I was contacted by Gina Lahara via text message to make an appointment to color her hair and to install 22" of human hair extensions schedualed for Friday, September 10, 2015. Once my assistant and I arrived to there apartment, Gina Laharas' husband Issac Santino greeted us outside of there apartment complex. As we proceeded towards there apartment, Issac Santino wanted to confirm the price of what it was going to cost for his wifes Ginas' hair, which was $450.
00, I confirmed the price before we even entered the apartment at , After I had confirmed the price with Issac Santino he told me that while I did his wifes Ginas' hair in the said apartment, Issac Santino was going to get somethings done and pull the money out of an atm, So I agreed because Gina Laharas' sister Lisa is a friend of mine and also a hair client of mine, so I trusted what Issac Santino told me. After about 8 hours of coloring and installing hair extenstions on Gina Lahara, Issac Santino asked if I could please work with him and Gina Lahara because he had recently pulled out $1100.00 earlier that day and was unable to pull out the $450.00 they agreed to pay me. So he asked if I could meet him the following morning, Saturday September 11, 2015 at 10:00 Am at the Home Depot parking lot in Modesto, Ca on Carpenter Rd. Issac Santino said if I wasn't there by 10:00 Am he would have to leave because him and his wife Gina Lahara had a 1:00 pm Flight to Las Vegas and wouldn't be coming back until the following week, Tuesday September 15, 2015. "Jordan" arrived at Home Depot on Carpenter Rd in Modesto at 9:30 Am, I messaged Gina Lahara and Issac Santino at 9:15 Am, to let them know I was leaving to meet them at Home Depot, they never responded back to my text messages or phone calls. I have an iPhone 6 plus and it allows me to see when text messages have been read, and every message I sent out was being read but not responded to. At this point I contacted Gina Lahara and her husband Issac Santino everyday with no response, I left messages saying that I would take them to court if I didnt recieve my payment for services. I finaly got incontact with Issac Santino via my house phone, Issac Santino answered and acted as if he didn't know who I was, I let him know that the conversation was being recorderd and at the end of the conversation Issac Santino finaly decided to meet with me Tuesday September 15, 2015 at 8:00 Pm to resolve this issue, I contacted Issac Santino Tuesday night, September 15, 2015 at 8:41 pm and he told me his flight was delayed and he wanted to reschedual the meeting for the following day, Wednesday September 16, 2015 around 2:30 Pm, So I agreed to do so. Issac Santino told me they wouldn't be able to pay me there balance of 450.00 for a few days, so I agreed that we meet and get it down on a contract agreement, Wednesday September 16, 2015.
