in the front driver foot well o Causing the driver’s side floor to be wet (also wet when it rains during the spring) o The moisture from the gasket leak would cause ALL the windows to randomly fog while driving (NOT SAFE/ AND VERY SCARY) May 1st 2017 I finally replaced the exhaust pipe- (car was making a crazy sound when I pressed the gas)

3. Apparently this pipe was cracked and developed to a hole by the time I noticed it o Piped would have ripped off while driving if NOT TREATED o It was the Cat back exhaust July 31 2017 the transmission went-

4. The first shop I had it towed to said "it would be a waste of his time to work on, b/c it wasn’t worth it”

5. I paid to get it towed elsewhere and had it replaced there These are some of the MAJOR problems I had with this LEMON. But there are more OOP cost not listed. Total OOP COST: $2,737.15 (WHICH IS MORE THAN THE CAR IS WORTH!) I HAVE RECEIPTS OF ALL THE OOP COST AND WILL GLADLY SHARE WITH JD/CNAC if they would like. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This was my first car, and that is the only reason I worked so hard at maintaining it. I worked 4 different jobs (at the same time) during the time I’ve had this car. So arguing with CNAC/JD was not my mindset. But IM OVER THIS CAR. AND I REFUSE TO PAY THEM ANOTHER DIME!

The letter to J.D. Byrider, Corporate, in essence:

I recently dealt with the managing director [name] from your Saint Cloud franchise location. In addition to being rude and asking questions that were none of his business, he engaged in some clearly illegal practices. As I have no quarrel with the parent company of the franchise, I thought you (and he) should be made aware of his transgressions.

It may interest you to know that I am not the typical person [name] apparently deals with. I am a professional with an excellent reputation and certainly not in the income bracket [name] feels superior to. One benefit of my professional standing is an invitation from those in my network to answer legal questions without charge. It is truly amazing what 10 minutes each from 10-15 experts can yield. A further 10 minutes on the Better Business Bureau website and a quick phone call later... I don't want to spoil the surprise.

I had simply called to ask to defer a payment due to needing to obtain a family law attorney for a custody issue regarding my children. During the conversation [name] mentioned that my insurance had lapsed, and I agreed. He asked if the truck was being driven, and I said not for 6 months. He then asked if I had another vehicle, and I said we were using my girlfriend's vehicle. At about this time I realized that [name] was not entitled to any of this information and told him so. He was certainly not entitled to use it in determining what sorts of threats he could make.

While I am completely behind his right to decline to grant the deferment, [name] used this opportunity to harangue me about why I couldn't pay and engage, and I again told him about the legal retainer I had paid, and even answered his questions when he asked how much, believing he was working with in good faith.

When he threatened to have the car taken today due to the lack of insurance, I asked him how to get the insurance information to him today. He then asked, again in his exceedingly condescending manner, how I could afford to get insurance but not make the payment. At that point I realized that this man had no intention of dealing with me in good faith and was on a power trip like that expected of pre-pubescent teenagers.

In full disclosure, I also mentioned that in my previous interactions with him (an instance where I was working in L.A. and had lost my credit card and had to cancel it, making the auto-pay fail) he was "a d**k," because, well, he was.

In his condescending tone, which I mentioned to him several times, he attempted to tell me he would garnish my wages and my truck would be picked up today, both not only untrue, but in violation of federal and state law. For the record, I live in Texas. The more I tried to speak to him to resolve this matter, the more belligerent he became.

I was not at all surprised to find complaints about his professionalism, practices, and communication style filed with the Better Business Bureau. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, [name] condescendingly said "You're in luck. I'm part owner. I am the managing partner."

Legally, he is the managing partner for that specific location, yet he represented himself as at the top of J.D. Byrider corporate. Until he's the CEO of J.D. Byrider corporate (I hope Mr Peters reads this), there is always someone above him to talk with, even if it is just your franchising operations manager.

Some issues that may interest you and [name], who I cc'd on this communication

1 [name] misrepresented who he was. He is not the highest member in the J.D. Byrider company, as his words said.

2 [name] made no representations that speaking with him was "an attempt to collect a debt," etc, as found in section 807, subsection 11 of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) as published by the FTC.

3 [name] stated that he would "call up the guys in San Antonio to come get the truck today," In addition to just being petty, this is a clear violation of the FDCPA section 807, subsection 4. Specifically, [name] threatened immediate seizure of the vehicle, garnishment of wages, and attachment of negative credit reporting today, which would be unlawful in the context he used them, and even more so if he intended to try to do those things. He is not able to take the vehicle today. He is not able to garnish my wages immediately as he implied. He is not able to report the debt today to a consumer credit reporting bureau as he implied. If he tried, all of those would be illegal as outlined by the FTC. Due process is still required. Further, [name] made no representation that my debt was accelerated, and the full contract amount is now due, also subsection 4.

4 Mr. Ogle violated Section 807, subsection 7, when he condescendingly told me what the "professional thing to do" is in an attempt to shame and disgrace me. To fully spell this out, here is subsection 7: "The false representation or implication that the consumer committed any crime or other conduct in order to disgrace the consumer"

5 Section 807, subsection 10, when [name] threatened to have my vehicle repossessed today by "the guys in San Antonio." Again, spelled out, subsection 10: "The use of any false representation or deceptive means to collect or attempt to collect any debt or to obtain information concerning a consumer."

For brevity, allow me to just list the other parts of the FDCPA [name] violated:

A. Section 808, subsection 6, where Mr. Ogle threatened non-judicial action in repossession, garnishment, and attachment.

B. Section 809, subsection 1 in its entirety.

C. Section 811 in its entirety.

This is being sent to the Texas Office Of Consumer Credit Commissioner, the Better Business Bureau, and the FTC.

I recommend re-training Mr. Ogle in the FDCPA provisions, encouraging him to research the laws if he is calling a resident of another state, and providing him with an opportunity to work on his social skills and break out of the condescending, snarky attitude he employs. My financial issues are temporary; his transgressions and lack of professionalism are forever linked to your company.

I stand ready to (1) accept a written apology from [name], (2) a copy of any available policies J.D. Byrider may have governing the behavior of it's franchisees, and a promise to prevent [name] from contacting me again in his J.D. Byrider capacity. He has surpassed his legal authority, and will be dealt with as harassment.

February 9, 2019 we needed a car, We choose JD Byrider because of our not so good credit. On February 27,2019 it was in the shop for a passenger side windshield washer sprayer. Then 6-7 months later on August 16, 2019 the Jeep broke down on I-70 leaving us stranded we had to coast down the hill to the dealership to drop it off at the shop.

A week later we had not heard anything so we called and the girl who answered said there was not a service ticket for the Jeep? We hung up minutes later Jeff from the service department called back and said the Jeep needed a new transmission and it had not arrived yet. I asked for a loaner and Jeff rudely said we don't normally do loaners but in this case ok.

We get the loaner the check engine light is on in the loaner giving me more anxiety. We had the loaner for a week and a half did not hear anything so we called on August 27, 2019 Josh said the Jeep was done and he was going to drive it home one more night to check it is running right?? We pick the Jeep up on August 28th 2019 only for the Jeep to die out again, we had to take the Jeep back on August 29th 2019.

Later that day Josh called and said it was the crankshaft sensor and they replaced it Jeep is ready. We pick up the Jeep drive it 2 days and on August 31,2019 it broke down again we then drop it off at the dealership again to be serviced. A week later September 6, 2019 we made the decision to voluntarily surrender the Jeep for mechanical issues Now unfortunately they are holding us responsible for the debt and also ran our credit again without our consent.

We need help we have been living a nightmare and they are not being kind and are lying to the BBB and everyone I have placed a complaint with. Note the service department also lost our key's which had our gas cap key on it leaving us with no gas cap key and no working key for the hatch back.

My 2010 Chevy Equinox, just passed dealer warranty on mileage and time needed a new engine for which I was quoted approximately $ 7,000 from your predecessor.

- Not happy with this at all, I left the car sit on your service lot over a year while still making my monthly payments, while I was forced to purchase another car.

- When i did finally attempt to resolve the issue, you worked with me on a re-built engine for $ 4,000 for which I was very grateful.

- Less than 2 weeks later I dropped the car off to you again due to excessive noise from exhaust, the engine light on AGAIN, and it not shifting gears properly. (An issue I NEVER had before you replaced the engine)

- I was told a few solenoids needed replaced, the exhaust manifold needed replaced and the transmission was bad. You said the solenoids were covered under the engine warranty, and the exhaust manifold and transmission would cost me $ 1,300.

- The second I drove the car off the lot after the above repairs, the engine light came on and the exhaust was just as loud as when I dropped it off.

Where i am Today:

Today i dropped the car off at an accredited service provider and was told:

- The engine light was on most likely because the oil was so low

- The exhaust manifold was never touched (ie replaced). They said it was beat into place so bad that it is no wonder it was so loud.

In October 2017 after sitting at JD Byrider for 8 hours and test driving 4 different cars I finally purchased a 2005 Pontiac G6 with only 57,000 original miles according to the dealer. Originally I had gone in to JDB two weeks prior because I was interested in purchasing a 2007 Aspen. The truck was beautiful but something about it didn't make sense. The first salesman I talked to about it, all of a sudden had left the company and anytime I asked what happened hours co-workers would change the subject. The day I bought the G6 I was dead set on buying the Aspen. The salesman I worked with that took the place of the one that left, we'll call him "J". J informed me that no matter what I bought I did NOT want to buy the Aspen. I was relentless and wanted to know why. After test driving 4 cars I still wanted the Aspen, so finally I got a bit of truth. The Aspen was a piece of garbage according to J. The engine had blown after several problems and it wasn't even the actual miles they were claiming that the vehicle had. The body, had over 300,000 miles on it but the new engine was what they were claiming on the records with around 140,000 miles. I felt uneasy. J showed me the G6 and I was instantly excited. Beautiful color, heated seats, and what they claimed to be only 57,000 original miles. I was sold. Eight hours later, myself and my two friends finally were ready to leave JDB. I say through several videos, signed the contract and was informed that I had purchased insurance as long as I paid the additional money with my biweekly payments I was covered with insurance and didn't need to worry. Finance informed me that the first payment due two weeks later was for the "promissory note", (JDB'S way of increasing your down payment on paper so your payments on the vehicle are more reasonable for those of us with not so great credit) however the actual "car payment" wouldn't start until December 25th. I honestly was so excited to have a great little car I really didn't care and was so exhausted after being there so day I probably could've been told they needed my left arm and I would've said ok. After two weeks I came into JDB and paid my first payment of $317. A lot of money for a 12year old car. But the way it was explained it was only the promissory note payments that were higher and in December they would drop. It also included the supposed insurance I was paying for. I had also explained to CNAC (JDB'S bank) that they had made my payments due too soon and that I didn't get paid till late night after they were closed so they needed to be changed. I was told I only needed to sign a form and she couldn't find it so I could do it when I made the next payment. The next payment was due on the 14th of November.

I am a CNA and my client had fallen that morning. She was extremely injured and I couldn't leave her side. I called CNAC to tell them what had happened and every time I called I spoke with Nicole. I also talked to Nicole again the 15th and 16th and informed her that I was at the hospital with my client and her family. Eventually my client was transferred to Ann Arbor and I was there every step of the way explaining to Nicole what was going on. There were a couple times I had told her I was going to try and make the payment however given the severity of the situation there was no way possible I could leave to come back to Saginaw or even leave to put money on my prepaid card. The family wasn't even able to pay me my full check because of the sudden emergency. I totally understood and assumed I'd double the payments on the 28th when the next one was due. On Wednesday November 22nd CNAC arrived at my house and took possession (repossessed) my vehicle. I never got a call, a letter, a warning, a threat, NOTHING. The last time I had spoken with Nicole from CNAC I told her I had planned on being home to take care of everything Monday. I guess next time instead of trying to let someone know you're doing everything you can tell them you don't care, is apparent no matter what I said they had already decided what they were going to do. There had been a series of things that just don't add up. First, when I purchased the car I signed the odometer statement that's submitted to the state when your plate is issued. There title for the car has no mileage reported at all. Why did I sign an odometer statement if they failed to report it? That makes me think I was lied to as well about the miles on the G6. Second, the day I bought my car JDB sold the Aspen to an older couple both retired and on disability. How unethical and horrible to take a person's money knowing you're selling them garbage. Also when I realized the car was gone I called Nicole. The answers they gave me as to why the vehicle was taken make absolutely no sense. I went up to the dealer to physically speak with Sara who is the financial manager. She takes me in an office to tell me she refuses to give back the car and she demands almost a thousand dollars to get it back. I was never given a redemption period. Sara tells me I have close of business day to get the money to her. It was already after 2 o'clock. That's less than 4 hours to come up with three times what was even due and then it was only a week late due to unforseen emergency circumstances. As if things couldn't get any worse, my daughter's Christmas presents are in the trunk of the car. I tried to speak with the salesman that sold me the car and Sara threatened to call the police on me. This woman is rude, ignorant and has no business in the position she's in. You do not use personal judgement or experience in a professional environment when making decisions about if a person is "deserving" to get their vehicle back. I did everything anyone else that purchases a car there does and finances are not an issue. Why is it she had made a comment stating" she didn't feel I could get the car back and she decided she was ending my contract". Does she not realize that the minute they falsified a state document for application of title the contract was already breached or is that the reason they picked the car up. Sara then informs me that I need to just walk away so she can take the car off my credit and then resell the car to someone else. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Sara also told me that the extra money they were charging me every month was NOT insurance at all. It was only coverage in addition to the state minimum insurance that I had to pay for also. The coverage they provide that I was paying for only covers the car if something happens that insurance won't pay for. In other words the deceived me and when I didn't catch on they took my car.

My daughter is 9 years old, diagnosed with both depression and anxiety. That car gets her to and from counseling appointments and Ann Arbor for the joint pain she's suffered since she could speak. JDB or CNAC don't care. They don't care about the elderly couple that will spend their life savings fixing that bucket Aspen they sold them. They don't care about the hundreds of other people they've done this to. Someone needs to step up and help. If there is any attorney out there willing to take this case I will put them to shame with the lies and all the crap they feed these poor consumers. People buy cars there because they don't have many options, but that doesn't give them the right to take advantage of people. I also found out they don't even have an active General Manager so Miss Sara has taken it upon herself to act as such. Go back to your desk and your calculator and leave the real job to the people that know how to do it. You couldn't even run a daycare why are you making decisions that ruin people's lives!!

My family purchased a vehicle from JD Byrider from the Salt Lake City Location about a year and a half ago. This complaint has nothing to do with the fact that they over charge for vehicles. I knew that going in. Our credit was not great because we were trying to short sell our home after the market crashed and we moved across country. I did not like how no car has a asking price. They figure that out after reviewing your finances. Then they base the price off how much they can get out of you each month. Its a pretty hard payment to hit every other week, and I make 70k a year. However, I knew all that before I purchased the car. And the car we got has been great and we have never missed a payment. My complaint is that we were told that we could purchase gap insurance through any major insurance company for our vehicle. Finance rep stated that CNAC does not offer gap insurance. Let's not forget, CNAC and JD Byrider are the same company, just operating under different DBA's. The whole session where we were told we coukd purchase gap insurance was recorded ( remember this for later) Well, after calling every major insurance company in the US we were told the same thing. Insurance companies do not sell gap insurance on vehicles they did not finance. The only way to purchase gap insurance is through the lender. So I called CNAC and explained the whole situation.

When they tried to use fancy talk I stated that I would get a lawyer to subpoena the video recording sbowing that we were indeed lied to. I was told that those recordings are erased after 30 days. I call BS on the whole recording thing. Then The representative continued to state that if my car was totalled, I would just be put into another 3 yr loan, and the balance of the totalled car would be added. This is crazy. So if I total my 4000 dollar car out that im paying 13000 for, CNAC is going to collect 4000 from my insurance company, then CNAC is still going to hold me accountable for the other 9K by rolling into another loan. I think that because the finance specialist lied to me, that this loan is Null and Void. I will keep making payments because they at least report monthly to the credit agencies. But ppl, do not settle for JD Byrider until you are out of options. A month after we signed all the paper work I talked to the finance dept at a local Mazda dealer and was told he could have got me the same vehicle on a loan with interest for 3800.00 from a traditional bank, even with our credit. Renember, as much as CNAC stated they are a bank, they are not. They are nothing more than in house financing. Are they FDIC Insured? Id guess not. So, take it from my mistake and search your options before being hoodwinked.

I got a car from JD Byrider last year, however my job changed outir paydates and they told me to provide all these documents proving that to them so they could go into the system and make the corrections on my file. I have been going back and forth wikth them since october of last year. In October of 2016 they had me sign a paper saying the investingation was complete and since the company changed my paydates the system would reflect those date. My payments are due twice a month. I am never late I always pay 2-3 days prior to the date I sguned off on, however they report late on my credit. when its time to pay them they are always saying we are sorry we will fix it. This location has been through 4 financing mamgers since April of last year and each one has met with me at least twice but yet the problem still remains. Everytime I have put my car in the shop I get it back with the same problem it had when i dropped it off. I drive a chevy aveo 08 it has a whining noise when you go over 60MPH I have met with the service manager Steve 3 different times about the problem. The car is 3x over book value. I have been paying 402.24 amonth for a car thats worth a little over 7000 and the pricnicipal of the loan has barely dropped 200. I believe this company takes advantage of people by letting the warrenty wear off before they addressed the problem. Bottom line is dont become a cictim of these people.

First of all, I am 2 months into my car.Had automatic payments set up and never been late at all. So on two different dates they decide to go and take money out of my bank account on my non paydays. I called immediately both times, the first time they reversed it right away but this last time on 6/16/17 is a hot mess, I am so freaking pissed to the max. I called and spoke to Cassandra in CNAC to ask her about who gave them to permission to run my debit card on my non payday. Of course she claimed it was not on there end and she did not know who did it, liar. They over drafted my account then expect me to make a payment on the correct date 6/23/17 which is my original date, yea right. The Finance managers Mike and Roland are so full of it, Mike claimed they refunded the money back but my bank has not seen anything and I have incurred a $35.00 over draft fee. My account has been sitting in the negative a whole week because of these retards.

When I called the day it ran the payment it should have been reversed immediately because it was an error on there end. I also spoke with the Regional Manager Tom at the Altantic location who claimed they would cut me a check with proof of my bank statement which I have submitted to Roland and Tom via email. This has been the week from ***, now no one wants to return my phone calls or even respond to my email. I work 5 days a week and my job requires me to have a working vehicle at all times but how can I get to work with no gas. I am a single mother and working full-time, they took my last bit of money for the week to get me to my payday which is 6/23/17. I was depending on that money for gas, food and household items. JD Byrider should be ashamed of there selves for taking advantage of people like me. All I wanted them to do was fix my bank account back to the way it was before they decided to go into it at there own free will.

Now my paycheck coming up will be affected and I will be out of more money, I don't deserve this. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the Finance Manager Mike did bring me $6.00 for gas to supposedly get me through the whole week, woo h*o Then the other Finance Manager Roland was nice enough to give me $20 in gas the next day, so I'm on day 3 with 2 more days to go and on top of that drop off and pick up my daughter from camp everyday and run errands for my client and transport her too off of $26 for the whole week, you have to be a jacka** to think that is feasible enough. I want my money back and my account back right and I want to be done with them, how can I get out of this, I no longer want to do business with them ever again!#pissedtothemax

I went here and got a car. I put down 1500.00 and only had it 3 days .I noticed a few issues with the way the car was braking within the first two days of having the car. I called Jd Byrider and was told to call back the next day so they could schedule me in for a service appt. Later after work I go do my laundry with my children. I come out and try and start my car but nothing it won't start at all. So im standed for 3 hours at midnight until I can get a tow truck. I get the car towed the 35 miles from the laundry mat to Jd Byrider. I go down there first thing the next morning and tell them I dont want the car. They pretty much tell me well there's nothing we can do we cant give you your money back. So I'm out of 1500.00 which is a whole month of pay. Because they gave me a lemon. They dont even offer to reimburse me for having the car towed there.

If the old saying "a new sucker is born every minute" is true then every JD Byrider MUST be some sort of delivery room for these suckers being born.

I was unfortunately born (SUCKER) in 2001 at their location in Brockton Mass. Now I knew going in that they had a sleezy'esque feel about them. Perhaps even more than your average Dealership. I knew this because lets be honest they are caterring to the desprite and for the moSt part they know or assume (they) are your last hope and at that point in order to turn to them you can pretty much assume no one else will finance you, right?

Well I knew being a woman and a desprite one with bad credit I was in for it and to add to that I was and still am to some degree ignorant of anything to do with a car. I came in the door doe eyed and a little to eager. They saw me a staning there with 3 kids my youngest an infant and swooned in on me. I told thm I needed a Mini van. I told them my past credit woes. We did the paper work even though I pleaded I was "just looking" so I see they have vurtually nothing pertaining to multi passenger cars with the exception of a Dark Blue 1995 Dodge Caravan. Now in my defense it was late at night. But even the optimist was skeptical. It looked pretty old. It had a sticker but NO PRICE??

It had well over 150,000 mls on it which was I guess understandable. It looked like a base model. So we get the keys me and the kids pile in and buckle up and we drive only around the block, everything seemed "okay" but what do I know? literally! So the kids were grateful to be riding it was late and I worked and again was desprite. So the took me up to the Delivery room where the magic happens. Now durring this whole night a price was never mentioned I asked a few times and was told over and over how low my payments would be. I can only fault myself I guess for not insisting of this very important deal breaking news before the joy ride.

Anywho they have all the documents laid out and go on about how big a favor they are doing me by giving me a "second chance" and how I'd better not mess it up. Im signing the papers and then we get to the price first they give you the seemingle good news which always starts with the Segway "ONLY!" $179 a week

Which monthly translates to a brand new car payment not a car that is over two decades old! My bad..

So I sign my life away and they explain away how great their warranty is and assure me tht they do a exstensive tune-up and check and fix everything. So I don't feel as had after that. I put down $500.00 and the car is now ONLY! $7,000 and some change. If I were to sell the car in the condition I bought it I would be lucky to get $500.00 for it.

After everything was done and I was given the keys to my new lemon it was closing time. The last sales man and I drove off the lot together ONLY I didn't make it to the 3rd set of lights!

The car cut off on me several times in traffic. I was soo scared, it was cold I didn't know the area I had no cell phone and I had my 4 month old infant with me. I never Prayed so intensely in my life. The car made it back to Boston where I live. That was about a 45 mnt drive (for me). I was pissed to say the least and called the very next day and reported what happened. They seemed as shocked and upst as I (of course) and I stated I want to return the car and wash my hands off it. I was already feeling like a big idiot for buying a car that old for that much and then it had a nerve to break down on the way out the dealership? ohhh NO! I was told that would be a voluntary reposession and I would not be financed again anywhere. I had no choice but to bring the car back. They could find nothing wrong with it (of course) It was one of those moments when ur scratching ur head wonderring hmm maybe it is just me?

The next incident was the bald tires and the rotted bolts. I was driving on the highway and I could feel the tire wobbling I got off the highway and looked at the tires and they were not flat...not yet anyway. The bolts were soo old and rusted that some of the front ones had rotted off and my tires were not secure. I had to get towed... I got towed a lot in 2001

I had to pay to have the car towed to them they fixed the bolts at no charge. Soon after that incident about a month and a half the bald tires started peeling like Banans. Then it was a gasket, then the Transmission. There were so many trips to Brockton and soo many out of pocket cost I had no car more often than not and I was paying for something I couldn't use. I couldn't afford to keep paying for Insurance and car payments and repairs. I got behind in my Insurance not car payments and had enough I told them to come and get it again and this time keep it. In the end in they got about a $3,000 profit from a $500.00 car. Now who says the car business has a small profit margin. Perhaps you need to go checkout Jd Byrider if your an out of work sales man. However if you are NOT and you are looking for a car don't do business with JD BYRIDER. If you want a used car buy one flat out. I gaurantee you in a months time you will have paid them the market value of your car anyway. The rest of your payments are just salary and profit for them.

The moral of this story is If someone is offerring you a deal and they claiming to be doing you a favor and acting as if it's because they wanna help you AND they are in the car business chances are your going to be taken advantage of. In retro spect It is soo very obvious you should be firm and you should never act out of despiration. You should have a clear price on the car BEFORE you drive it or sit down to bang out the details.

I am now left with really, really bad credit No car and no recourse. My next car will be bought and paid for at the same time.

foot note: if anyone decides to do business with JD please keep in mind they don't like to answer questions about the cars price and will try to distract you with other things. Pleas know the Blue book value of the car and have it checked out by a couple of mechanics first and have a thorough test drive.

I purchased a car from this dealership 10/2016. I put a $500 down payment and was told if I put some of my tax refund down as a deffered payment, it could lower my overall amount owed. I signed up to put $1500 of my tax refund after I filed the following year. I wound up getting my taxes offset for a previous debt owed. I spoke with the finance company, CNAC, and explained the situation. Intially, I was told it wasn't an issue and that they would hold my account until I recieved proof from the IRS that it was being taken. I am a customer that makes my payments on time, always answers or returns the calls, and kept this company informed every step of what was happening with my taxes. About 1.5 weeks after I notified the finance company of the tax situation, I recieved a call from "Miss Archie" (she called herself) saying that I have had the car since October and they need their $1500 from my taxes. I explained to her that they were being offset and per the other agents I spoke with I just needed to wait for the IRS to send me something. She told me they couldn't wait and I needed to go the the dealership so they could rewrite the loan without my taxes being included. I agreed but explained that since I work and my husband went to school , it would be difficult to get us both at the dealership at the same time for long. She told me she would see if we could come in separate times and call me back. She called back and said that the Mishawaka Indiana location I would be going to said no we had to be there at the same time. I got frustrated and asked to speak with a supervisor at CNAC. I spoke with a lady named Beth. She assured me that the process would only take 1 hour and to keep in contact with her with any issues. When we get to the dealership we were told that they had to completely redo the contract, including checking my credit again. This is where my problem is. I was never told I needed to have my credit rechecked. As a consumer trying to get my credit repaired, which is orginally why we ended up at this dealership at the first place, I am upset my credit needed to get an inquiry hit for something I already purchased. After 3 hours, not 1 hour as promised, we finally left. I just think everything should be explained up front, especially since the company "prides" itself on helping peoples credit.

I purchased a van from JD Byrider out of Madison WI about the 8th of November. Thee night I got in it to take it for a test drive, after 4 hrs of paperwork and this being the second day my husband and I had to drive there, we drove it for 5 minutes down the block and that was our test drive. When we got back it was close to 10 o'clock and we still had a two hour drive home. I mentioned to Rebecca that there was some clunking noises coming from the front end but she contributed that being from sitting on the lot for 30 days... So we headed home in our " new" used car and have had nothing but problems since. I called in to get that same problem looked at and set up an appointment. Took the van in and left it overnight the first time. The mechanic said he fixed the outer tie rod end and aligned it. I came and picked it up and Nothing was fixed. The oil got changed as far as I know. I didn't look cause I didn't think I needed to. So I call back right away the next morning and tell the mechanic nothing got fixed so he said to bring it back in but I couldn't get in for a month. So come March 3rd I was on for another appointment. I brought my car Thursday and I called Monday and they said they didn't even know where the clunking was coming from yet and they still have my car as of 1:09 p.m. Not a happy customer at all. They just got my tax money and have been getting 200 every 2 weeks since November 8th!!

Interested in looking for a new vehicle, with lower monthly payments but I am tied to JD BYRIDER with a 2010 Cobalt that I am paying 12600 for and after interest for 4 years, I am paying 20000 for.

I knew what I was getting into to build my credit back up, but after 6 months and replacing the Engine after they replaced the spark plug, and the thermostat; I am just through with JD BYRIDER and interested into going through someone else.

I have a lender willing to work with me , If i can get out from under JD BYRIDER. what can i do?

This JD Byriders company and CNAC is a rip off. I got my car from them August 2016. Went there and see if I get approved. So filled up an application and Dan the car seller told me his waiting for approval and he stepped out at the room for a minute and the messenger pops up on his computer says "she's approved for $13000. Dan didn't know I saw the message. When he got back he said ok ur approved but didn't tell me how much he just let me choose a car. Since I know what's my approved I was trying to get a cheaper one cuz I don't want to get a $13000 car. But they wont let you they will try there best to max that approved. So not even a week my car had check engine light pops up after that my wheel bearing so I have to go back to their shop again to fix it. Went to pick up my car and told the service manager I'm going to drive and visit my friend like an 8 hours drive and I asked if the car is safe to drive.

Since I feel like to many problems. And she said yes ur good to go. I took her words and drove to visit my friend who is sick. Drove for 2 hours and 30 mns.

and stopped at gas station cuz I need it a gas after putting gas my car won't start and gas was leaking under my car. Check engine lights pops up and oil pressure lights. So I was stuck and called Jd BYRIDER and Dan told me to call the corporate which is CNAC. I ended up paying towing to the nereast JD Byrider's which is cost me 160$. Then I have to call my bf to drive 2 hours to pick me up. After they fix my car after a month I went to pick up my brother at Columbus airport Ohio which is an hour drive. On the way home my car was over heating. I called them again and they told me I have to bring my car to them and pay on my pocket the towing since they are 1 hour away from me. But I refused and argued with them. My car fixed by auto shop near me and they pay for the repaired. After a week another problem pops up, it's hard to put gas on my car. Every time I tried to put gas it kicks back so I have to stay at gas station atleast 20 or 30 mns. Patiently just to put gas. I called them but the Lima JD Byrider closed down. I'm glad they are closed. But still a lot of JD Byrider's there and same company.

My advice don't ever ever buy a car at Jd Byrider's or finance at CNAC. I search online my car is only worth $6000 for good condition but this car is not even a good condition. So I owe Jd Byrider's/ CNAC $13000 plus interest $24000 for a shitty car. Never ever go to this place. I told them why they sale a shitty car but they told me that I have to understand that this is a used car and it will broke down and tell me that they are helping me to rebuild my credit. It's a bull**** they only care about ur money. This place is a rip off. I hope all Jd Byrider's close Down. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE it's a big regret for me. Driving my car everyday give me stress and paranoid that I might break down somewhere.

  • Jan 17, 2017

I went into the car lot and they told me that I would be approved to get a car. Well when I took my wife and daughter went back to finish the paperwork they told me that they would not use all my income because they said that they would not use my credit against me and that they approve anyone well that is false advertising because they turn you down for no reason even if you have money for down payment.

  • Jan 12, 2017

Once they get your phone number they constantly text and call you. The Longview location lied to me on the phone about the down payment. Jennifer made an appointment for me to come in, but couldn't bother to be there. She told me on the phone they would work with me on the down payment, but that was a lie. She told me they could get me in a car that day, but that was a lie too. Guess that's why she decided not to show up. I spent the last $10 on a cab to get there because I believed her line of crap. I ended up walking home 2.5 miles. Don't believe anything they tell you and don't waste your time with these people. The fat guy claimed they were different from big dealerships, but they aren't.

My wife was hit in the car that we bought from JD Byrider in June of 2016 and she was hit on Thursday December 22nd and we had the car towed to JD Byrider and ask them what they give us a loaner vehicle and they refuse to do that and yet we still have to pay the insurance on the car plus the monthly payment bi-weekly payment and yet once again they refused to give us a loner while the car is being repaired and it was not my wife's fault somebody hit her that did not have any insurance driver's license and failed to yield the right away and I told JD Byrider and they still refuse to give us a loaner vehicle and we're down to one vehicle right now and I'm paying a lot of money for that car it is a 2006 300 and which truly was overpaid for this car way above what the car is actually worth so what could we do to get out of JD Byrider does this is truly a rip-off.]

I am a customer, I purchased my car in August my loan amount was 11,000.00 dollars. On December 6th, I was involved in an accident, The insurance filed my car as a total lost. The insurance company sent JD Byrider a check for $2000.00 dollars the value of the car. I had been in contact the entire time. I have never missed a payment. I was told once my check was received from the insurance, my account would be reviewed and would be able to purchase another car. I have been without a car for 2 weeks. I was told by the manager at CNAC that the general manger would give me a call to discuss my account.I have left messages for the general manager in the Midlothian office and she will not return my call. My calls are being ignored. I am being treated unfairly. I dont agree with charging customers twice as much for a car, then what it is worth and then not helping them, leaving them with a balance and without a car.

Feeling like an adult, my boyfriend and I decided to trade in our clunker car for a dependable one to get us from A to B. We went to JD Byrider where the staff ignored us until they realized we were serious about purchasing a used vehicle from them. We were only given one option, a 2005 PONTIAC Vibe with 93,000 miles on it, priced at 13,000. Upon arriving home, we did our research about our new car only to find that we paid at least 3 times the amount of what the car was worth. This doesn't include the APR price as well, which is at 18,000. We went there today to see if it was possible to null and void our contract and to receive my clunker back - they can keep the down payment of $200. We tried to no avail. They basically said that because we signed the contract, there was nothing they would do. We purchased the car on 12/1/2016 and have been up there twice since then on 12/2/2016 (already having issues with the car) and again today, 12/3/2016 to discuss their unethical loan rates. We walked in there desperate and walked out even worse. Insurance doesn't cover more than the car is worth, and we are 3x past that amount. Do not buy from JD Byrider. We are not giving up and we will fight.

I purchased a vehicle from J.D. ByRider's Colerain office approximately 2 year ago, late December 2014. It is a 2007 Chrysler Sebring Sedan. I was initially shown and even agreed to purchase a 2003 Chrysler Sebring, but was then told they were unable to sell me that vehicle but they had a “newer and better” car they would sell me, and even give me a discount since it was not the actual car I wanted.

I had issues with this car every few weeks since the car was purchased, but starting in mid-October 2015 is when the car starting having real issues with the engine and braking systems.

J.D. Byrider does provide a limited warranty but only the powertrain is covered by this warranty, so the repairs listed here would not have been covered.

Since owning this car my mechanic has replaced at least all of the parts listed below and more. The brake system parts have all been since October, and many of the parts have been replaced more than once.

Ignition Coils

Throttle Body at least twice

Throttle Body Sensor

Master cylinder at least twice

Slave cylinder

Fuel pump

Fuel filter

Brake pads four or five times

Brake rotors

Brake line at least twice

Calipers at least twice

Fuel injectors at least twice

Proportioning valve at least twice

ABS modulator

Electronic Control Unit

And various other smaller parts, sensors, lights, fuses and tools in order to have the work performed.

I personally have borrowed from friends and family, and have also taken out payday loans in an amount greater than 3820.00 trying to fix this vehicle, and my roommate, who has on occasion used my car, has put in as much if not more, simply because he is trying hard to help me.

Also, this car (according to my mechanic) was in an accident (the frame was compromised and the passenger door has been replaced) and J.D. ByRider told me it had not been in an accident when it was purchased. My roommate was with me when I purchased this vehicle. This is clearly a lemon.

Because of all of the repairs needed to try to fix this lemon, I was unable to continue making payments and the car was repossessed by J.D. ByRider, a company claiming to sell reliable used cars, and how they try to help people build credit.

It is also extremely telling that J.D. ByRider chose not to resell this vehicle themselves, but to sell it as scrap at an auto auction. If the vehicle was repairable (as they claimed it was, and they would have happily charged me to repair it) then why didn’t they fix the vehicle and resell it themselves.

The problem now is they are now wanting me to pay the remainder owed on this worthless vehicle. I car I couldn’t even drive while I had it.

I sincerely appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide.

They have ripped me off i have made a total of 8 payments i was told by an ex employer that after the first six u couldnt get a grace period i just got out of jail this os the first late payment and no one has no remorse on me paying my car note 4 days later its either turn the car in or repo it never in all the delerships i have been to this by far is the wosrt one of them all

  • Sep 16, 2016

So i went in and stayed there for 4 hours while they finance me, they ran 2 hard credit inquires on my credit report, after eveeything was finally situated i was on my way, the next day they called and told me they were going to add $90 dollars on to my car fee that was already $420 a month for a 2008 chevy impala because of insurance, i told them i had insurance on the car aleady, so i sent them the information, and when it was time to make my first payment 7days later might i add, they attempted to take a total of $510 out of my bank account, i called CNAC which is the finance company and they told me i must pay the $510 dollars, im asking why when i have insurance on the car theres no other reason you should be charging me a extra $90 dollars, so since i only had $420 in my bank account and these idots try taking $510 out payment was reverse, so i recieved another call stating the payment was reversed and now i have to pay using a credit card, so i explained to CNAC that i would only pay $420 they wouldn't accept and the very next day they repoed the car from my job.

These peoples are straight crooks, JD Byrider and there finance company CNAC, so long story short yes they only took $500 for a down payment but they charged me $22,000.00 for a 08 impala, i had the car foe a total of 8days and they repoed it, they commutation skills is horrible, payment a every month was to high and they will try robbing you blind, i had to get a lawyer to get out of this shady deal, my advise dont go there run in thw other direction, they will put you in a car, and take it back or try robbing you for it.

Out of curiosity, low credit score and a slight need for a newer vehicle I went to JD Byrider to see about getting into a newer car.

I looked online at their website to see what it was all about and saw that: The vehicle inventory had cars from 2007-2012 with more than 90,000 miles on them. Each one of the vehicles was not less than 12,000 USD and as high as 15,000 for newer models.

I completed a short application online and received a call within 5 minutes from an employee of JDB to come in after work.

When I got there an employee took me in and proceeded to show me his binder explaining why they are different than other dealers because they work within the customer’s budget and “not necessarily my credit”.

I asked him a question about average prices or payments per month, I could barely understand him but he answered; there is no actual number I can give you usually payments range from 150 USD every two weeks to 215 USD every two weeks and full coverage is also something the customer must have. When asked about the car I had most interest in he did not give a price and continued to talk me into completing an application to get information from me. When I answered the questions he threw in a few judgmental jokes about “having a lazy boyfriend at home who sits around all day” not being my problem because I stated I split expenses with him. He made a few other judgmental jokes in his teeth which made me feel less interested in the entire process as we went further into it. I believe he could see I displayed no humor, but it was a survival tactic at this point. He explained that I would be meeting with a credit specialist and that I will go into further details about payments and how it would look for me. He stated they work to help clients reestablish their credit and move on to bigger and better things. I met with their credit specialist who did not shake my hand and proceeded to ask questions about my personal expenses. As I answered the questions, I thought about the poor souls that deal with this every two weeks and convinced myself that there must be a better way for me to get a car. I explained to her that I did not need a car but was looking into a newer car so that my son could use my current vehicle. I received no response from her, just more questions. She proceeded to put a budget together that left me with 417 “disposable” monthly income.

I was told to exit the room and wait in the lobby, I waited for about 20 minutes and the previous employee came out to allow me to test drive 2 vehicles. The 1st one was priced at a whopping 14,965 and it was an 09 the next a 2011 prices at 15000+ USD, the payments ironically were calculated to be THE EXACT amount of my “disposable income”.

When I asked if they could lower my payment by 100 USD, the man left the office and another man came in with now my “credit report” which stated I had no score even though I have a 619 score. He stated “due to my credit” they could not lower my payments to any less because no bank would work with a no score credit report. He showed me the report they pulled which was a report that had no score, I told him I knew my score was 619 and he stated that according to their bank no score was found.

CNAC or J D byrider scam me, reposted my vehicle. Over 3 hours late. Tried to make me cover repairs on car. Only had vehicle 3 and half weeks. They received 900 of my money. Refused to let me pay and get vehicle back. Contract was breached on there part, they never showed me presigning video which states must be seen before signing papers for car. Lawyers and media help me stop this location from targeting and taking advantage of consumers who desperately need to repair credit.

  • Sep 6, 2016

I would give these rip off artists negative stars if i could! I would tell even my worst enemy to not go here! No matter how desperately you need a car. These people not only sell cars that they know have multiple defects. They dont even file paperwork as mandated by federal law. I bought a 2007 Jeep Compass from Jeremi Benson and Christian Dietrich at the Ashtabula Ohio JD Byrider. Not even two weeks in this thing had multiple problems. The Steering Box was making horrible grinding sounds when turning but, the transmission whil driving made sounds that no transmission should make. The clutch plate was also extremely bad and almost impossible to shift. I looked through all my paper work and looked up lemon laws on the Internet. During this process I noticed that they did not ony file the Incorrect Buyers Guide but, the one I was given was not even filled out to the letter of the Law! The buyers guide link is listed below and must be filled out in entirety as shown.

law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/16/455.2

The buyers guide I was given didn't even come close to matchin but, there was no second side where they are supposed to put their name, address and person to contact in case of any problems with the vehicle. I contacted them and told them since that paper work was not filed properly and by consumer law that they were legally bound to let me out of the deal and return my downpayment. Instead all they did was harass me by phone, email and then they came and took the car. They are still refusing to return my down payment money and I am fed up with these people. I contacted an attorney and want to get these peopel shut down. The entire JD Byrider chain has continued cases like this and some even worse than mine! They need to be shut down! PERIOD!

I brought my 2007 Pontiac g6 01/27/2016. On 08/10/2016 I've been to the dealership 3 times already. I've contacted corporate about my issues and I was told because this store is a franchise there's not much they can do. I've talk to the general manager and because he was told by the service manager "there is nothing wrong with the car" there's nothing they are going to do. I was told by the gm if the tires have 50 percent life or more they don't touch the tires, that's why about 7 months I already have to by new if I don't want to deal with the sound that I believe is the wheel bearings. The regularly gets up to 225 and a couple time went a little over that, the service manager said that normal. I called early August to tell them I think my water pump is going because there was a spill under the passenger side car where the water pump is and i looked at the antifreeze and that was almost empty.

Since the first day I have used a gallon of the Dex cool antifreeze and I'm on to my second one. The car was shutting off on me while driving slow, I called they said bring it in we'll see what's going on. The engine light came on, I took it to AutoZone they said my mass air flow sensor was bad. I accepted that but then I looked at the fuse box and the fuse for the mass air flow sensor was missing not blown, completely missing I put a fuse in and that's fixed. I mentioned that because its funny that I didn't have that problem until I left from up there the most recent time. I was told they are not going to fix my car, not going to trade me out, and won't let me push a payment out in order to have the car looked over by a quality mechanic. If you are really hard up and having trouble getting a car go the jd byrider in meridan CT I wish I did.

I went w/ a friend to help her find a car, the "Sales" Rep advised that friend had to provide 10 leads, they called them references, before they could go any further. Afte completing the Finance App, she was provided w/ 3 cars to look at. None of these were the car she was interested in. When she told them she wanted to look somewhere else, she was told " I can't just let you fo, you have to talk to my Sales Manager". The Sales Manager was the rudest person I have ever talked to. She told my friend we have spent considerable time and effort helping to put you in a car today. When I told the "Sales Manager" that my friend just wanted to look somewhere else for comparison, she said if you're telling me I'm wasting my time talking to you then good bye! Not only did they lose my friend as custimer, they also lost me! Duces!!

Bought a car from JD $300 down and a co-signer. The car power everything stopped working. The deal was with income tax pay $500. I did not recieve taxes this year. I get a paper check so when i get off every other friday i put my check on the card. JD cancelled my card out completely because i could not pay the $500. A week later i paid it and they added more money on top of it. Then they say do a rewrite for the car paper work so i can keep paying. Instead they try to take my keys with my children with me. My co signer offered to pay the amount they kept lying and saying i was behind. But they refused and came took my car. I have been on time with all my payments i even paid the 500 something and come to find out the 500 + i paid them they kept and didnt give to corporate.

I purchased a car in april 2015 in a Saturday, the ac went out the following day. I tried to return vehicle the following business day they wouldn't accept it They stated if inleft the car they would put a repo on credit. Few.weeks.later back in shop to have alternator replaced alongside the ac motor. In October 2015 my car died, the said it was internal and would need to replace engine they kept car 2 weeks. Once getting the car back I drove 10 miles and check engine light back on, they wouldnt allow me to bring car right back in i needed to make appt. Bring the car in and they replaced spark plugs. Foward to march 2016, check engine light back on the car needed ignition coils i purchased them. I drove 1200 miles to a wedding and car breaks down, theybtwll me to tow it to nearest dealership. My car has been there for 8 days now with noone even looking at it. Im stuck 1200 miles from home, just lost my job as a result of this, they have not even looked at the car yet. They keep telling me they're backed up and are trying to get to it as fast a possible but its been 8 days that ive been stuck out of state with no car and i have a warranty. Ive contacted corporate, they refer me to dealership in houston. They will not give me a rental or cover any expenses to have car fixed at another shop. Im still under warranty and never been late on payment. Ive had this car 11 months and it has been in shop so far for month. I need to get away from the people any help will do. The manager of jd byrider in n houston was really rude to my atty and initially refused to proved the general counsel info.

I purchased a car from this place back in 2007 or 2008 when they were called JD Byrider they sold me a lemon I only drive it for about 2 months the company moved from Boulder Hwy...couldn't find them anymore then they popped up with another location under another name...while the broken car sat in my garage because I gave them all my money for down payment couldn't afford repairs car was turned in finally now I just received a collection letter as of March 2016 stating that I owe them 9,058.05 which was not even the price of that lemon that I only drive for 2 months. They say they have warranty and they do not honor them these people take advantage of people in bad situations Brady are big scammers now hey are looking for money from me almost 10 years later yeah right!!

JD Byrider specializes in ripping off people who may not be able to offord, or think that they may not be able to get approved for a loan on a vehicle. My wife and I purchased a 2002 mercury sable that had somewhere around 90,000 miles on it in 2014. not even one year later, the engine locked up in it and we had to call JD byrider to pick it up and take it to their shop. They did NOT want to loan us a temperarry car, and when they did it was literally a piece of junk that wasn't really safe enough to drive on the road. after they put a different engine in the car, they wanted to charge us for it! it wasn't even a year purchased!!! after grumbling about the situation they finally let us have the car back, and when we got it back the Air conditioning didn't work. So we had to have them take it back to fix the air conditioning. After we finally got the car back, a few months later the exhaust just pretty much fell off. I had to get new bolts to fix it back in place, and after a few more months the strut on the back broke and punctured a brand new tire! They didn't want to replace the strut under warrenty, instead they wanted us to pay to have it hauled to thier shop and pay their rates for a new strut/tire. I said screw that and we had to pay to fix it ourselves. My advice to anyone is to go to a "buy here pay here" before you go to JD byrider. we paid almost 12,000 for this car with a trade in!!! and it was only booked at 4500 dollars worth so they definately made money off of us! The front struts are also bad on the car. They take junk cars and try to fix them up and sell them as new cars. The problem is that once you sign those papers, they have you screwed and it will be hard to get out of that kind of burden. take my advice and run!!! don't ever by from these people!!!

Went the other day to try to buy a car. A salesperson named Mike Gill helped me, and was nice at first. Once I asked the price he completely avoided my questions and began to get rude. He would not tell me the price of the car or let me test drive it.

Please keep in mind they don't like to answer questions about the cars price and will try to distract you with other things. Pleas know the Blue book value of the car and have it checked out by a couple of mechanics first and have a thorough test drive.

Beware of this car place. Ask how much you will pay before you sign anything. Stay away from Mike Gill and JD Byrider.

A couple months ago i took my car into Jd Byriders' mechanics, i told them i had cracks in my accessory belt... I even paint penned where the cracks were. They said they found nothing wrong with the belt and refused to replace it. Now, a couple months later a mechanic; who knew what they were doing, told me i needed the belt replaced and Jd byrider would not even admit to lying to me. They said when i had it checked out nothing was wrong with the belt, if nothing was wrong with it... Why did i know there were cracks? Because my car CHIRPS when started in the cold, fog, ect. They lied to me so they would not have to do a 30 minute job. I'm going to bring the belt into their shop, and show THEM how to do their job.

Went in with my wife to buy a car, talked to a loan officer, then after test driving a car the salesman (TREVOR) said he cannot discuss numbers in front of me, i didnt like that but i let it go at first. then they proceed to tell her what she can afford, when she attempted to come talk to me he told her there was no need to talk to me about the car, although i would be the one making the payment. then when i finally told him i didnt like it, he immediatly got a attitude with me making sny remarks as we exited. even clenching his fist at one point.

I would never return and never ever reccomend them. STAY AWAY

This place is a disaster!!! I would advice anyone to walk away from this place if they are dibating or considering to use this dealership. They have very poor customer service and are very disdrespectful. They have hung up on me twice. There is a rude lady that picks up the phone (when you press the option to make a payment) and sounds like she hates her life when she is speaking. she talks over you in mid sentence and yells like your a child. When i first walked in the dealership they were very pleasent and nice but once i signed my loan i was treated horriable. Not to mention a guy named JIM that is the manager at that facility was not understanding that i had an unexpected carrer change. He did not care and told me all i want to know is if you are going to continue to pay? I of course was still going to pay but my pay periods were different (ofcourse becasue i started a new company). Instead of twice a month i get paid weekly and he would not fix my payments. Over all they suck at everything they do! Please who ever is reading this do not go there no matter how desporate you are!
