I had a neighbor come by for an unrelated reason (using a temporary dumpster I had) while there she said she had a great new product and would I try it. I agreed. I was told I could cancel anytime but if I stayed for 3 months I would get a bigger discount. So Let her know how it worked. It did NOT work I called her and told her so and asked her to cancel. She said she was not allowed to. I called headquarters information she sent me and they said I had to pay a $50 cancel fee even though the product was junk! I filed with BBB today to ask for my $50 back. I'm quite sure I won't get the initial money back but this was a total rip off !!!

This company is a scam. I purchased their product and it made me sick. When i called to cancel my membership (which i was not told that I would be billed 40 something every 3 months) they told me they wouldn't cancel without a doctors note. So the company has already taken my money for a product that made me sick and now wants me to spend more money going to the doctor to prove it made me sick. Also, they are willing to give you something without a doctors note but won't let you stop without one....does anyone see the problem here? I've filed 3 complaints on line and they all come back to the same answer " Thank you for reaching out to It Works! As per request, yes, we can cancel the autoshipment after 3rd month. We reviewed your Loyal Customer account and show that you signed up as a Loyal Customer less than three months ago. As a reminder, when signing up as a Loyal Customer, you agree to complete, at the minimum, three consecutive months of autoship, which allows you to receive wholesale pricing. If you would like to cancel your autoship now, you will be charged a $50 Membership Fee. To finish out the agreement, you will need to let your next 2 autoships process. You may change your product each month, just make sure all changes are made at least two business days before your scheduled autoship date; otherwise the same item will be billed and shipped to you. Also, if you would like to cancel the autoshipment without paying the membership fee due to being sick from taking the product. You will need to get a doctor's note and we advised you to send it through email [email protected] or fax it through number 888-711-3760. If you have any additional question please submit a new ticket. If you need further assistance please contact Customer Service by calling 1-800-537-2395 or 952-540-5699 or you may submit a ticket. it's the same response every time so the customer support is lacking in help here. I've called and been transfered the 3 people and the last person laughed and me and wouldn't transfer me to anyone else. They refuse to help and are only out for money. They know their product is making people sick and they don't care. You also can't remove you mailing address or bank information off your account until you finish your 3 months of paying them. They lock you into something and i've never seen a company do something so horrible to customers. Do not be tricked into buying from them.

I ordered once knowing that it would automatically make me a "loyal customer" and would create an autoshipment for the next month. Well, next month comes, along with a few extra bills so when the friendly email reminded me that the autoshipment was coming up i called, the only number they have, to cancel it. Conversation with the lady was pleasant but i had to constantly repeat that i wanted to cancel the autoshipment. 20 mins later and 45- hour on the phone she said it was cancelled. It was not. They still attempted to take money out of my account and sent an email notifying me that the transaction was denied... -_- no overdraft that time. This time, it comes up with no autoshipment email reminder but yet they still withdrew money from my account. I wouldn't have even known of it if i hadn't checked my account that morning. So i call the only number they have, "customer service", again.

My main goal was/is to just have my money refunded that was taken by an unauthorized autoshipment. The first man kept putting me on hold everytime i asked him a question, so finally, i say can you let me speak to whoever you are asking these questions to or your supervisor... Hold... Sounds like the same guy but firmer voice... I go on to explain the situation... He says and i quote, "the warehouse says the package is in progress." i let him know, again,i don't want the package, you can keep it at the warehouse, i just want my money refunded! can you contact the financing or accounting department? "we have been told your package is in progress" "sir, they can stop the progress for all i care, i don't want it, i just want my money returned back into my account so could you contact the financing/accounting department or not?!" this goes on for 5 mins him repeating the same sentence in different ways and me getting more irritated. Then he states, "once you receive the product, you can return it unopened, then we'll credit the money back to you" no!!! i will not pay more money, for shipment, to return a product, to get only my money that was taken out of my account back, that i didn't authorize for you to take in the first place!! compromising, i let him know the only way that will work is if they send return labels. He basically said no. He was advising me to personally pay to return the product, not be refunded for it, but then wait 7-10 business days for my refund... B.S. No! i just received the package today. I have not opened it and don't plan to. The only "help" they give on their website is numbers that all lead to the same line which are numbers to customer service representatives that are located in the philippines and asia. I can't not get in contact with corporate nor anyone in financing/accounting department and the man claims to not know the numbers as well soo ... outscam, now i just want my money returned, this product returned to them, and my membership closed completely!

I was told that i had a choice whether i wanted to be in themembership that if i did all i had to dowas call her and let her know and she would set everything up i did not tell her that and now they have taken almost 300 dollars off of my card for the membership that i did not want if you do decided to try ITWorks please make sure that you get all information and look it up on the internet as well

I had a ItWork distributer come to my house and talked about there products but she failed to inform me that once i placed an order with them i would be automatically a loyal customer member her words to me was that i had a choice of whether i wanted to become a member or not that if i did to contact her and she would set everything up and because of this they have order the same thing i purchased the last time that i do not want and have taken almost 300 dollars off of my card and that money that they have taken off was going to be used for a family trip and now i am desperatly trying to get them to cancel everything and put the money that they took off back onto my card do not and i repeat do not get anything from this company this is a scam and a ripoff they are not what they are cracked up to be they are mulniplutative and will try and persuade you that its a one time thing that if you order something from them whether you like it or not you have a choice of ordering again or not

I mislead when ordering this product. I was not told by the representative that i had to do a 3 months supply. So i did the 3 months or the would take money out of my account for cancelling early. So I thought after the 3 months were over it would stop. It did not. So the 4th month the took it out again. I called the day they did and cancelled. The told me it was to late the order was shipped. I was told to return the product and i will be reimbursed. So i did what I was told. I have tried to contact the company numerous times. The day I called and cancelled was Oct.14 2015. They never returned emails or calls. 70.00 is alot of money to throw away.Hopefully you can help me recover my loss. Thank you.

I was thrown into this . i was told their supplements would get me off all my meds. Wrong. I wasnt told if i didnt sale enough to cover my autoship they still took money out of my ck. All they were interested was building my team more than sales. They gave me alot of info to learn but if id ask a ? They got perturbed with me. I want all my money that i invested in the company 500.00. All the medicine n wraps do is take off water weight. Their a joke.

I decided to try this product as a kind gester for one of my family members, she asked me to try this product with her so begrudgingly I did. Ordering what I believed to be a trial, let's see how this works, upon my final checkout to my surprise, I discovered my "trial" was an autoshipment!! I immediately tried to go in and cancel when I was faced with a $50.00 charge for early membership cancellation, so I went ahead and paid the fee.

The following month I received another $75.00 charge on my credit card, when I relaized not only was I charged for the cancellation fee, but they never cancelled my autoshipment, I was furious! Several times, I called both the 800 numbers on my bank statement and their website only to find that either I receive an automated message to please call back later, OR I'm put on hold and no one ever picks up (I waited an hour at one point).

I've cancelled my credit card, and plan to file a report with the better business bureau, this company needs to be formally reported. Buyers beware!!
