They say the IMEI of the phone is unclean so it is out of their terms and conditions for a refund, and they provide a link to check the IMEI. this website provide on purpose wrong statement of lost/stolen IMEI as it is the only website on internet that mark this IMEI as lost stolen. This website use deceptive way to make people pay multiple time for a service they will never provide.

1st you will buy an iCloud removal service and when you get the receipt, it is written that it is for a Pre-Order iCloud Activation Lock Removal 2nd they make you pay for the « real service » the funny thing is they put « last payment » just after the price. And two day later they say the IMEI is marked as lost/stolen (It is not ) and they doesn’t provide this unlocking service at this time but maybe in the future. 3rd 24 hours after they send an email saying a premium service to unlock lost/stolen IMEI is available. I didn’t get trapped by this 3rd step because I’m 100% the IMEI of the phone I have is clean.

iphoneimei.net is a scam website, they will ask you for a down payment first then tell you to make a second payment after that they will either tell you that your phone is unlocked which is not or tell you to pay more money for premium service. SAVE your money and don't use them.

The company is totally fraud. Never got a reply from them after I bought iPhone activation lock services from them.

Actually, they cannot unlock it, it's just a big scam running on the internet.

They are purposely using SKRILL. Because from Skrill you cannot apply for a refund.

I emailed Skrill and they said that you need to directly contact the merchant.

Skrill does not give buyer protection. Be careful using Skrill as well.

I paid for the unlock of an Iphone 6 on 3/4/2018. It is now May 4, 2018. I still have not received the unlock to my phone. I have e-mailed them multiple times and have yet to get a response back from this company. There is no phone number or address to contact them, only through a message link on the iphoneimei. net website.

I ordered an unlock service through https://iphoneimei.net/ and first they charged $30 but then they emailed me asking for more money to unlock the phone. I did it but I should have read their reviews first. Anyway, I paid for the service. They claimed to have unlocked it and send some "report" as proof of unlocked but the phone is still locked. They refuse to refund me and have a bit of an attitude as well. I reported them to BBB and I have disputed through my credit card. I am going to spread as many bad reviews about them as possible. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

I purchased iphone unlocking services on jan. 6, 2018 and as of april 9, 2018, they have not completed the service and will not reply to my many requests to let me know what is going on with the service or to refund my charges. About 1 month in they were replying to say that the service was not currently available and that once the service started up again, my phone would be unlocked right away. After about the 2 month mark they simply stopped replying to my emails altogether. I have sent at least 4 or 5 emails to their customer support with no reply. I advise anyone to avoid iphone imei at all costs, they will simply take your money and do nothing.

Well, not only did they lie about their ability, but their delays also made it impossible for me to return the phones. An iphone 7 and an iphone 7+ is not a cheap thing to get stuck with!! now i have 2 $600 phones that i cannot use at all because they are not unlocked.

SCAMMERS! False advertising, misleading customers. They will show you $28 for unlocking a iPhone 5S and once payment is processed they will email you that you must pay another $66. It kinda reminds me of the Nigerian scam where the scammer keeps asking for more money for as long as the victim keeps paying.

If I were to call Bell they would charge me less than US $66 to have my phone unlocked. On top of that, these guys want the $28 which is what they make off of you after unlocking your phone. Why would I pay them US $94 for them to take up to 10 days unlocking my phone for a service I could do in minutes over a phone call with the carrier and cost me just US $50?

They respond to these negative comments by saying "just email us and we will help you", as if the email exchange did not happen before the negative comment was posted.

They are quick to offer you a discount of $5 in a reply with a long message only minutes after your complaint email. Obviously, they have had to come up with a template due to the large number of complaints.

Just read the comments here and you will notice that many of them have been removed by TrustPilot due to foul language after complaints by this scam business. Imagine how many people are absolutely ticked off by these con-artists.

Do your self a favor and save some money and frustration:

I purchased unlock service for iPhone 6 on 6/27/17 for $106. On 8/2/17, the unlock was still pending and I wrote asking for a status update. I received a non-specific, wishy-washy response. When 60+ days passed without progress, I requested a refund. I emailed the company 9/3, 9/13, 9/18, 9/21, and 10/11 making this request. NO ONE will even acknowledge receipt of my correspondence. As soon as I can find their postal address (which is probably purposely secreted somewhere in the small print) I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Maybe that will get their attention.

When trying to find an unlock option to use another company other than Sprint on my son's Iphone we chose this company.

After paying $92.00 we were told to wait 30 days at the longest for the unlock to happen.

Around 20 days in, the progress icon stated that the unlock was taking longer than usual and they would be checking into it further.

At 30 days, I contacted them requesting a refund.....no reply

At 35 days, I tried to contact them again, still no reply.

At this point, more than 60 days have passed with no reply, no unlock, no refund!

They stated in the beginning that a 100% refund was available if they couldn't unlock the phone after 30 days.

At this point I've accepted that that will not be happening.

This was a review that I did for the company on Trust Pilot and they removed it.

WHAT IN MY REVIEW WAS "The review contains offensive language that is accusatory, defamatory, violent, coarse, sexist or racist."??? Immediately after my review I received an email that my money would be refunded with in 3-5 business days (Sept.19, 2017). As of today, Sept. 28, 2017, no money has been refunded to me. It has been 7 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a unlock on my Sprint phone …RIP OFF

I ordered a unlock on my Sprint phone on August 7, 2017. After I made both payments to this company, and the 100 % meter showed that the unlock was complete, I reached out to the company on numerous occasions, and as of September 18,2017 I still have a locked phone and they have not responded to me on my emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! RIP OFF. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges since they will not get back to me. I was more than willing to allow them the time to fix this. But, once a company does not respond to you, it simply means that they are ripping you off. Not going to happen. I have my attorney filing paperwork as we speak.
