No help. Created issues wth both my phones. Was not dependable. Address book flowed over into personal phone book. That is not HIPPA Compliant. Changed my phone number twice. Had to fight to get it back. Took them days. Trying to get A refund and cancel. Can't talk to a real human. Tried it for a year. Would never recommend it. Find it suspious there are so few complaints.
This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Issue after issue and bad customer service. There is no phone number to reach anyone. They communicate by email. Even when you email them, they basically answer short and send FAQ links. I recently downgraded my plan and was given a message that said I will be charged the new plan when the bill renews to be paid. They OVERCHARGED me with the old plan. I contacted them and even with the screenshot I sent and the previous email exchanges, they were not willing to refund or credit me. I was even told that if I don’t like what they do "I’m not locked in a contract”. They don’t care about customers and their online reviews are outright fake . You can’t leave a review on there so called sites that they have reviews on. The comments on their YouTube channel are disabled on EVERY video, I’m assuming to hide the number of upset customers. Horrible service . I will be disputing this with my bank and starting a blog to warn others about this company.

Bait and switch, charged one year contract when it was supposed to be just trial and one month. On top of that the service didnt even work.
